I'm not really sure kung may minimum required income level yung mga agency dito. But on top of income, medyo madami pa sila kinoconsider, like gaano kadami yung mag ooccupy ng place, if may pet, rental history, etc.

Hi guys, is there a big difference between the rental and transpo if renting somewhere farther from the city than in CBD? Like if you walk to your school or work vs. train everyday? Thanks for your thoughts.

@mcg143 oo may difference. Like an hour away from CBD may makuha kna 300-400 per week 2B/1TB.

Romans 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

James 5:7-8 Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

    Onward to the next chapter!

Nung dumating kme dto, room lng kme for 5 mos tpos since hndi nmn legit na landlord nagrequest nlng ako ng reference letter stating na may extra room sya for rent and we pay on time. Pro both kme ni hubby working na so nakapagprovide kme proof of employment din sa agent. Naapprove nmn ung application nmin

@Megger Yes, 3 months naming bill yan. Mahal kase naka electric stove kami sa apartment. Para makatipid, we started using yung camping stove na ginagamitan gn butane w/c is available in Big W.

Yung son ko na 3 y/o nasa childcare and it costs $125 per day. Super expensive for us since we are on a 457 visa and we can't avail of the subsidy w/c is normally available to citizen/PR.

Sharing our living expenses for a family of 4 (Me, Wife & 2 kids) in Sydney.

    >Rent - $450/wk (Bond - $1800)

    >Car - $113.90/wk

    >Car Insurance (Progressive)- $75.57/month

    >Car Rego - $257.13 , good for 6-months only :-(

    >Compulsory 3rd Party Insurance or Greenslip (QBE) - $301.53 , good for 6-months only :-(

    >Car Fuel - $ 60-70/wk (depende kung malayo ang gagalaan sa weekend)

    >Internet - $60/month (My Republic) , so far reliable naman at mabilis

    >Electricity - TBA (maybe around $500/qrtr din kasi we're using electric stove

    >Water - Included sa rent

    >Transportation - $30/month (good for 4 people na kasi we only use our OPAL card on Sundays.

    >Mobile - $60/month (for me and wife)

    >School - $396/yr ($198/child sa public school excluding ang mga excursion and other activities. So far I'm satisfied with the public school here.

    >Entertainment - Malaki na ang $50/wk (I normally take my family to national parks here in NSW to trek/bike/swim/sight seeing/explore and all other outdoor related activities. Normally parking lang ang babayran or minsan free. We bring our food & drinks pero minsan sa Sunday, kakain kami sa labas)
