Yeah, as long as hindi pa naglalapse ung EOI mo or hindi ka pa na iinvite, pwede mo syang i update. Also, no fee for lodging your EOI.

Yes that’s different. They’re not asking for COE but reference letter instead. Check the guidelines as everything is there.

yeah pwede. i did the same on my EOI. I did tick 189 and 190, and when I was invited for 190 and applied for the visa, 189 was automatically suspended kasi nga may ongoing 190 application na ko

Good day. Regarding po sa application ng 491 visa. May problema po sa birth certificate ng anak ko. Mali ung nalagay na date of marriage of parents. Dec 10 , 2010 instead of Dec 22, 2010. Magkakaproblema po kaya to pag nalodge na ung visa application? Thanks

@mgray, yeah wala namang prohibition. PERO, the probability na ma invite is very slim kasi majority of the states are prioritizing those who are in AU as of the moment. you can proceed on lodging your EOI, but it will not warrant na maiinvite ka specially kung offshore ka right now and the profession is wala sa critical list, unless mag labas sila ng update regarding immigration policy once the borders re-open na tatanggap na sila ulet ng offshore applications. but again, states already mentioned that they will try to cater those EOIs who have been lodged before and meeting criteria for invitation, such as higher points.

Hi there po!
This is with regards to my eoi and anmac skills assessment. My nominated occupation(anzsco code) is registered nurse critical care and emegency. I was an emergency nurse in pinas for 3yrs and 5mos (that is only one employer) . I used that employment from the philippines for the ANMAC Skills assessment, and that gave me the anszco code for critical care and emergency from anmac.
However, i will not claim points from that overseas experience due to not having enough evidences (just to be safe). So, in the EOI, if i answer, YES to the question "is this employment related to your nominated occupation" for my overseas experience, it will add 5pts. But if "no", there's no additional pts. So, should i answer NO? As I dont have enough evidence? (I only have reference letter, coe and contract, no bank statement as we were paid in cash by employer).
What i worry most is that, the eoi will conflict/not synchronise with my anmac as that overseas experience was the one i used to get my anzsco code (critical care & emergency), if we answer NO to the question, “is the employment related to the nominated occupation". I have attached here the documents.
I am also working as an emegency nurse in Victoria at the moment, will this support my anzsco code? But this onshore Australian exp is not yet included in my skills assessment. Only that overseas experience, which is also crit care & emergency. Since the same anzsco code naman po.

Hi Everyone!
I am a Mechanical Engineer with 3yrs experience offshore. I am applying visa sc 190 with 85+5 points and doing it DIY. Since my sister is an Australian citizen in WA, I am considering the visa sc 491 (85+15) family sponsor stream.
I have questions with visa sc 491 and hope someone can answer me. In family-sponsored,
1. Does it need my relative (sister) to have a current employer? My sister is a housewife taking care of her little bubba at home; however, her husband is currently working, and I don't think a brother-in-law is eligible to sponsor for sc 491.
2. In family sponsor (491), if #1 is ok, does it still need to have demonstrate sufficient settlement funds? WA requires a $20k minimum of funds for the primary applicant.
3. if #2 is ok, are there still requirements such as proof of residency/bills/water ... etc to the sponsor? Is there a form for sponsorship checklist or to fill up?

Dun po sa may experience sa 489/491 Family Sponsored, may question po ako.
Sa Part B ng family sponsor declaration form, sino po nilagay niyo sa visa applicant details? Yung immediate relative lang po ba o pati yung dependent? Ako po kasi ang primary applicant pero ang partner ko ang may relative na mag’isponsor.
