Hello! I just like to ask regarding our current situation with visa 482 and 190. Last year before the pandemic starts, my fiancé and I submitted our EOI for visa 190. Unfortunately we haven't moved forward since then because of the current situation.

Now I got a sponsorship via 482 TSS short stream visa. We are just concern if there will be a conflict having our EOI on process for 190 and process our 482 at the same time? Note that I am about lodge my visa for 482 and there is a part wherein I am asked for "Genuine Temporary Entrant".

waiting nalang if option ba ng employer ko mag submit ng bagong nomination or baguhin ung visa application :-/

Hi ask ko lang po ng advise nyo. I'm currently working for an Australian company here in the Philippines for 3years and they wanted to sponsor me 482 TSS Visa Medium term stream. Mechanical Engineer po ang work which is also on PMSOL. First time ng company mag-sponsor and nag-di-DIY lang kami ng admin staff (yung admin namin sa Aus ay Pinoy din, pero andun sya thru Partners Visa so di siya masyadong sure sa case ko) My questions are:

Tama po ba na nag-apply kami for exemption sa LMT under ITO? Since nasa Asean country yung associated entity ng company.
Bali intra-corporate transfer kasi siya, need po ba ng transfer agreement or okay na yung bagong Job Offer/Employment Contrac na galing sa Aus?
Need na po ba pirmahan ang Employment Contract before submission ng Nomination? Nilagay kasi namin na "Upon nominee's arrival" yung start date ng employment kaya di pa pinipirmahan ang Employment Contract.
Kailangan ko po ba gumawa ng Stat Dec in relation to my CV?

inadvise kasi samin ng employer nya na sabay dapat aalis para sa exemption, anyways thank you po atleast wla na masyado lalakarin.

Good day po, meron po ba onshore TSS 482 dito? From SV to TSS 482. Pa share naman po ng journey niyo please. May migration agent naman yong company and in contact sila ng HR about sa requirements. I just supplied all the reqts na hinihingi nila saken. As per HR, no need for ACS assessment for visa 482 (not sure why pero which is ok kase medjo long process si ACS). Yong English exam naman required is 5 years certificate. However, I submitted yong medium instruction plus TOR sa uni ko sa Pinas then yong over a year na diploma course ko sa Sydney. Hopefully, it's valid. Yong iba ko kase kakilala, madami reqts hiningi sa kanya. So baka iba-iba yong case?

Not sure as this did not apply in my case (subclass 494). But we did not submit LMT na po because of #2.

Employment Contract lang po na usual ng company. But we explained in the Alternative yo LMT letter why the transfer and provided proof of association ng 2 companies po (business registration sa PH and AU showing stockholders, etc)

Need na po ba pirmahan ang Employment Contract before submission ng Nomination? Nilagay kasi namin na "Upon nominee's arrival" yung start date ng employment kaya di pa pinipirmahan ang Employment Contract.

Yes po need to be signed by both parties. And same for my case, upon nominee’s arrival ang start date.

Kailangan ko po ba gumawa ng Stat Dec in relation to my CV?

Did not submit this na po, I only submitted Certification from company them my own CV.

There are news from Australian Immigration that they will be considering pathways to PR for TSS short term (that means 186). Watch youtube videos by Australian Immigration Law Services. Very helpful.

Hello po kabayan, magaask lang po ng question baka may similar case sa amen. Kala-lodged lang ng TSS482 namen, ang nagproces is ung emoloyerko, bale ako po ung principal applicant then dependents ko po ung husband and anak ko na may same visa application as mine which is TSS482. Yung case po namen is may mild autism ung anak namen then nasendan na kami ng health decalaration/questionnaire form may question po dun about disability or autism. Nagko-contemplate po ako if idedeclare ka ba or hindi ung mild autism ng anak ko, may narereject po ba na visa dahil sa ganito? Thanks po in advance sa sasagot

For temporary visas, hindi naman gaanong issue ang health kasi hindi naman covered ng Medicare pero for PR pwede. May mga criteria na dapat hindi aabot sa certain amount ang estimated cost of care. Autism kasi is a spectrum kaya malawak ang coverage at mga health professionals lang ang makakapag-determine. Pero may kakilala naman ako na may "mild" autism ang anak na na-approve sa PR.

Hi! Just wanted to ask lang po if pwede parin mag apply for TSS 482 kahit na wala sa PMSOL yung occupation ko pero nasa MLTSSL naman po? My company wants to sponsor me for TSS 482 (medium-term stream) po but because of restrictions last year, I've been working for an them through a third party po for 8 months na dito sa PH. Ngayong open na po yung borders, ang sabi po ni HR ay di daw po sila makapagproceed pa sa visa sponsorship kasi wala pa daw po sa PMSOL yung occupation ko. Just confused lng po kasi I'm assuming na pwede parin mag apply kahit wala sa PMSOL as long as nasa MLTSSL naman po. Pero mas prioritized lng yung nasa PMSOL. Appreciate po yung inputs niyo dito. Thank you!

Hi! Has anyone received a grant for 482 subsequent entrant recently? How long did it take?

Applied for my husband's visa and medicals were cleared almost a month ago but still no update. My visa (482) was granted just 2 days after I finished medicals

If you're concerned about immigration procedures and matters about travel wala namang difference. I think the bottom line would be your circumstances and things like finding a house to rent, concerns about schooling, if with school age kids...

Hi po! Thanks for answering. No kids pa po, pero the agency advised po kasi na after 6 months nalang daw po i-apply ng subsequent entrant si dependent for the reason na para mapatunayan daw muna sa employer na mag pperform well ang 482 main applicant. After searching many topics here, nakita ko po pwede naman pala sabay umalis pero naguluhan lang kami kasi po advised and mas gusto ni agency na hindi magsabay... hehe. Thank you po for answering
