I have another question. My husband has had 5 employers, including the present one here in the Phils. 3 of them are abroad. He have certificates from the 3 companies na I think pwede na for employment statement kaya lang hindi complete yun mga details. Pero lahat naman with the company's letter head and the authorize person's contact details. So kelangan pa po ba naman mag-supply ng statutory declaration sa 3 company na to?

1. General Education - if you read the guidelines nakalagay po dun atleast 9 years of general education. so im thinking elem+hs po ito sa atin.. so thats 6+4=10years..

2. Qualification - yes dito po ang course ng husband nyo.. you need to put TESDA.. lahat nmn po ng degree sa pinas must be certified by CHED, otherwise invalid sya pag hindi..

3. Apprenticeship - means you acquired the competencies based on work training even without formal schooling, as compared to internship na naggraduate kayo muna ng course/degree then saka nag internship..

- job description

then hindi na po kailangan ng stat declaration/affidavit..
ano po bang info ang sa tingin nyo eh kulang sa current coe?

@lock_code2004 thank you for replying.

Dun sa 1st company nya way back 2002 (phils.), walang COE. What he have is a Personnel Action Form. Andun lahat nung nabanggit mo na details pero for promotion kasi sya. Wala lang don yung contact details ng mga undersigned.

2nd company was overseas. Ang wala dun are the salary amd date of employment. Para syang letter of appreciation although andun yun job title, staff #, even the CPR # (bahrain). May letterhead ng company and contact details ng undersigned.

3rd company, overseas din. 3 months lang sya don as contractual employee. Walang salary pero may nahanap kami na 1 payslip nya.

The 4th (most previous) and 5th (present) company wala kami problema sa documents.

So dun po sa 3 former work nya, saan kami dapat magprovide ng stat dec/affidavit, if ever wala kami mahanap na former supervisor nya na pwedeng magprovide ng ng employment statement for him.

@Mdy - question do you need all the years of employment to claim for EOI work experience?
example, aabot po ba ng 8 yrs ang work experience nya total kung ma-assessed lahat?at related po ba sa nominated occupation nya ang mga work exp na un? if not, then okay lang na wala na ung iba,

im asking kasi po baka okay lang na hindi na ipa-assess ung ibang work experience kung hindi naman makaka-apekto sa total EOI points nyo sa work experience ( 3yrs = 5 pts, 5yrs = 10 pts, 8 yrs = 15pts)

kung kailangan nyo po, eh you need to find other ways/docs to prove..

@lock_code2004 yes sir. Actually kung ia-add up lahat ng work experience nya, which are all related sa nominated skills nya, 10 years and 6 months. Yung 3 company na walang detailed coe would compromise half nung 10 years so sayang. My husband is 34 years old already so kung hindi nya ipapa-assess lahat 55 pts lang sya given na 7 yun scores nya sa lahat ng bands ng ielts. Now kung 10 years na yon ma-a-assess 60 pts na kami. Mas maganda pa kung magkakaron sya ng mataas na points sa ielts. If not, we'll settle nalang with 489 para dun sa additional 10 pts.

Btw, thanks dun sa link. Tignan ko kung ano pa yung pwede namen options don. Thanks again!

For clarification lang po: ang ipapa-CTC are the photocopies and not the originals including the employment statements. Yung statutory declaration dapat notarize yun original then CTC yung photocopy? Paper application po ang TRA, so are we going to send the originals of statutory dec? Nalilito ako please help...

This may sound silly pero I'll ask anyway. Ano po nilagay nyo sa mga "State" boxes? Like for example sa address na: Domestic road, domestic airport, pasay city, philippines. Pwede ba ilagay metro manila or a province dun sa state field sa TRA app form?

Is Vocational Training before the employment considered as apprenticeship?

Ano po ba yung education nyo Vocational or Tertiary?
Kasi kung Vocational tapos after ng education may training po kayo, considered as apprenticeship sya, provided na may details kayo or description about that employment.

Pero I can feel malapit na, konting tiis nalang malapit na yan!
Oo nga mabuti nalang medyo mabagal ang SS para makahabol pa ang TRA assessment ko, 60 days daw processing nito

Husband ko ang primary applicant. Aircraft Maintenance Technology. Before he was absorbed sa 1st company he has worked for, nagkaron sila ng 6 months training. He has proofs such as certificates so nilagay na din namen. I was just making sure na tama yun mga nilalagay namen sa form kasi sayang naman yun $300 kung mali-mali kami hehe

Re: "state" field, may asterisk kasi na nakalagay so meaning required na i-fill out yun box na yon. Yun yung nandun sa personal details. We initially put "Rizal" don as we are from taytay, rizal. Pag metro manila, dun din ilalagay sa sa city field?

I think considered as apprenticeship ang 6 months na training na yun.
Kung gusto nyong ma included yun sa experience ng asawa nyo e-complete nyo po ung needed information/requirements that will prove na related sa skills/experience nyo ang apprenticeship.

Ah meron pala yun asterisk. Maybe tama yan, State = Province, tapos City = City.
Yung address kasi na ginamit namin Singapore, yung nilagay ko sa State, Singapore nalang din.

Mahirap nga magkamali kasi $300 talaga yun. If you are in doubt, email nalang po TRA magreply naman sila after a day.

@xtnpascual Acknowledgement letter lang natanggap ko last January 20 hehehe... Tapos January 16 ang nakasulat na date sa acknowledgement. 60 days daw ang usual processing times. Sana by March 16 may result na at sana positive

@alexamae yup nagsubmit na ako last feb18 nila na-received according sa dhl tracking. Kaya wait ko pa ung acknowledgement letter. Good luck and God bless!

Work ko is sa call center, ICT Customer Support po and ipapa assess ko sa TRA.
Okay lang po ba to or magpapa RPL pa ako?

Hi, pareho tayo ng scenario. CompE graduate and work experience sa call center industry doing mainly tech support. How is your skills assessment going?

@Husker Helo po.. Ang ganda po ng timeline nyo ang bilis na approve ng SS nyo..
Nag-aantay pa po ako ng TRA result, sabi nila 60 days daw normal processing.
Partner skills lang po ako, yung asawa ko ang main applicant pero ang tagal po at bagal ng result ng NSW SS.

Mas mabilis ang processing ng ACT, around 30 days lang.
Kaso 7 in all bands ang requirements nila sa IELTS

@alexamae same tayo ng nominated occupation and open sya sa ACT til now, and requirements lng nila for IELTS is 7 speaking and 7 over all

Antayin ko muna ang TRA result tapos antay 1 month para sa acknowledgement letter from NSW. Pag wala parin, baka mag apply na sa ACT.
Gusto ko kasi sa Sydney kasi parang madali maghanap ng trabaho kaysa Canberra kung IT jobs. Kahit entry level lang.
Saka magbabayad na naman ng $300, pa notary na naman. Walang katapusang gastos haha..
Pero ayun, mabuti nalang at may isa pang option just in case
