Hello, DIY here. Currently have 90pts.

Employment references/letter, paid employment evidences (eg: payslips, ITR, bank statements), University Diploma, NBI, Overseas Police Clearance if applicable, skills assessment result, PTE/IELTS result.

If claiming points for partner skills and english, same as last 2 above + marriage cert if married, if de facto -- 4 pillars and a lot of supporting docs.

Medyo mahaba pa time, so baka may mag change pa. Madali naman sya ifillup.

    Same as Form 1221.

Hi! newbie here. I'm interested po to apply for a skilled migrant visa. I'm an IT graduate po with 6yrs and 6mos working experience as a Software Engineer. I'm planning to get my skills assessed po by ACS. Tama po ba na ang pagkakasunod-sunod ng process for this application is: Skills Assessment by ACS - PTE Exam - EOI - Visa Application? Also, I've read po na need ng payslips from previous employers. However, na-keep ko lang po last three months of payslips ko from each companies. May possible po kaya na maging issue since wala po ako payslips and BIR2316 nung 2018 and 2019?

Punta ka sa thread dito ng ACS. May posts dun ano pwedeng supplementary docs if kulang ka ng payslip/itrs. Madaming tips dun.
You can use bank statements and pag-ibig/sss contributions.

ACS will only assess employment periods with sufficient payment evidences. Kung kulang for them, makakarereceive ka ng email to provide other proof.

    Good day everyone.
I passed the AIMS exam last year 2023, I am currently awaiting for an invite (189, 190) for my occupation (MLS - prio). However, it is also one of my dreams to study abroad so I am planning to take Masteral in Laboratory Medicine . I would like to have some questions:

    1. Will I be able to work full time while studying Master's?
    2. How high are the chances of getting an invite for Visa 189, 190 while I am studying onshore?
    3. What are the pros and cons of studying Master's?

    Thank u very much.

If money is not an issue go. Since magastos ang SV, I trust that you have researched how you should prepare financially for this. If you submitted your EOI offshore, then you have to update it to onshore once naka SV ka na. Other states have different nomination criteria for onshore candidates. You need to check next FY's listings.

You can't work full-time as of this moment if you are in SV. Per immi's website, up to 48hrs fortnightly only.
Saka paano ka pa makakapag focus sa masteral mo if may full-time work ka din? Nakakapagod 'to for me. Weigh the pros and cons always.

Lakasan ng loob mag SV and kelangan mo magbaon ng madaming determination and resilience. With the current points system, magiging advantage din naman sa PR points mo yang masteral mo pag natapos na.

Hello! Magiging issue po ba sa VETASSESS if yung Statement of Service ko sa current employer says, "This certification is being issued upon the request of...for Loan Application"? Ayoko kasi sabihin sa current employer na I'm applying for visa kaya sinabi ko na lang na for loan application. Anybody with the same experience? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I need your helpful advice on my current status. Kakatapos lang po kami magpakasal ng husband ko this month and still waiting for the marriage certificate to release in two months. Should I update now my EOIs (189, 190), changing from current defacto to married status while my name has not changed yet?

Thank you po in advance sa makakatulong :)

I think dapat maupdate mo na sya, since may "date of marriage" > @Ozdrims said:

Hello po. Planning na po kasi kami magpakasal ng partner ko. Kunyari po mainvite po ako for 189/190 after kami makasal and nachange na po yung name ko, magkakaron po ba ng conflict if maiden name yung nakalagay sa skills assessment, pte and eoi ko?

Generally wala naman issue with that.

You can update your EOI particulars as soon as you have the updated details. There is no need to worry about your name in your degree certificates, skills assessment, PTE etc. as those are evidence of you as a single and before your changed name.

Lastly don't forget to update your married.

Para solid yung claim mo to change your name. Dito satin, 3 to 6months ata para marecord sa psa yung kasal. Malapit pa naman na ang new fy, and possible by aug may state invitation na ulit so dapat updated ang eoi mo to avoid any conflict kasi pati points mo mababago when you are married. Baka may mas makasagot dito na same experience mo. Thoughts ko lang to.

Name is non issue at all

You can do it separately ,pero may limit sa pag upload ng individual documents as a rule of thumb nasa 60 files lang ang pwede nila accept if i remember it correctly, not sure if may limit din sa size nung file.

Hassle mag biyahe. Hehe.

I dont think that is the case. Most of the banks, at least the major ones, you can generate proof of balance document through their mobile or web app.

Proof of Balance can work like a bank certificate showing that you have an account with a certain bank with your current balance indicated as well.

You can also do phone banking to request any documentation from them. Your branch of account wont matter. Though, the BSB number is determined by the branch since that is unique to each branch.

+1 here. I was able to secure bank documents (Account, Balance Confirmation and Transactions Summary) online and in-app CommBank.

Will not having a license lower my chances of having a positive assessment?

I’m an Interior Design graduate working for 13 years already, however I am not licensed. I failed the board exams way back 2011 and never took it again.

For IDs, assessing body is Vetassess and I found out that they will require a license for assessment since the profession is PRC regulated. Now I don’t have plans to take the boards anymore because I have no plans to practice my profession here anymore if I’m planning to migrate. Also when I failed, it really took a toll on my mental health and I honestly can’t go through that again.

I do everything described in the Anzsco Code for Interior Designers but here in the PH, if you’re not licensed, you’re considered an Interior Decorator.

So are my chances of getting a positive result low given that I have no license? Will I not get a Bachelor’s Degree equivalent because of my lack of license?

Upon checking, interior decorators are qualified for employer sponsored schemes, unfortunately not with GSM:

Checking quickly this vetassess' matrix, do you think you're not even qualified to get at least an AQF diploma based on Group C #1?

I’m actually unsure which occupation to nominate, if Interior Designer or Interior Decorator. I do everything described in the Anzsco code for Interior Designer and I also have a degree. Only catch is that I’m not licensed here in the PH and this may be an issue on my assessment.

Hello, just received a positive skills assessment (VETASSESS) today yay! Question lang po kasi medyo nalilito ako. Bale I have 4 companies in total na pina-assess. Pero sa portion under this statement, "The following claims of skilled employment made by the applicant are assessed as employment of at least 20 hours per week which is at an appropriate skill level and closely related to the nominated occupation of..." yung 4 companies nakalagay.

Does this matter po ba or ang dapat ko lang intindihin ay yung date deemed skilled and no. of years assessed positively? Kasi if yung no. of years assessed positively naman po yung titignan, all 4 companies naman yung kasama (minus 1 year from my first employment). TIA!

newbie here and shy ako mag post. hindi ko po alam saan mag cocomment. kaya dito nalang po..

I have more than 10 years of exp. but ang baba ng points ko dahil sa age ko and hirap ako sa english.

I saw some people invited with 70 to 75pts lang. possible po ba talaga yon? nasa 70pts lang po ako. nawawalan na ako ng pag asa. some people hire migration agent and they are invited as well with lower points 70pts. should I DIY or ask an expert like migration agent, lawyer or etc? AU is my dream country pero parang ayaw ibigay sakin... Any suggestion po? Salamat po.

190 isn’t subject to priority points. Selection criteria is dependent on the nominations state. This is also the same for 491 regional stream.

Would you mind to share your profile and points breakdown (occupation, english score, partner, etc)? Age is just one of the factors. I was invited in the 25pts age bracket.

Age 36, skills 10 years, english - competent, partner 5 pts. Bachelor degree. pag estimate ko ay 70.

May chance ka pa. Even more if you will work on getting Superior on your english.

I believe sa report ng PTE they indicate on which area you should improve with recommendations. You can view it in Skills Profile as below. If you are comfortable, you can share here (PTE Academic thread) your difficulties, and for sure maraming magsshare ng tips doon.

OCCUPATION : SOFTWARE ENGINEER (261313) ~~ DIY. Offshore.
    Total Points ~~ NSW SC190: 90pts
    Points Breakdown:
    Age:25 | English:20 | Employment:15 | Education:15 | Single:10
Been to Australia a few times and I just wanted to settle there. "I belong here" ganon.
