I am planning to send another email to DIAC... 4 days before my classes eh... tell me what do you think..

To Whom It May Concern:

It's 4 days before my classes starts and I already sent an inquiry letter to the school officer regarding my visa application. On that note, I would like to make a follow-up with regard to my application. I am fully aware of the service standards(90 days for VET subclass 573), but I would like to know where my application is at.

I just hope despite how overwhelming applications and requests on your end is that I will be able to receive a n update with regard to my application. This will help me plan my flight booking and my place to stay in Australia.

Masama ba silang kulitin? hehehe

@iheartoz ang sabi naman kasi ng agent ko saka ko na daw kuhaan ng insurance at school offer ung anak ko pag papunta na sya. Otherwise, kung d man ok un sana nag inform na ang co at hinanap na sa akin. Kaso wala talaga cla reply recently. Noon nag eemail cla agad pero ngaun nothing at all...

And, d ba iinclude mo talaga dependents mo sa application? So dun s form mo hindi mo include ung anak mo as your dependent?

Narefer din kasi medical ko pero ung last email ng diac sa akin eh nasa kanila nung aug 6 pa pero until now wala pa cla decision.... Nakakaloka na nga ang paghihintay ko....

@PampangasBest ok lang naman siguro. gusto mo lang naman malaman ang status ng application mo para malaman mo rin what your next step is. include mo kaya sa email mo na gusto mo malaman status para you can make an arrangement sa school with regard to your intake. intake naman kasi talaga ang primary reason why you want to get your visa na ngayon. para makahabol ka. suggestion lang. hehe.

@chill_ice dineclare ko anak ko pero i ticked 'NO' sa question na if included ba sya sa visa application. yan din iniisip ko, sana hiningi na nila kung kulang talaga ang requirements. hay. kakabasa ko dito, naaanxious na rin tuloy ako. hehe.

Thank you po sa mga suggestions. Sa mahal ng visa processing fee, tayo ung parang nagmamakaawa na "bigyan mo ko ng update","hoy ano na, ano na balita"....24k ung binayad mo tapos kung tratuhin ke eh parang walang kwenta..just saying..

@bbgirl thanks, God willing dumating na. Pero siyempre kung lahat naman eh may reason, well, in God's time we will understand why it has been a very long wait. Awa at tulong nya, healthy tayo, di tayo nagugutom, di magulo sa mga lugar natin...let us be thankful kung ano't ano pa man.

nag reply na DIAC.. it is about my financial documents... they've given me 28 days to complete... will need to work this one first.. Mukhang di nila kinonsider ung ibang bank documents. hays.

I don't have an agent. I just read from this forum. Plus I don't have that much money to pay them (agents)...

The documents i submitted:

Statements of 2 bank accounts
Income statements
Investment Portfolio or Savings plan of my sponsor (which can be withdrawn anytime if need arises)

based on on the CO's email, the amount that I need is 1.5M (php). The bank statements may be a little short of that amount but the investment portfolio is twice bigger than the amount stated. That is the reason why I replied with the following questions:

1. My [sponsor] provided statements from different banks, I wonder why you didn't consider the other bank statements (of another bank account)

2. Along with the statements, my uncle sent his Savings plan which amounts close to xx thousand of dollars (us) which can be easily withdrawn once needed. I'm just wondering why those were not considered?

3. If by any chance that my uncle will transfer the money from his savings plan to the bank account to have the 36 thousand AUD funds needed, will that be accepted?

@Pampangasbest how much ang tutition mo?ang computation daw kasi ng show money kng wala ka dependents $18610 for the cost of living,$2000 plane ticket and your 1 year tutition..total them so yan ang showmoney.

@PampangasBest baka nga yung investment fund ang di naconsider. naalala ko, may nabasa ako dito about investment fund. parang may transfer or something na ginawa para maconsider. i forgot na e. i'll try to look for it.

@iheartoz - the savings plan that i was referring to is like a saving account that my uncle can withdraw anytime he wants. Ewan ko lang kung bakit di nila kinonsider.. ang poblema, di pa sya nag reply agad.. Pag kasi naka usap ko uncle ko, siyempre he would ask me details.. not to mention the time difference. Pero i believe okay na rin to na may comment na kung ano na lang ang kailangan ko. Kung financial docs ang hanap, ibig sabihin, health wise okay na ko. Thank God parin.

@PampangasBest nahanap ko na. si @nikkilapan pala. check her timeline. pwede mo ata itransfer sa regular savings account but you have to provide a certification na nalipat nga yun from the investment portfolio. kasi nga di ba, pag savings account, the money should be in your account for at least 3 months. e ngayon mo lang ililipat so kelangan talaga ang certification.

@trinketz_07 - naka detalye naman ung amount na kailangan ko dun sa sulat ng CO:

You are required to show that either a minimum amount of AUD 36,723.56 or PhP

1,406,512.35 has been held by you, or by an individual who is providing support to

you, for at least 3 months immediately before the date of the application. Please

provide bank statements or bank books showing details of transactions from 10 May

2013 to 8 August 2013.

@PampangasBest parang the same lang din kasi ang concept ng investment fund and portfolio e. the money is held for investment by an institution. @nikkilapan was able to transfer it. meaning, she can also withdraw it anytime, just like your uncle's.

@iheartoz - that is one of my questions back to the CO.. I will wait for him to answer since I am sure that my uncle would ask me about it. Plus it is very tedious to have that done lalo na at nag wowork ung uncle ko. Plus need to have the docs again mailed or faxed dun sa CO. God willing, madali na lang ito.

@iheartoz ganito din magiging case nmen. So ung 3 past months bank statement won't reflect ung pera. Pede ba bank certificate lang? From the date of lodgement ng visa application intact nnmn ung pera sa bank, hndi nga 3months before the date of lodgement. Thanks.

@TinerBebi i don't think so. they will look at the bank statements talaga kasi nga di ba, i mentioned na no amount in any occasion within 3 months before lodgment na below sa required fund ang balance mo. they will not look at the end balance.
