Another question po, pasensya na kung mukhang common sense lang mga tanong ko. Making sure lang din..

Question number 42. Do you have a partner?
Partner includes wife, husband, fiance, boyfriend, girlfriend, significant other and de facto.

May boyfriend po ako pero hindi kami live-in. Hindi siya kasama sa visa application ko kasi may sarili siyang visa (482), pero nasa Philippines parin siya now kasi may inaasikaso pa. Sa EOI ko, SINGLE at NEVER MARRIED ang status ko.

I-declare ko parin ba siya doon sa tanong sa number 42?

Hindi naman required na kasama agad when you lodge the application. We submitted ours withouth them and nag prompt naman yung system for us to upload it.

Hi! With regards po sa Form 80, may mga questions kasi na wala ako answer like yung suburb or yung address sa period of unemployment, ano po ba dapat ilagay:

Not applicable. My S56 request have a note that says,"do not write N/A"

hello po, meron po bang identification number yung birth certificate pag ilalagay na sa Form 80? also, ano anong IDs po pwedeng ilagay sa identity documents?

Yung BReN, nasa lower portion ng PSA issued Birth Certs. Birth Cert and Driver's License nilagay ko sa identity docs.

Hi po, medyo naconfuse lang po ako sa questions na 'to sa Form 80. Tama po ba na ganito ang isagot? Or dapat mag YES din sa number 7 at ilagay ang Philippines sa country tapos Birth dun sa how did you gain this citizenshiop?

Number 6 is do you have any current citizenship in ANY country. Number 7 is if you have/had citizenship in ANY OTHER country, meaning other countries maliban sa sinagot mo sa #6.

So if you only have Philippine citizenship, #6 lang yung yes and your current answer is correct If meron ka pang iba, dagdag mo siya sa #7.

Kahit North Korea pa yan. Always declare. Isa rin chinecheck yung honesty and completeness sa application mo.

Ang rule kasi sa AU, always declare yung ang madalas inemphasize ng border security

Hi po! pra sa mga dpendents na ksabay mag-apply ng main applicant for visa 189/190/491:

kelangan din po ba ni dpendent mag present ng sss contributions, payslip or any evidence pra sa employment history?

sir kumusta po, na-approve po ba kayo dito kahit nagclaim po kayo ng bachelor's kahit po diploma ung assessment? I'm on the same boat po kasi. It was an honest mistake from my end. I didn't realize na magkaiba pala sa Australia ang Diploma and Bachelor's. Akala ko talaga same lang. huhuhu. 190 po yung sakin, approved po ng state ung nomination. During that time di ko pa na-realize na mali ako ng claim ng points kasi ng in-approve ng state ung nomination ko. then today ko lang nalaman na magkaiba pala ung diploma and bachelor's dahil lang may nakapagkwento sakin. kung walang nagsabi, until now hindi ko parin alam na nakapag-over claim ako.

Hindi ka nila ijujudge kung may boyfriend ka o walang partner. Ang important is malaman nila ang totoo sa application mo. Malay mo sa next visa mo, ipapakwento sa iyo in writing yung love story niyo para makuha mo siya sa Australia as subsequent entrant.

Dito ako nalilito. Sabi ng Agent ko kung nag-declare daw ako ng Single/Never Married sa EOI for claiming 10pts sa Form 80 di daw dapat ilagay yun bf/gf kahit pa not live-in.

Well tama ka din naman Tigerlance paano kung babalikan yun Form 80 mo for background checking.

Sinunod ko nalang yun Agent ko not to put my significant other.

Wala naman effect eh. Kung may boyfriend/girl friend sa points sa EOI eh.

Nung una napaisip ako kaya niresearch ko kung ano definition in terms of DHA
yung meaning ng Single, Never Married, boyfriend, girlfriend, de facto.

Thank you so much! Ganon ang ginawa ko sa sinabi mo, dineclare ko siya na boyfriend tas inexplain ko nalang sa last part para lang transparent ang application ko at sa citizenship ay wala na problema. Granted na visa ko and nakapag BM na. Thank youuu!

Hi, there is a question about ALL previous employment. Do we need to put all? Or just as per 10 years claimed in vetassess?

Yung earliest employment kasi kulang kulang proof if hanapan ako ng proof.

sa form80 walang proof na needed and I believe mula pinanganak ka yata yan? employment and unemployment period mo from birth up to present. yung birth to college grad ko nilagay ko lang "Never Worked" tapos nasa explanation na form birth up until college graduate ay supported ako ng parents ko

sa mga experience na di ako nagclaim ng points, nagsubmit na lang din ako ng attachment sa form 80 ng mga coe, etc.

Just the 10 years of employment. Declare even if you didn't claim it. Kasi pag may gap yung employment mo need mo I explained din yan sa form 80.like how did you sustain unemployment financially.

Sakin nilagay ko lahat starting from my very first job kasi ang nakalagay is "ALL" and not just the last 10 years. I just followed the requirement. So if meron gap, nilagay ko yung reason kung bakit ako unemployed during that time and how I financially supported myself while I was unemployed.

With regards sa proof, meron din akong di sinama na work sakin kasi wala rin akong proof. So nilagay ko nalang is unemployed ako during that time at naghahanap ng work. kaso ung sakin is 3 months lang naman ako sa company na yun so pwede ko gawin reason yun. Not sure in your case if super tagal ka sa company mo.

Hi Guys, Meron po b ditong ngpasa ng form 80 and nrealize n kulang ang employers n nlagay? Pano po kaya mccorrect? Hndi ko po kasi naisama ung 3 companies na hndi k po sinama sa ACS skills assessment. Submit notification of incorrect answers po b is enough na? Pls help po.

Meron dn po ba sa inyong ang tenure lng is 1 month? Ok lng po kaya eto and wala n po akong proof of payment/employment with them. Hndi dn po ako ngclaim ng points with these companies. Thanks po.
