@catajell yung ginawa ko sinabi ko lang mag papamember ako sa isang Computer Society because I am in IT. Requirement is COE from the current company. Yun lang, pirma agad si Boss. Pero prepared ka kung anong society dapat may mabanggit ka na Society kapag nagtanong boss mo. Ikaw gumawa ng COE mo list mo lahat duties and responsibilities print out sa Company Letter head para pirma na lang kelangan. Good Luck!

Hi guys! Update lang. In the end, inamin ko din ang dahilan. The good thing is, ok ang HR namin. Sinabi ko na, can this be between the two of us first? Ayun, nagclose door kami and he asked about my future plans then sabi ko magttry pa lang naman so wala pang concrete plans. Then he wished me good luck!

Hi,

Question po, I am currently working in SG po. Kelangan ko na humingi ng Certificate of Employment with duties and responsibilities for lodgement pero ayaw ko muna ipaalam sa boss ko. Any tips or ideas po kung ano pwede ko sabihin kung bakit ko kailangan ng COE?

^1 day lang after ko mag submit ng EOI... may invitation na.

question po. Ano po yung gagamitin kong identification number sa Work Permit (Spass)? Yung SPASS number o yung FIN?

Saka sa birth certificate, ano po ang gagamitin na identification number? Ang dami kasing number na nakasulat sa NSO na birth certificate ko. Yun po ba yung local civil registry number (na hand written) o isa sa 3 sa lower left? Alin po doon?

Saka after 17/17... ano po mangyayari pag ninext ko na? Submit na ba o meron pang next steps? Kasi hindi pa ako nag aattach ng kahit anong docs. Im leaning na baka after ng 17/17 may next process pa para sa mga attachment.

Hi...magsusubmit na kasi q ng application form and docs sa vetassess thru their online portal. Ask q lang po kung need q ipadala agad hardcopy ng docs q sa vetassess office or cla ang magiinstruct once mareceive nila ung sinubmit q thru online? Need ur advise urgently. Thanks

in lodging VISA application... sa pag aattach ng docs... need ba lahat eh CTC'ed?
And if need na ctc... paano mag delete ng mga naattach mo na? Wala kasing remove/delete function eh. Or attaching the same eh will overwrite the current attached document?

Pa advise naman po.

hello po. just like to ask lang para sa nag-submit ng EOI for 190.

Bale kasi sa ACT lang available ung skills ko, Done with IELTS and Skills Assessment.

I already submitted ung EOI pero after a while eh I decided to suspend it muna kasi natanong lang ng friend ko na baka ma-invite ako ng VISA app then wala pa ung SS. He also mention na meron lang akong about 30 days to submit all the docs.

Sa ACT kasi meron additional steps para sa SS which is need mag-submit ng 5 job ads for verification (pag asa limited list ung job) before ka magsubmit for SS. Un actual process nila ng SS would take about 6-8 weeks pa.

Pag ang lodge ba ng VISA App sa AU Immigration eh kailangan muna ung SS bago ka invite for VISA app? O pwede kang ma-invite ka muna bago ka maka kuha ng SS pag 190.

@jeorems tama po kayo, sa 190 need muna ma-approve ang SS bago kayo makaka-receive ng invitation to apply visa. No need to suspend your EOI, proceed nyo na po yung SS application para maka-move na kayo sa next stage.

Once maka-receive na kayo ng invite, ma-lock na ang EOI and you have 60 days to lodge a visa application.

@eccen3k - place it on where you think is closest na dapat malagay sya...

at the end of the day, makikita din naman ito ng CO mo so try not to stress to much about this. you won't get penalised if for some reason nagkamali ang classification mo.

relax mate; you have gone this far... the only way di ka makakuha ng visa is if you made a false claim on points, you have a criminal history or if super pangit ang medical results mo.

so unless you have the 3 above; let me be the first to say congratulations to you!!

Just a quick confirmation if any body can help please: Do I need to have the documents certified before uploading along with my online application?

I already received an invitation to apply, I'm on the visa lodging stage. I have completed the following:

IELTS
IPA Assessment
EOI - Invited

By the way my agent thinks that I dont need the certfied documents when uploading.

@wrd - yes you can upload even without certifying the documents if they are scan colored copy..

ielts/assessement can also be uploaded straight away.. because they (immi) have access online to verify these..

Good day Sir/Ma'am,

Just have queries regarding sa mga requirements for visa application. Hope you could enlighten us.

As a background, my fiancee received invitation to apply for subclass 189 visa and lodged me as her dependent. Nung nag apply sya ng EOI, she is still single. We are getting married this March and per invitation, we have to file our application on or before April 25, 2014.

Here are my queries:

1) Will marriage certificate suffice despite all her documents submitted during her EOI application are still in her maiden name? Or kailangan pa na mag change status sya sa passport nya and other relevant IDs para ma qualify ako as her dependent?

2) If okay yung marriage certificate, need pa ba itong pa authenticate sa DFA or kahit hindi na.

3) Regarding sa NBI, okay na ba submit yung personal copy lang if not, which type of nbi clearance ang need namin na apply, yung for local employment or for abroad? got my personal copy ng nbi na dated January 2014.

4) Kailangan ba lahat ng documents are certified copy or pwede na original colored scanned copy?

Question po mga mate.

"Your eMedical case has been submitted to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP)."

Tuald po ng sabi sa taas, nasubmit na daw po yung eMedical ko. Chineck ko din yung information sheet and nakalagay na completed na ako sa 3 tests.

Ang question ko po eh, meron po bang need akong gawin after nito or automatically na itong makikita ng CO and will change the Health Evidence from Recommended to Received once checked?

Or need ko po bang isave as PDF yung information sheet then attach dun sa Health Evidence?

Paki enlighten naman po ako.

ang ginawa ko nag-email ako sa CO ko nung nakapagpa-medical na ako para mainform sila. tapos inattach ko un resibo ng medical sa e-visa. after 3 days chineck ko un sa emedical status at lumabas na katulad nung sayo. wala naman na akong ibang ginawa.

inform mo lang yung CO mo kung hindi mo pa nasasabihan na tapos na medical mo.

1) If your concern is just on the maiden name, fear not kasi my wife never change family and both our passport have different family name... Having said that, a marriage cert if all that matters as the strongest evidence that you are married.

2) No need to have this authenticated by the DFA; colored scan lang ng NSO copy...

3) Personal copy is fine; as long as it is an NBI clearance, it should be sufficient to answer the concern of Immigration Australia as to whether or not you are a shady character.

4) Coloured scan is sufficient.

Chances are your CO is no longer interested to handle your case again.

Mukhang eto yung sagot sa tanong ko bakit hindi ako hinanapan ng SG CoC.

Meeting the character requirement for temporary and permanent migration
For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you may be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more over the last ten (10) years since turning 16.

If you are applying outside Australia, you do not have to provide this information when you apply. You will be advised when it is required.

If you are applying in Australia, you should provide this information with your application.

Instructions for providing character-related information are included in the health and character section of the Partner, Child, Parent and Other Family booklets which are available from this website

Subject to availability, you can obtain a printed copy from a migration office in Australia or overseas for a minimal cost.
