By the way, I don't think na idedeny nila yung student visa based on English language ability, wala naman silang hinihingi eh na minimum. Yung English ability is for the school and for subsequent rego with AHPRA. Also, it will be used for work purposes and for SkillSelect

@shaynetot The visa/immigration is different from registration as Division 1 Nurse. Although these two often work together--DIBP permits you to work and live here, while NMBA/AHPRA gives him the privilege to work as a nurse. Most often, the requirements for each are not entirely similar.

Given that, one of the requirements for AHPRA Registration is English ability equivalent to IELTS Academic all 7 within 2 takes, nothing below 6.5. AS of the moment, yan yung latest law. For the process, try checking NMBA/AHPRA website, everything is in there. You just need to read and research. Also, for the purpose of AHPRA, only select countries will be exempted for having studied English as medium of instruction.

According to AHPRA hindi nila nirerecognise yung education sa atin as Bachelor Degree, so hindi mo na kailangan i prove yung standards, i.e. accreditation, pharmacology subject. So there are 2 courses to take, either a. submit an application for assessment (AGOS-40 form)>bridging>complete rego or b. take up Bachelor Degree>complete rego (AGEN-40 form)

Noted @valiantboy. On the options you've provided, which course did you take and why? Also, which path do you think is easier for Filipino nurses to be recognized as RN in Au? Pasensya na po parang pang-beauty pageant po ata ung question ko. I already did my research on the NMBA/AHPRA websites, but I still want to know your thoughts on these based on your experience. I just want to ask if it is okay to do bp rather than conversion? After registration as RN in AU can you apply for PR immediately? I asked a migration agent and he said I have 65 points already? Im 28yrs old and have 4 years of experience here..I'm confused because my original plan was to take conversion rather than bp. Help guys thanks!

Given your years of hosp experience mas mabuti mag BP ka, take the english exam, apply ka sa ahpra, do the bridging, once registered kana, apply for skill assessment sa anmac and lastlyafter that pede kana apply PR.

Thanks po sa confirmation, nakita ko kasi sa AHPRA website na ok PTE-A sa kanila, pero sa ANMAC eh wala sinabi which is ok lang din naman kasi di na need ng wife ko pala since ako ang main applicant hehehe.

By the way ask ko lang, sa signature niyo eh kayo lang mag isa pumunta sa AU muna? Meaning yung husband niyo eh naiwan muna? Pwede pala mauna ang dependent kaysa sa main applicant?

yes pwede, walang conditions ang visa namin which usually ganun.pero 5days lang ako sa sydney balik sg now for some reasons.

Hello po. I am finishing my BN this november. I only have less than a year of nursing exp in the philippines thats why i needed to study the BN course here in Au since di ako pwede mag bridging kasi hahanapan ako nang atleast 2 yrs exp. Ask ko lang po kung ano possible pathway Ko. Is it possible for me to apply for PR? I passed my oet already and fingerscrossed i will be Au-RN in January. And lastly, is it good talaga if kukuha nang migratin agent? @rejai_11. Thank you po.

That depends on your points. Kung aabot ka 60 then u definitely can apply for PR. But given yung hosp exp, di ko lang sure kung pede ka mag pa assess sa anmac.Better call anmac and clarify with them if pede ka magpa assess once you are registered with ahpra.

got my ielts result.thank god i met the ahpra requirement. i just want to clarify if there is really a need to submit the syllabus of the course. ipapa certify true copy po ba lahat yun sobrang dami kung per page.not to mention sobrang mahal. need po ba talaga ng syllabus na ctc or pwede original na lang. or is it needed at all?

1. do i need to have my cv notarized?
2. is the statement of service ctc or should it be original?
3. i will also submit a professional reference should it be original or ctc will be fine?

1. CV should be original, no need to be notarised.
2. certified true copy.
3. prof. reference ctc but this is optional, statement of service should suffice.

@janinlee-yung BN is 2yrs right. You can apply for Temporary graduate visa after ur course.wait 1-2 yrs get AUS RN exp..have it affirmed by ANMAC through skills assessment then Apply idependently as PR skilled Visa.

Hello everyone. I need your help with some of my questions. I am currently on a 485 visa and still waiting for my nursing registration. I am planning to have my skills assessed sa ANMAC. I think they can assess as long as I have 7 months paid experience. I have 11 months cumulative paid experience from 2 hospitals. I want to ask kung may positive skill assessment sa ANMAC for the overseas experience however hindi naman maka kuha ng 5 points sa skilled independent visa, will i still be eligible to apply? I have reached the 60 points. The only thing is my work experience. Thank you for answering my questions.:)

in regards to ICHC you can apply for it before or after k n nag submit nang docs sa aphra. you should this earlier kasi if you have worked in multiple countries isa2x nila yan icheck and could take significant amount of time.

@thegreatgypsy Meron ata validity period yung mga police clearances..but since ur taking bsn which is 2 yrs..atleast make sure get ur police clearance ahead...

Hello po! Im a newbie here, and I would like to check with you guys kung possible na makapasa sa bridging program knowing na 1 year lang ang experience ko as a nurse and that was last 2011 pa or much better mag take ng 1 year conversion program or BN na kaya lang magastos?

Sabi ng prc hindi na daw sila nag sesend ng documents overseas.
