Hello, ask ko lang. Ano po pdeng ilagay sa CPD if hindi prinactice ung course? Ung degree ko po kasi is Industrial Engineer, magpapaassess ako for degree lang since naging Supply Chain ung career path and work experience ko. Wala akong seminars na related sa IE mismo after grumaduate.

Another question, meron pa po ba ibang hinihingi si EA after magsubmit ng initial docs if degree lang ipapaassess? E.g. kelangan ba ng official letter from university na ikaw gumawa talaga ng mga career episodes?

Good day Engineers,

I would like to ask po for help regarding the preparation for Skills assessment sa EA.. I currently have a problem with my previous employer since nag disband na yung company after ako nag resign back in December 2021. I managed to get a copy of my COE but I know kailangan ng list of responsibilities na attached para ma acknowledge yung work experience.

My questions are:

Is it possible po ba na gumawa na lang ako ng list of roles and responsibilities and mag pa sign ako sa naka work ko na general contractor and I will also attach his name and phone number?
I did not have an ITR since I was earning way below the taxable rate here in the province. The company did not issue payslips every payday either, but I have a couple of pictures of bank transfer slips from our accounting head back then. I saw some comments regarding using the SSS contribution from the company as proof of being employed as well. Can I use these instead?
One of my past work experience only had a job offer with the list of responsibilities, and I have a COE from them. Can I use this too?

I have an accumulated about 2 years of being a Civil Engineer in the last 5 years.

With regards to the points,

I currently have 75 points but the cut off last invitation was 85 points from what I heard.

25-33 years old : 30 points
Superior English: 20 points
Work experience outside of Australia: Less than 3 years - 0 points
Work experience in Australia: Less than 1 year - 0 points
Qualifications: School is listed as section 1 based on the list here - 15 points
Partner Skills: Single - 10 points

Total: 75 points

Yes and No - you can make a list of roles and responsibilities but have it signed by your previous employer itself who signed your previous COE

Yes - You can use social contributions if asked by EA. Since you are from a sec 1, your chances of getting a positive skills assessment is high though you'll get a hard time in the visa lodgment proper if you don't have an ITR (I thought even employees earning below the taxable rate are required to file/ employer has to file their ITRs)

No - back to number 1, you can make a list of roles and responsibilities and have it signed by your previous employer

Yes - as long as your CDR demonstrates your skills, technical abilities, competency, and language abilities suited as a Civil Engineer very well.

try mo request s BIR am sure they have copy if your employer file tax. pwd rin SSS and pag-ibig contribution

For RSEA, you must provide Work reference letter as primary docs and SSS or pag ibig Contribution as your Secondary document.

you can submit EOI for 190 NSW and VICM, NSW invites 75 +5 nomination.

Hello. Hindi po ito mandatory. Pero for peace of mind and may extra ka sa budget mo, take the RSEA. Pang-sure ball po kasi yan sa claiming of points hanggang sa lodgement. Pero po pag confident ka sa lahat ng icla-claim mo na experience and points (aligned sa nominated occupation), puedeng di ka magRSEA

Yung sa friend ko may isang company sya na hindi na rin nya makita mga payslips, so EAU contacted him and he supplied nalang yung ITR. And they approved it. Im not sure if this will be applicable for all.

Mas magandang evidence ang ITR kasi government issued yun kaya mas okay sa EA yun compared sa payslip na pwedeng gawa gawa lang ng applicant. Saka pwede naman magrandom na maginquire sa BIR.

Ang problem lang sa BIR, hindi sila nagtatago ng copy ng after how many years. Naitanong ko ito sa BIR and wala silang database kaya kung nawala ang emoployee's copy, wala na. Unless nagtatago ng copy rin sa company pero sa previous employer, 5 years na data lang sila nagtatago.

This is true. Kaya maganda tlaga from the very start ng employment lahat ng issued documents ng company is itago. You’ll never know db hehe.

Yung sakin, hindi rin related sa EE yung mga positions ko, pero triny kong irelate lahat ng projects ko using EE skills and competencies sa CDRs ko. Positive assessment parin for degree and employment. Hehe

Yung CPD ko, wala rin ako since ngwork ako. All seminars from school lang nilagay ko. Haha.

THIS IS WHAT I DID. I HAVE IT SIGNED SA PREVIOUS COLLEAGUES KO NA MANAGER NA NGAYON. Kasi umalis na yung previous managers ko. Hindi ko nilagyan ng logo since hindi sya issued ng company.

I just started my preparation for my skilled migration assessment. Next month pa yung PTE exam ko. I'm not sure if ano yung dapat na target ko sa PTE Acad exam para sa puntos ko. I'm not sure din kung ano yung mga pinagbabatayan sa points system. Pero based sa mga nababasa ko dito sa thread, please confirm if tama ba and ito yung talagang possible na points ko.

Work experience outside of Australia: 5-8 years - 10 points
Work experience in Australia: Less than 1 year - 0 points

Kung ito nga po ang tamang batayan, is it right for me to say na I have 75 points if under proficient english and 85 points if i am under superior english?

Ako po personally ITR lang po hiningi ko. Tas wala din ako naitagong payslips. Binackupan ko lang ng complete SSS payments nung nagpasa ako sa EA. Approved naman hehe.

Di ko sure kung papayag yung employer mo na ibigay lahat ng payslips na ganun kadami haha. Kung magrerequest ka man, last 3 months is ok, or 1st and last payslip puede. Ganun po kasi ginawa ng siblings ko pero sa vetassess kasi sila (civil and arch draftsperson).

Yup, you calculation seems fine. you can double check on DHA website refer to below link

But I recommend to get the superior score, as Subclass visa 190 &189 are significantly competitive depends on occupation. The higher pts you have the higher you getting a chance to be invited

I would suggest to provide pay slips every quarter of the year this is to prepare for DHA requirement. Take note DHA is more stringent than Assessing Body.

I think you should declare it.. if the 1st uni/college you mention in number 1 is the 1st stage of your uni then item 2 uni (continuation) is the final stage then must be declare it. to show the whole duration of your degree.
You can estimate when roughly you start, let say it start at Month of may or June.
