Hello po. As of today AwaitingInformation ang status nung sakin. Nanghingi kasi sila ng updated na reference letter from my previous company kasi kulang daw ang details. Ang problem ko kasi may agent ako, so sya ang nagssubmit ng mga docs ko tapos nakikita ko lang ang status thru my account. Last friday ko pa nasend sa agent ko pero di ko sure kung nasubmit na nia kasi di pa rin napapalitan ang status.

Actually mejo nagsisisi na nga ako kasi parang mas tumagal ang process nung sakin dahil sa agent. Matagal sya magreply and parang di naman nia agad nassubmit ung mga docs ko.

ganyan din po saken..di naguupdate yung agent and yung account ko sabi nilipat daw sa portal nung company kaya kahit status di ko nakikita.. lagpas na din kase 20 days saken last nila sinend queued for assessment pa.. nakafastrack din po..submitted feb. 23 till now wala feedback.

I just received my positive outcome today. Professional engineer. Civil engineer ung nominated occupation ko. Counted din lahat ng work experience ko (2yrs 6mos and 6yrs 8mos)

Ask ko lang po kung how did you verify your CV? Nakalagay kasi online na kailangan verified ng Engineer. Wala pong Engineer sa previous employer ko, pwede kaya HR or colleague?

Also, meron bang form na fifillupan sila to verify my CV? Or pipirmahan nila mismo yun CV ko to verify na tama yun nilagay ko dun?

Para sa mga naging successful ang assessment, did Engineers Australia contact your employer? If yes, what did they ask kaya?

Also, need pa po ba magpasa ng documentation proof para sa CDR statement? Kasi confidential po for my previous employer yun ginawa kong project. Hindi ko po sigurado kung bibigyan pa ako copy especially ay not connected na ako sa company.

Sa proof of employment ko sa Pilipinas ay COE plus SSS na contribution while employed ako sa company na yun. Wala na kasi akong ITR and Pag-ibig and payslips nun.

Sa CDR, naglagay ako ng drawings, pics and screenshots as evidence na ginawa ko nga. So if meron ka naman nyan, lagay mo na lang para maiwasan na rin magask yung Assessor ng extra evidences. BTW, Structural Engineer pala ako.

Pwede ka magpasa sabay ng visa 189 and 190 and whichever results comes first, yun ang iaapply mo later. Also, check mo last point na nainvite sa occupation mo para magkaidea if 65pts is enough to lodge na pero for me ok lang ilodge, alam ko pwede naman mag add ka ng pts later, at least naka pila ka na.

Hi po, Civil Engineer 233211 po. panu ko po macheck yung huling nainvite? gustu ko nga sana mag submit na eoi for 189 since min pts required is 65. flight ko to sydney this april (TV), anu po timeline to receive invites? onshore apply na sana ko ng visa para pwede magbridging while waiting.

proof of employment - COE, contract, payslip, salary transfer
CDR ko po - QS work po, nirelate ko lang sa CE.

Search mo lang kung ilan pts last invited for CE. Also, ang timeline is no assurance kelan ka maiinvite, may times na walang naiinvite sa specific occupation, saka nagbabased sila sa score as far as i know, high scores are the first to get invite.

Yung sakin, I asked my previous colleagues (who are now Managers/Supervisors) to sign my document na may roles and responsibilities. Di naman daw sila kinontact ng EAU. Hindi korin nilagyan ng official logo ng company kasi hindi naman sya issued ni company.

yung sakin ito
1. Payslips
2. ITRs
3. Official COE from the company (walang roles and responsibilities)
4. Kaya naggawa ako ng COE with roles and responsibilities na pinasign ko sa previous colleagues ko.
5. Philhealth, SSS, Pagibig contribution screenshot from websites

Sa CDR, wala akong official document or report completion from previous company.
I just created the CDRs based sa experience ko. Wala rin akong screenshots, pictures, drawings. Yung ginawa ko ring CDRs e based sa previous companies ko na experience. Wala naman naging tanong sakin yung EAU. May positive outcome agad. I think it depends sa project. Basta make sure you satisfy all the competencies, ilagay mo lahat ng pede.

Yung sa friend ko may isang company sya na hindi na rin nya makita mga payslips, so EAU contacted him and he supplied nalang yung ITR. And they approved it. Im not sure if this will be applicable for all.

Yes, kasi naka-address sa EAU ung letter diba. So transparent naman ako sa previous/current managers ko. Hehe. Tinulungan naman nila ako.

for Standard CDR or Standard CDR+RSEA neither need for pay slip. you may refer to MSA booklet 2020 page 28 of 50 for RSEA should you want the service need a Work reference letter indicating you full time pay rate as primary doc and ITR,SSS and Work permit as Secondary Doc however, in your Visa application for 189/190 better if you can provide pay slips as a strong evidence.

1. Graduate po ako sa iskul sa Pinas na Section 3, pano po ba nalalaman kung saan accord ako?
2. May 3years plus ako na experience po. Pero madami naman po akong natapos na project. Maaari po kaya na isang company lang po tapos andun na po ang 3 career episode? Pero as is po position ko sa company,Application Engineer po.

Maraming salamat po. Currently po, nasa Sydney po ako nagwowork pero wala po akong balak na isama ang work ko dito hehe.

2. Pwede naman yan sa isang company lang CDR mo. Kung kulang yan sasabihan ka ni EA

Mas magandang evidence ang ITR kasi government issued yun kaya mas okay sa EA yun compared sa payslip na pwedeng gawa gawa lang ng applicant. Saka pwede naman magrandom na maginquire sa BIR.

Ang problem lang sa BIR, hindi sila nagtatago ng copy ng after how many years. Naitanong ko ito sa BIR and wala silang database kaya kung nawala ang emoployee's copy, wala na. Unless nagtatago ng copy rin sa company pero sa previous employer, 5 years na data lang sila nagtatago.

nag preprepare palang ako documents for EA assessment,
1. if ITR ang gagamitin kailangan ba for every year of employment?, if payslip ilang months ang pwede i attach?
2. Yung old employment ko hindi ako nakakuha ng COE, pwede ba gamitin yung Job offer/ contract as proof?
3. Need ba ipapirma sa current employer yung CDR?

1. ITR recommended every year and Payslip every quarter of the year
2. Yes pwd Contract Employment but i think need yong job descriptions mo are indicated. you can double check in MSA booklet 2020 (google mo) page 28
3. No need signature from your employer yong CDR
