They usually ask for your address and phone number. May advantage ka if nasa AU ka na. Pero siyempre pwede ka rin magapply and indicate sa cover letter ang Date of Entry.

Hello. Baka may similar case.
I received my Japan Police clearance in a sealed envelope and clearly noted there that it should be opened only by the Australian authority and I am not allowed to open it. The person at the Japanese embassy told me to "maybe" just scan and upload the envelope and wait for their consent for me to open it and scan the actual certificate.

May similar case po ba sa inyo na ganto from another country? Anong dapat gawin?

Has anyone tried NBI's online renewal? I'm having a hard time, it's been weeks since I paid for it and no-show ang hotlines. Is this still reliable?

I did. I am here Singapore when I renewed my NBI online, Monday I renewed online and pay 2 items (25php NBI + 130 php delivery charge = 155php). Then , thursday na receive na ng ate ko sa pinas.

Yung email sayo sis my tracking ng transaction, you can click and check.

Hi! Just a question -I have received state nomination already but there are some information in my employment that i need to change (the dates of employment). Would it be okay if I will change some employment dates in my visa application but contradicts to my EOI? Since I had a permanent job before for a couple of months then eventually changed to casual employment wherein sometimes I work less than 20 hrs per week (thus i cant say yes to skilled employment). Would it be ok if I make these changes to my visa application but there are no changes in my points?

Hello po! Ng lodge po ako ng roi for RDA hunter nong march 3 then today nkatanggap po ako ng email na they received my papers then they will follow up next week for the application invoice. Pero ng post po sila na close na sila for application. Ano ibig sabihin? Should I proceed for payment? Does that mean nkakuha ako ng slot before cut off?

Possibly. You just need to wait for them to send you the invoice. Make sure it's the official invoice as there have been reports of scamming in recent weeks.

Most likely it's 189 kaya di na dumaan sa State nomination.

Hi po, need some advise if may similar case. For the requirement ng "current residency" sa pre-invite, mas applicable po ba na ilagay yung current country where you are working if outside PH kahit say 1yr palang nag work sa ibang bansa? or mas okay po na ilagay yung Ph address? Salamat po.

No. Kung aling visa type ang na-invite ka at inapplyan mo, yun ang visa mo. Why would they change a 190 visa into a 189..? Magkaibang eligibility criteria ang 190 and 189, at may sari-sariling pathway ang bawat visa type—walang 190 to 189 path since parehas na yang PR. So if 189 ang target mo and eligible ka, yun ang pag-lodgean mo ng EOI.

Once granted ka na for 190, yun na ang visa mo. Kahit pa maging licensed ka, your 190 will stay a 190 visa. Usually you will go from one visa to another lang kapag temporary ang visa mo, for example 491 to 191 (191 ang PR pathway ng 491).

It should be the current country where you live.

You need to ask them asap. That’s a question they could only answer. Everyone here will just be guessing.

Current residency is where you live currently. If you say you’re working outside PH then that’s where your current residency is.

Hello po! just wondering if meron same case sa inyo or nakakaalam ng same case na ONSHORE, then nakareceive ng Pre-invite. pero yung case is ilang days short lang sa minimum of 6-month NSW residency requirement. nag aalangan kami isubmit agad yung pre-invite kasi kapag nareview agad nila yung residency namin, wala pa sa mininum. or yung date na icoconsider ba nila is yung date kung kelan nila ireview yung application? with that, sabi naman nila within 6 weeks yung processing bago makareceive ng outcome. Kapag ganun, pasok naman na sa 6 months.

hoping lang po na may alam kayong same scenario. salamat!

mula naglodge ako visa application. ilang beses ako nagtravel. di naman kelangan iupdate immiaccount not unless magchange ka address/country of residence if offshore ka.

for 190 they invite not based on points solely so may chance to. I recommend submitting an EOI asap

Nung August 2022 invitation round, naginvite sila ng 65 points for visa 189 para sa CE draftsperson so baka granted na rin po.

Hello, as far as I know, they will assess your EOI at the time they invited you. onshore requirement is at least 6 MThs stay in their state. you can double check in NSW website
