@revsky= yes 10 points ang bridging and conversion course.

as to experience paid experience lng ang counted and it must be recognized by anmac kaya nagpapa skills assessment tayo if you want to claim points. anmac will also ask u proof of paid employment this includes payslip, tax returns, employment contract etc..check m yung requirements sa anmac website

@tooties kailangan ba ng australian work experience bago mag-apply sa 189/190 to have points? or credited na yung PH work experience.

As to experience I HIGHLY recommend not to come here n walang kang experience. Minimum nang APHRA atleast 1 yr experience, minimum din mostly nang skills nomination is 2yrs paid experience, and for indepedent skilled visa mininum 3yrs PAID experience. and take note lahat nang competensya mo sa job market meron experience so lugi ka nyan. Dont think my advise is harsh ha, concerned lng ako. madami akong nakilala pumunta dito with no experience and or very little experience at nahirapan sila nang sobra..change lng nang change nang course para ma prolonge yung visa hangang umabot nang 2 yrs n sila naka studet visa..kahit anong part time job n lng kinukuha..

Hehe salamat ulit

@golem if may company mag sponsor sayo for a 457 temporary work visa may chance, but yung department of immigration p din mag final decision. kaso not sure yung pathway mo if gusto maging permanent resident.

as to experience yung APHRA will consider ALL experience basta job description is RN kahit volunteer or paid. BUT for the purpose of being a permanent resident atleast minimum 2yrs PAID experience para state nomination 190, someone mention above pwede walang experience sa New south wales, but di ako sure since Victorian sponsored ako. if swertehin k makakuha k nang sponsor employer for 457 after aphra registration pwede k mag work for 1yr then apply indepedently for a visa after ANMAC skills assessment.

kaso in reality pahirap na pahirap n maghanap nang sponsor ngayon lalo n if konti lng experience mo. yung kalaban m sa job market galing UK,ireland, nang saudi etc..mas gusto yan nang employer. di k naman sinasabi n wala n ngayon ang nagsposponsor yung lahat mapili n din sila.

check the website allnurses.com madami dun information to help you decide.

@golem study RN bro. Expensive but worth it. No need experience to apply for 189 visa. As long as you pass the 60 pointd. Tootsie is right.. I wont recommend doing yhe conversion course or briding course if you dont have experience.. You wont be able to anyway. You are required recency of practice to apply with ahpra.

I can confirm No work experience required in new south wales. Check website for state nomination of NSW. Everything is there.

Pm me if you have question.

@golem no bro.. you need AHpra registration... Ahpra registration is a basic requirement for SKILL ASSESSMENT under ANMAC... You need a positive skills assessment first before you can apply for state nomination 190.... just play around with your skill points bro.. make sure you can reach atleast 60 points to secure your skillselect invitation to apply.

@jkk32w ito po yung yung sagot ko:

    1. She needs to apply for AHPRA REGISTRATION first. And get her credentials assessed by ahpra. More or less she will be recommended to do the IRON Program. nurses must apply to AHPRA to have their overseas nursing qualifications assessed. If their qualifications are assessed as equivalent to Australian education standards they will be granted registration. For many nurses from countries such as India, China, Philippines to name just a few, the most likely outcome is that they will need to undertake the IRON Program.

    2. She will be given a letter of determination, which she will then have to choose an insitution that will providet the IRON program. Wherein she will get documents required to apply for her visa.

    3. correct me if i am wrong, She wont be applying as a student visa. I am not sure what kind of visa but you can ask a MARA agent about that or someone here can enlighten us. What i know is it's a "business visa" of some sort. Maybe other who did the bridging can share.

    4. Bridging course has a lot of variety and lengths. Some has 6 weeks, some has 6 months. depends on the state and of the insitution doing it.

    5. Once she has completed the course, she can get her AHPRA registration. After that she needs to apply for the SKILLS ASSESSMENT under ANMAC. She will need to meet the 5 criteria. Please refer to ANMAC website for more information.

    6. Getting the PR is a bit tricky because she will have to meet the minimum skill points of 60... Once she gets that, she can apply for her PR may it be 189 or 190.

These facts are based on what I know so far gathered from families and friends.. Please refer to the anmac website for more information.

My pathway is different so feel free to correct me because I graduated BSN from a uni here in Australia. Hope these helps!

@OZwaldCobblepot unfortunately no short cut, same process parin get english exam with the required score, and apply sa aphra, do bridging not sure of the price of the course since you will be considered as domestic students better ask the schools themselves if they have discounts on the course fees, after bridging apply aphra.atleast after registration no need to worry on sponsorship kasi PR n..

while looking for permanent work she can do agency nursing...

Hello everyone! i want to ask your opinion about filling up ng eoi. sa work experience, kailangan ba na ang full-time work lang ang ilagay or lahat ng work experience for the last 10 years? And about sa volunteer program kailangan din ba yan ilagay? Thank you so much for your help.

@cattrac it really depends on your lifestyle..but having a place to stay is already a big help.

    make a budget:

    groceries: 50 to 80aud
Fare: 7.52aud/day or 135aud if you will buy a one month pass (unlimited train/bus/tram)
    Mobile: 30aud
Since you will be staying up to Autumn prepare warm clothes, although there are a lot of second hand shops you can buy winter clothes from.

@cattrac Yes per week..eating out can be expensive..kasi typically 10-14aud per meal ang magastos mo..

Manada naman free entrance or discounted sa mga pasyalan sa melbourne. if bibila k yung one month unlimited pass sa trains/trams/bus sulit n..pasyal k n all day.

@cattrac Lol..sorry about that, some words came out in chavacano (my local dialect)

What I mean is madami free entrances or discounted, be sure to ask and bring your student ID. San k mag placement? if sa country..madali umiwas sa temptation nasa country ako the whole time nang bridging course k. and since paid n yung accommodation k, at group kame bumibili nang food believe it or not I only spent 350aud for 3 months..no need n kasi for transpo kasi walking distance lng lahat..
