Hi po!

Question lang po, regarding sa employment history. What if po ang company ay nagsara na (previous employer) pero po yung HR staff po ay nacocontact pa kung sakali magrequest ng COE. Possible po ba yun? Hindi po ba ako magkakaproblema if yun ang isubmit ko?

So I submitted my requirements para makapagpaassess na sa bagong ACS system for 3 ANZSCO Codes. Nakuha ko na ung results ko in just about a week or so and eto ung sabi sa letter:

QUESTION:
Tama ba na yung maccredit lang sakin is yung years after Sep 21, 2021? Medyo nalito lang ako sa nilagay nila dyan na not closely related daw pero ung sa baba naman e "work experiences have been assessed to be closely related". Medyo nalito lang ako pero I'd like to clarify from the people here if Tama nga ba na yung years lang na count ay yung after Sep 21, 2021? Kasi that would mean 2 years 9 months lang ang counted na xp ko, which is 0 points. I would ideally want atleast 3 years para man lang maka5 points so I would really appreciate some clarifications for the results para malaman ko next steps ko if magFile na ba ako ng EOI or magpaReappeal or reAssess or anuman.

yung sa work experience naman, closely related because they based it on your work experience, job description, etc. it means aligned yung work experience mo to your nominated occupation.

just my 2cents, i believe you will find out the details of your score, if you put all of this po on your EOI, it does generate the necessary points on it automagically so it will tell you if you can get points for the claimed details/documents na inilagay mo po when you try to lodge it, the EOI po ha

Hi all. Question, Same lang po ba yung documents na need ipasa sa new ACS?

Follow up question ko na din po, kung okay lang po ba na SSS/PagIbig at Philhealth para sa payment reference. Wala na po kasi ako copy ng payslip and yung record ng ITR parehas wala na sa employer at BIR RDO.

Hi, I just got my assessment in ACS, I have a question lang in claiming points since im already lodging my EOI. Sa outcome letter kasi ito yung nakalagay:

"Your skills have been assessed to be suitable against the requirements for ANZSCO code 261312 Software Engineer as of 31-Aug-2022."

The following work experiences have been assessed to be closely related to ANZSCO code 261312 Developer Programmer:

Company A - August 2020-April 2022
Company B- April 2022-August 2023
Company C - August 2023-May 2024

When lodging EOI, I need to select whether a work experience is related to the ANZSCO code, and since nakalagay sa outcome na closely related yung work ko for Company A, even though skills have been assessed as suitable as of Aug 31, 2022, I'm wondering if I could claim points for Company A and iselect sa pag lodge yung option as "Related Employment". Thank you.

You need to consider the visa subclass AND state you are submitting EOIs to.
For example, NSW for this about to end FY, you should only claim related employment based on your deemed skilled date. Therefore, you cannot claim points for Company A and early months of Company B.

While in subclass 189, you can claim points for that employment as long as you can provide sufficient evidences to support the claim.

But since a new FY will open by July, I suggest you research on each state and subclass eligibility. Baka may magbago pa eh, then you just update your EOI accordingly.

Thank you! Hindi na kasi maprovide ng company yung first payslip ko, although yung second payslip nabigay pa nila. I’m wondering if I still need to provide yung second payslip tapos iattach ko yung email correspondence na hindi na nila mahanap yung first payslip.

Bale ganito yung balak ko iprovide for the payment evidences:
Beginning: SSS contributions table/employment history & BIR 2316
End: Last Payslip and BIR 2316

Hello, one help on the application, please. Meron ba sa inyo nagkaroon ng multiple roles sa isang employer?

Ang sabi kasi sa ACS form, _"Any work experience where the role title and duties changed must be split into separate work episodes."

As I understand this, need ko ilagay yung work experience ng magkahiwalay sa ACS application. Ibig sabihin ba nito, twice ko iuupload yung employer reference and payslips ko (for both work episode sa same company)?

Nasa employer reference ko naman yung both roles ko sa company. Although yung concern ko kasi, yung payslips ko covers only the beginning and end of my employment sa company (which is the requirement naman talaga).

Also, the EOI's are valid for 24 months when it was lodged? Does this means I do not need to submit new EOI's for this coming FY and I can just update it any time then lodged for new EOI's once it expires?

Also, if I have a positive skills assessment before, can I use my previous work reference that I submitted before or do I need to request a new one? I am still working for the same company.

with their new process, idk if may ganyan pa din sa letter.

i suggest, request ka na ng bago. since for sure lahat ng documents mo nun is dated back in 2022 pa.

regarding new role, yes, mas okay na you submit your current role.

disclaimer: may bagong process na si ACS since july 2024 (iirc), might as well read their guidelines na lang din. baka di na din updated yung experience ko with them regarding their requirements.

Hello, may question lang po. Baka naraise na before pero medyo mahaba na kasi yung thread.

In case magbigay yung company ng COE with job description, pero walang signature, parang this is system generated and does not require any signature pero nandun yung details na if need iverify, you can call HR or email, i-hohonor po ba ito ng ACS? Need rin ba ipanotarize ito?

Kung generic COE then may letter or of non-issuance ng COE with JD, plus the affidavit, lahat po bang 3 ipapanotarize? or ung affidavit lang?

If ang role ng hubby ko sa previous employers nya ay software engineer, developer at technology consultant, pwede bang SOFTWARE ENGINEER yung pipiliin nyang nominated occupation sa anzsco.
Also , COE lang ba ang required ng ACS? Walang CDR unlike Engineers Australia?
Last question, possible bang magpa-assess sya sa EA since Computer Engineering yung course nya?

Your assessing body depends on your anzsco code. Sa case niyo since you mentioned Software Engineer siya, ACS dapat. You can scan the ACS guidelines for the requirements.

I did, and random nga nung ibang payslip ko like in the middle sila ng employment episode ko. I added nalang ibang payment evidences like SSS, Pag ibig, complete naman mga to. I think they helped din.

I did, and random nga nung ibang payslip ko like in the middle sila ng employment episode ko. I added nalang ibang payment evidences like SSS, Pag ibig, complete naman mga to. I think they helped din.

Same. I have one employment na ganito. Di ko na nahanap yung first 2 months payslips eh, so yung 3rd month payslip nalang sinubmit ko. Backed up by SSS and Pag-ibig contri + Bank Statement. Ang advice ko sa ganito, dagdagan mo ng ibang supporting payment evidence. Positively assessed naman buong employment period ko.
