You mean approved na ang visa tapos nag resign na sa pinas at mag bibig move na? If this is the case no need na mag update sa immi account.

If ang case mo naman is nag hihintay pa ng visa grant. Nung time ko, while waiting sa grant, lumipat ako ng work pero hindi na ako nag update ng info sa immi account, since invited naman na ako nun at nakapag lodge na.

Not sure if natanong na ito before, pero sa mga PR holder po na dumirecho nag BM from other countries to AU (hindi galing sa PH), nung umuwi ba kayo sa PH for vacation from AU, kinailangan pa bang mag acquire ng CFO seminar bago maka exit sa Pinas pabalik AU?

hello everyone....seeing na may mga CFO related infos here....about to fly-in to AU this september as PR.
I understand na it is necessary to get the CFO certificate. When is the best time to get the certificate? pwede na kaya ngayong coming month or too early? May expiration ba ang CFO? TIA

Hi @jonard312 thank you for the response. Nagtry na ako magbook online para sa online seminar kaso when I am clicking the registration site mismo may error.....I noticed na Monday to Thursday lang sila din pala....does it affect also ung site nila if wala sila pasok today?

May schedule yan sila, and slots run out quickly. Mon to Thurs, 7am exactly mag-abang ka otherwise you'll get the error. All the information is on their website also: https://cfo.gov.ph/

Usually passport lang. Kita na nila agad kung anong visa type mo.

Hello guys!!! Bago lang kami ng wife ko dito sa Canberra at naghahanap po ako ng work related sa career at industry ko. Almost 10 years ako sa Singapore at 6 months sa Philippines na ang field ay sa Construction Industry, bale more on Project Management ang role ko as a Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer at ang degree ko ay Electrical Engineer. Any recommendation po na mga companies na may job opening kahit Project Engineer - Electrical? Salamat po.

As for my experience naman, madali lang naman. I emailed my application (combined family) last April 17, and tinawagan ko din agad to confirm if na-receive nila 'yung application ko. The next day, nag-follow up ako sa hotline and they gave me the application reference number. Tatawag daw sila after 2 or 3 days for approval pero wala naman kaya nag-follow up ulit ako last April 26, 2024. Then sabi ng representative, our application was already approved last April 24 and binigay na niya Medicare number namin. Nag-request na din ako ng linking code for me and my wife para sa mygov app kasi sayang 'yung tawag. Kahapon pinacheckup ko na 'yung bunso ko para matry ko kung ok ba 'yung medicare card namin. At ok siya tinanggap naman ng clinic 'yung digital ID.

Update. Mas okay gawin ang Medicare thru mygov. Tapos ginawa ko, after two days tumawag ako. Sa mygov kasi mas madali kasi makakakuha ka ng reference number/application number after mo magapply sa medicare. So mas madaling matrack kapag tumawag ka sa medicare. Binigay nila same time ang Medicare number sa akin plus inassist ako ilink sa mygov.

Sa tfn ganun din, next day tumawag ako to ask for my tax number. Haha.

So in 2 days, natapos ko yung tfn and medicare.

I was thinking if family, dapat meron ka na yung mga pagdating dun bibili ka din assuming na outweigh yung pagdala vs cost of the baggage weight:
1. kitchen cookwares and utensils
2. kitchen appliance (rice cooker if like from Rukawa is yung high end na japanese/madaming setting na models), mixer,
3. pillows (if bago pa and maselan)
4. laptops/ cameras
5. nakikita ko sa pinoy in melbourne hanap lagi calamansi hehe, although di naman madadala to.

ideally, anything na pagdating don, bibili ka, and at that price id rather bring that item kesa entry level na item for the money.

The agent works for the landlord, not for the tenant. Kakausapin nyo lang sya if there's something wrong with the unit that the landlord needs to address. For example, may leak yung gripo.

You need to check with the agent if they will release the house keys to someone who isn't listed in the lease. Once the house keys are given, may entry report that the tenant has to complete. Magiging basis yan when you leave the unit kung may nasira kayo na ibabawas sa bond nyo. Kung papayag yung agent to release the house keys to your nominated person, you can shop online, have the items delivered to the house, and you can ask a friend to receive the items and bring them inside. You also have to ask that person to complete the entry report kasi it has to be completed within a certain number of days lang. Hindi lang ako sigurado kung papayag yung agent to give the house keys to someone who isn't the person listed on the lease.

Pano kayo nakahanap ng work? Ung majority ng mga company may requirement na Australian experience or Australian knowledge of building code/regulations dapat, pano kaya un? Nag apply pa rin kayo kahit may ganyang requirements ung employer?

Hello po tanong ko sana sa mga 491 na naka receive ng email to update residential address, na update na namin sa immi account pero based dun sa letter dapat mabago ung status to receive pero yung status pa rin ay submitted. May naka experience po ba nito or may need kaming gawin may deadline na 28 days to update. Salamat po sa sasagot

Yung samin Submitted pa din status pero di naman na ako naka receive ng follow up letter

Yung samin Submitted pa din status pero di naman na ako naka receive ng follow up letter

Hi, has anyone tried to bring AUD cash that is more than 10k going to Australia? From what I've read we need to declare but did the officers request for any supporting documents like bank statements, receipts etc?
