    @mags Hi! Kung babalikan nyo po yung post ni @razlem712 nung july 5, ang ilalagay daw po sa part 4 is yung degree. Nagbasa basa ako dati sa forum na to. Magpapa assess din kc partner ko for ICT Customer Support pero sinubukan muna nmin ung Computer Network and System Engineer ipa assess sa ACS. Ung duties nya kc is halo halo. Waiting pa kmi result ng sa ACS. If negative result, try din nmin dto.

    @dreambig, thanks po, nabasa ko po yung post ni razlem712. Goodluck po sa partner nyo sana pasado yung assessment nya sa ACS. Medyo nalito lang me sa Part 4 kasi it's asking for Date Training Started and Date Training Finished. Tsaka san nyo po kinuha yung answer sa Average hours per week? Medyo nagsisigurado lang po me sa mga answers ko sensya na. Tapos yung sa Part 5 po, not sure kung pede ko ba ilagay ung Certificate na nakuha ko sa TESDA NC 2, considered po b yun as licence?

    @mags Hi! We just receive the result this morning, its positive! Thank God!

    Dun po sa tanong nyo nung nag try kmi mag fill-up ng form, NO po ang sagot sa Vocational Training kc nga po Degree ung meron, so wla na po ilalagay sa Date Training Started at Finished kc No po ung sagot. Then, dun sa Qualifications Obtained, ung degree nilagay namin which is BS ECE.

    Ung partner ko po ang nagpa assess sa ACS, Computer Network and System Engineer. Nung una sana ang ipapa assess nya is ICT Customer Support Officer which is TRA ang assessing body, pero sinubukan muna namin sa ACS since ung duties nya is halo halo naman.

    @dreambig congratulations po, 1 down! Yung partner nyo po nagpa assess sa ACS, kayo po ba nag papa assess din? ano po yung nominated occupation nyo? Salamat po sa answer nyo! Pwede ko rin po kaya ilagay sa Qualifications obtained yung TESDA Certification ko?

    Licence po ba yung sa Tesda nyo? bka sa part 5 po sya dpat. Kung course po sa part 4 sya. Sorry I am not so expert sa TRA form. Sana mkasagot din c @razlem712

    @dreambig, thanks, oo nga po wala pa pala yung result ni @razlem712 pero malakas po pananalig natin na pasado na yan kasi and daming nyang thread na very useful at napakamatulungin din sa pag answer ng mga inquiries. Sinisimulan ko po step by step, problem ko din po yung sa payment, mukhang kailangan ko din po mag-open account sa metrobank to pay as demand draft. Tapos may question po me about sa last page ng application, meron dun nakalagay TRA Reference number, san po ba kukunin yung answer dun?

    Helo po, I have a question dun sa pa certify ng documents.

    Eto kasi ang sabi nung sa TRA guidelines:
    A certified copy is a true copy of an original document that has been seen and certified by a person listed on the Australian Attorney-General’s website or a registered migration agent and annotated as follows:

    ‘I certify that I have sighted the original document and this is a true copy of it.’

    This certification must be made on a copy of the original documentation and include the certifier’s name, title and registration number (where applicable), their original signature and the date. Copies of signatures will not be acceptable.

    If a document has multiple pages, the first page must include the signature and date of the certifier, as well as the total number of pages of the document. Every page in the document must have the original initial of the certifier and the date.
    Ganito po ba ninyo na way pina certify lahat ng documents nyo? Kasi baka sabihin ng lawyer na may format na sya. Pipilitin ko po sya na efollow to.

    @alexamae Hi! I believe from SG ka rin, pag sa Andrew EE & Company ka po nagpa CTC kumpleto po lhat ng details na yan. Dun kmi nagpa CTC for ACS. Pwede ka pa hingi calling card to include in your documents to be send to TRA. If I may ask, mag papass ka sa dalawang assessing body?

    plan po namin mag apply subclass 189/190. husband ko ang main applicant.
    nag ask po kami sa 3 migration agent iisa lang po ang sagot nila. hindi pde mag apply ang husband ko kc ndi relevant yong course nya sa work experience nya.


    Graduate: Com Sci - 6 months job experience lng

    7 yrs Work Experience - Electronic Instrument Technician ( special class ) code: 342315

    certificate Instrumentation 2/3 months from training school

    balak po namin mag apply direct para less ang gastos.

    TRA po ang assessing authority. now po hindi nmin alam kung i-honor ba un ng TRA khit 2/3 months trainings lng ung mga certificate nya. meron nmn sya COE from the company.baka po meron sa nyo same ng case sa amin.

    @bree - hi welcome to the forum.. have you tried browsing TRA's requirements?..

    meron kasing ibang mga assessing authority (example ACS for IT), na pwedeng accept kahit hindi related ang degree, pero they will require more years of experience..

    Hi helo, sa Andrew EE po kami nagpa CTC last weekend mga documents ng husband ko.
    Sa ACS sya magpapa assess.
    Ako po sa TRA. Pero d pa ako nagpa CTC kasi may hinihintay pang document galing sa pinas hehe..

    @bree - hindi po ako expert sa TRA.. eto lang po ang some of my thoughts:

    1) ung degree na ComSci, may mga subjects po sya dun na related sa nominated occupation?
    - kasi example pag engineering may mga basic subjects na electronics/electrical/thermodynamics/mechanics etc....

    2) dun sa mga iba nyang subjects, wala bang related sa ginagawa nya ngaun?
    - i am asking kasi kung meron eh baka pwede namn po yan..kailangan nyo lang icheck mabuti at i-clarify sa application nyo..

    3) ung 3 months Training Certificate po ba nya is issued by Technical Training School (Tesda or recognized by Tesda)?
    - based sa ANZSCO code ng nominated occupation nyo, nakalagay na they will assess it based on atleast AQF Level 3 skill, meaning certificate level 3 based on Australian education system..
    -Certificate Level 3 is normally a 1-year course sa AU..

    so kung atleast meron kayong 1 yr worth of subjects na related sa occupation nyo ngaun.. plus itong Training Certificate nyo, eh baka pwede nmn pumasa.. lalo na 7 years na po ang work experience.. (ang requirements po ng TRA is only 3 yrs)

    @lock_code2004 - my mga basic subject nmn sya noon sa electronics, mejo nagagamit nya rin knowledge nya sa computer kc computer ginagamit nila para ayusin ung mga electronics equipment (gauge)

    Training certificate po nya from one of the training school sa Dubai at recognized nmn ng Knowledge & Human Development Authority ( KHDA ) yong school.

    aside from training certificate sa school binigyan din sya ng certificate of electronics instrument technician from the company kc palagi nagbibigay ng training sa company nila.

    Sana pumasa kc saktong sakto sa discription ng ANZSCO code ung work nya now.

    @bree - no problem.. i think kailangan nyo lang ayusin mabuti ang application nyo.. baka may space dun sa application form na pwede nyo ipaliwanag ung mga ibang subjects (comsci) na related sa work nya ngaun..

    @bree - im thinking parang ganito (hindi ko alam ang TRA form, so im just making a suggestion)..

    1. sa Educational Qualification; ilagay nyo ung ComSci.. (sympre iattach nyo ung Diploma/TOR)
    2. sa part ng mga Certifications - dun nyo ilalagay ung mga certificates nya.. and then kung pwede ilagay nyo dun example yung mga related subjects.. or statement something like: "as part of the BS Degree, completed 36 units of subjects related to Electronics/etc..... 42 units on computer ..etc. that are relevant to nominated occupation"

    suggestion ko lang po ito.. at the end it will be your final decision..
    it's all about taking risk ($300 worth).. you will never know unless you try..

    May mga tanong lang po ako sa mga naka try na or may idea.

    1. Ano po yung Own Employment History Statement?
    **Parang resume po ba yung gagawin ko?

    2. Eto pong - 2.8.5 EMPLOYMENT AS AN EMPLOYEE
    Every employment statement must be signed by a person authorised to make the statement. This person may have been your employer or a direct supervisor.
    You will need to provide evidence of their employment or management role with the same organisation.
    This could include documents provided to you by your supervisor during your period of employment for another purpose, such as a reference.

    **Ano po kayang document ang pwede kong ibigay? Or ano po yung hihingin ko sa boss ko?

    3. i) The length of time that the person signing the statement has been supervising you must also be clearly indicated.
    *** Sa company ko po ngayon mag 4 years na po ako, 3 years ako sa isang boss tapos nung na promote ako ibang boss na naman. Hihingi po ba ako ng separate na employment reference sa kanila? Or isa nlang po tapos pirma nalang silang dalawa?

    4. **Ilang payslips or ITRs po ang ibibigay ko?

    @alexamae Hi! I will try to answer your questions based on our understanding of the TRA guidelines, before we worked on the TRA documents as well as its requirements because initially we planned to apply for assessment as ICT Customer Support Officer.

    On your first question, it means you will list down your job duties based on you own words which is the same when you are preparing your resume.

    On evidence of employment of the person signing the Employment Statement, I have asked that same question here before and @razlem712 said he provided calling card and company ID of the person who signed his Employment Statement. Maybe if you have a letter from your supervisor confirming your permanent employee status after probationary period will help, in case you have one.

    Not really sure with your third question, in our case, the person who signed was his supervisor during his entire stay with the company. If I were you, to be sure, I will request two separate Employment Statement.

    Regarding payslips, we would have provided ITR and those periods without ITR yet we would have submitted payslips, e.g. Employment period is Jan 2009 to July 2012, For 2009,2010 and 2011 we have ITR and Jan to Jul 2012 we have payslips.

    @bree - im thinking parang ganito (hindi ko alam ang TRA form, so im just making a suggestion)..

    1. sa Educational Qualification; ilagay nyo ung ComSci.. (sympre iattach nyo ung Diploma/TOR)
    2. sa part ng mga Certifications - dun nyo ilalagay ung mga certificates nya.. and then kung pwede ilagay nyo dun example yung mga related subjects.. or statement something like: "as part of the BS Degree, completed 36 units of subjects related to Electronics/etc..... 42 units on computer ..etc. that are relevant to nominated occupation"

    suggestion ko lang po ito.. at the end it will be your final decision..
    it's all about taking risk ($300 worth).. you will never know unless you try..
