Hi. Sa pgkakaalam ko simpleng “To Whom It May Concern” is acceptable na.

Discalimer, based on my personal experience.

Yes ung isa kong Statement of Service, hindi naka address for Vetassess. So ang sinabi ko para sa POEA/POLO, so they addressed it to POLO.

Tinanggap ng Vetassess and positive outcome.

Change mo to whom it may concern: if pwede.

For my case, complete lahat except yung jod description. Sinamahan ko na lang ng job descriptiom from the company handbook. Nag attach din ako ng contract, official job ads from websites with job description and payslips.

Hi, I'm a BS Math graduate with more than 3 years of experience as an actuarial analyst. I'm planning to apply for Vetassess assessment for actuary, but I'm worried that the subjects I took in college may not be considered relevant qualifications. Should I try a Vetassess consultant or directly apply for assessment?

Eto po yung sabi sa Vetassess:

Highly relevant major fields of study include Actuarial Science, Actuarial Studies, and Actuarial Practice.

The courses should cover the key areas of Actuarial Statistics, Risk Modelling and Survival Analysis, Actuarial Mathematics, Financial Engineering and Loss Reserving, Business Finance and Business Economics.

Fellowship or Associateship of a body with which the Actuaries Institute of Australia holds a Mutual Recognition Agreement will be highly regarded. Applicants who have completed or are working towards completion of qualifications from, or membership or fellowship of, recognised Actuarial institutes are required to provide evidence of this, such as certificates, transcripts and syllabuses.

Applicants who do not possess qualifications in Actuarial Science, Actuarial Studies, or Actuarial Practice are strongly encouraged to provide a copy of an official syllabus for each qualification. Qualifications in Mathematics or Statistics will be assessed on a case-by-case basis provided the above-listed key areas are covered.

Im not sure if it would be of help, I have PRC license (ARCH) pero expired. I just uploaded it and still got a positive assessment.

Yung occupation mo ba requires PRC? Kasi if not like mine (Management Consultant), I didn't attach anything. Nag reply lang ako sa email saying that my occupation does not require PRC. Occupations require PRC can be found here for their reference. https://prc.gov.ph/professional-regulatory-boards. Tapos inattach nalang nung case officer yung email ko as proof. Then ok na, positive assessment rin ako.

Pag mag back read ka, meron akong nabasa before ng attach lang ng letter saying PRC is not required sa occupation. Check/search mo nalang history ng forum hehe

Even if PRC required, you could still tell them that you didn’t take PRC and they will be ok with it.

I'm thinking of going with normal processing, ilang days na ako nagtatry ng priority processing laging quota agad. Thanks po sa sasagot.

Not Nov 2022, pero 2022 din ako nagpa-assess and took 6 months to receive the outcome.

If you have the resources, I suggest to have it done via priority processing. So abang ka ng 655am, tapos refresh ka halos every 2 sec up until 659 you may get it. Yung iba, nag iintay upto 730. I secured mine on a Sunday.

Salamat Sir, got mine this morning (i mean yung assessment application via priority)... Thanks sa info!
bale mukang nakaprogram ang kanilang refresh sa 6:59am (1minute before 9amAEDT). Five (5) consecutive days ako nakapagtry before maging sucessful makakuha ng slot.
Also, another input din sa mga gusto din mag-priority processing, if ndi kayo nakapasok for the day (quota for the day is full) just keep trying kase dun sa payment section may 10minute allowed time yung mga nakapasok para makapag-pay (this is thru credit card, I am not sure if this is same with other payment method). I think if hindi nila masettle in 10minute time, magkakaroon ulit ng available slot. So best to try mga 10-20minutes after 9am AEDT.

Great to hear that sir. Hope you get your positive assessment soon. They may reach out to you if they need some documents.

Ok lang na kasama sa CV pero di kailangan mag attach ng supporting kasi up to last 10 years lang ia-assess nila.

Nice! Buti na lang may gantong topics d2!

    Background:
I'm a BSIT graduate in Section 3 school, and I have 10+ years experience in ACN.
6+ years from that was as an Application Support (Jul 2012 to Jan 2019)
4+ years from that is currently as a Quality Auditor (Feb 2019 to present)

I am planning to take VETASSESS once I reached 6 years of experience. ANZSCO Code: 224712

    Questions:
    1. Would you advice to take VETASSESS once I reached 6 years of experience because my current job description is not aligned to relevant study? Why yes or no?

    1. May naka experience ba d2 na nag file ng separate EOIs for 2 different skills assessments VETASSESS and ACS pwede kaya? Anong result?

Thanks in advanced sa sasagot!

Hi, ask ko lang po if malaking factor po ba sa application sa vetassess if yung position ko sa statement of service na ginawa ng supervisor is Line Quality "Assurance" Analyst pero sa job contract is "Quality Analyst - Line" ? In progress na po application and wala po hiningi additional docs sakin. Thank you po

Ganito case nung akin. Note: I am not a software engineer. Kakaiba lang talaga designations ng company, pero it was not questioned and positive outcome naman. I'm guessing it's because yung letter naman had the company heading, the appropriate signatories, contact information, at iba pang makapagpapatunay na legitimate yun. In your case, hindi rin naman nagkakalayo ang "Line Quality Assurance Analyst" and "Quality Analyst - Line" — iba lang phrasing so I think, based lang on my experience/judgment, na okay yan.

I don't think you need to wait since VETASSESS would still deduct the same number of years from the starting point of the employment you are having assessed.

Hi! New here and been researching on how to work in AUS and napadpad ako here. Sorry for the dumb question but ive been researching and medyo gets ko na sya pero walang nakaexplain sa any vlogs ive seen:

Ano mangyayari after you pass the vetassess? Do you need to have a job offer from australia bago ka pumunta dun? Or bibigyan ka lang work visa tas pag punta mo dun, ikaw na bahala magapply ng work pa andun ka na?

You may need to read up on Subclass 189, 190, and 491 first, these are General Skilled Migration visas where you will use the positive Vetassess (or any relevant assessing body of AU) assessment for, not work visa (correct me if i'm wrong sa mga naka work visa kung need nga ba nitong assessment).

I would say, based on your question, marami pang research. hehe. But this site is very helpful, stick around, read up the popular threads... overwhelming lang sa simula.

Read up on the visa information here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing "Working and skilled visas" cover skilled migration, including employer sponsorship if yan ay viable for you (depends on your profession of course). I would recommend that kasi it includes a high-level, step-by-step overview of the whole process.
