Hi! sa mga nka withdraw ng pag-ibig contributions nila, mga ilang days nyo po na claim?
I filed 2 weeks ago tinanggap naman nila pero mag-ask pa daw cla sa lawyer, I'm not sure if na process na ba...parang 1st time nila magprocess nun and ang mga officers ay hindi alam ang immigrant visa idk yung sinubmit ko is visa grant na. Baka po may same experience dito? I havent heard from them since, I tried to call pero busy din.

Hello @lmsg06 mahirap kumuha ng PDOS appointment schedule every Wed lang kasi schedule ng Australia kaya dapat maaga mag-abang mga 6-7 am. Weeks or months pa inaabot mula booking date vs appointment date. Pwedeng online or onsite attendan mo okay lang naman kahit ano mahalaga lang may certificate.

I agree, kagagaling ko lang po PAGIBIG Office kanina to withdraw din. Ang dami nilang tanong regarding sa visa kahit presented na yung visa grant letter. Hindi nga po yata sila familiar. Hinahanapan rin po ako ng stamp sa Passport dahil yun daw ang requirement nila, told them na digital ang visa ng australia and walang stamp/sticker na makikita sa passport.
Nag-push through naman after mahabang paliwanagan. Nag-request rin ako na sa savings account nila i-deposit, para di na ko babalik for the check. Hiningan lang nila ko ng photocopy ng ATM/Savings saka authorization to deposit na letter.
Waiting na lang po for update.

Hi, possible po kaya yung scenario wherein iba ang magsesecure ng rent muna on your behalf? like kunwari po merong kamag-anak or kaibigan na citizen/PR in Australia at currently homeowner na, tapos documents nila ang gagamitin sa application ng rental? Naisip ko lang po yung possibility considering the rental crisis and the fact na wala pang any rental history and local job experience as first time migrants.

Everyone who will live in the rental must be listed as an applicant & all adults need to submit documents. So you will still have to declare yourself as an applicant & submit documents if you intend to live in that house. Ang lalabas, magmumukhang ilang tao kayong titira sa bahay & when they do reference checks on each applicant including your relatives, baka magduda na yung agent if they find out your relatives are home owners who live in their own home.
Ang pwede mo sigurong gawin is yung ginagawa ng ilang international students. They get their parents to guarantee the payment of the rental. In your case, baka you can get your relatives to become the guarantor of your rental. So in case you cannot pay the rent, they will guarantee na they will pay for it. So less risky for the landlord.

Galing kami ng Singapore, at inaccept nila yung HPB vaccine records namin. Hindi na kami nagpunta ng GP for dun. But I thinj kailngan I register ung vaccine kung magkeclaim for Centrelink
