Good day may nakapagtry na po ba sa inyo dito magapply ng visa 491(NSW) directly sa RDA office or anyone also trying to planning to apply? how was the process? thank you.

Hello all,

I'm almost done doing my CDRs pero nag dadalawang isip ako if yung mga attached photos and calculations ko from my projects will be considered as plagiarism. Bale may copy kasi ako nung mga calculation reports ko dati at yun na rin nilagay kong references/images sa CDRs.

Ma co-consider po kaya iyun as plagiarism since it is considered as my employer's property although ako gumawa nung reports? Salamat po sanay mka tulong kayu:)

ganto rin yung ginawa ko no problem naman as long as inexcplain mo din yung attached photos and calculations mo sa report I don't see any problem with it.

Hello fellow engineers. I just want to seek your insights sana.

I currently have a pending skills assessment + RSEA with EA. They came back with a comment regarding my previous employment asking for an explanation of how it is related to my nominated occupation. My agent advised me to submit an affidavit of job description with the stamp and signature of an authorized witness (Notary Public).

My question is, is it really necessary for the explanation to be notarized? I am currently working in SG and notarization here is costly.

Hi, ganito din yung comment sa husband ko sa EA application nya when he applied last September 2022. To address the comment, gumawa kami ng 'mini career episode' demonstrating engineering activities based sa Anzsco (mga 2pages din yung narrative nya). Hindi na nya pinanotarize. Positively assessed naman yung employment na yun.

Section 2 & 3 won’t work unless there’s PRC. With section 1, PRC won’t make a difference.

Hello po, regarding bank statement, in my experience, out of 3 companies, 1 lang yung may bank transaction docs ako. Pero na-acknowledge pa rin naman yung experience ko dun sa 2 company. By just providing, sss, pagibig, philhealth, payslips, etc.

Just make sure na covered lahat nung dates na employed ka dun, meaning walang intervals. Dun kasi minsan naqquestion at nagbabawas ng experience pag may patlang yung documents. Otherwise, you're good to go.

Just remember that a bank statement is just one of the many evidences na paid ang employment mo, in its absence, other evidences should be considered.

I attached 4 payslips per year. One for every quarter, unless there is a gap in other evidences (sss, pagibig, philheath), I also included payslips from those gaps as much as possible.

Good day po.. Magtatanong Lang Po ako sa Payment kapag magpapaassess na kay EA. Wala po kasi akong credit card, Debit Card po ang plano kung gamitin. Marami napo ba satin dito na nagtry gumamit ng debit card at naging successful naman po ang payment transaction..? TIA po sa makakapagshare.. God bless.

I used debit for EA payment. No problem naman.

walang required hours sa CPD sa EA Assessment. Yang 150hrs requirement I think is for chartership.

Hello po. As of today AwaitingInformation ang status nung sakin. Nanghingi kasi sila ng updated na reference letter from my previous company kasi kulang daw ang details. Ang problem ko kasi may agent ako, so sya ang nagssubmit ng mga docs ko tapos nakikita ko lang ang status thru my account. Last friday ko pa nasend sa agent ko pero di ko sure kung nasubmit na nia kasi di pa rin napapalitan ang status.

Actually mejo nagsisisi na nga ako kasi parang mas tumagal ang process nung sakin dahil sa agent. Matagal sya magreply and parang di naman nia agad nassubmit ung mga docs ko.

Hi, magpapatulong lang po sana ako with the following queries since maraming hinihingi/feedback yung assessor:

Would it be okay na yung iresubmit na career episode is from the other company na pinagtrabahuan? Like magiging 2 career episodes under 1 employer lang. Pero yung initial na pinasa ko po sa EA, 1 career ep per 1 employer.
SSS/Pag-ibig Contibution - Hinhanap ng assessor yung "employer name" pero voluntary paying po kasi ako since I am currently working as an independent contractor for an Int'l company; pwede po kayang ihighlight ko nalang yung yrs inclusive na contractor ako and then mag-addt'l comment na lang po ako na "Individual Payor" ako so hindi talaga lalabas yung employer name dun sa SSS/Pag-ibig Portal? Or may iba pa po bang way para ma-prove itong abt sa secondary documents ko po for my current employment?
FYI, I already attached bank statements, invoices and even ITR filing ko po pero hiningi pa rin nila young SSS/Pag-ibig.

Medyo uncertain po ako kung paano ang format ng CPD, based po kase sa Prepare your Migration Skills Assessment Application July 2022 v1.0 ito lang ang naka indicate (see snapshot), unlike sa career episodes and summary statement merong separate explanation. Any advice po kung paano gagawin ito based sa bagong published guidelines ng EA. Thank you in advance sa sasagot.

pede po bang isama ang OJT sa CPD? then nabasa kasi ako na kelangan daw maka 150 hours for the previous 3 years. pano po ba pag count non? lahat ba ng hours na nakaindicate sa cpd bbilangin basta minimum 150 o dapat from year 2020 lang??

walang required hours sa CPD sa EA Assessment. Yang 150hrs requirement I think is for chartership.

required po ba na may payslip sa mga previous company? pano po pag d na mahanap? contribution na lang sa sss, pagibig at philhealth? un na lang po ba?
