Hi @lock_code2004 thanks sir.. meron po kayo updated list sa sectioning sa school?

@Howard anong course natapos ng misis mo? If highly relevant naman ung course nya sa HR Adviser pwede na yan. Akin din is 1yr lang un pina assess ko sa vet..

@Strader Business Administration, d ba un mga HR dto sa SG nkalagay plagi sa adverstisement sa Jobsdb at Jobstreet klngan HRM or Business Administration graduate so pinagiisipan nga namin bka pd xa magpa assess sa Vetassess.

Tapos un sa Vetassess ifi fill-in ba nya sa form un lahat na naging work nya dto sa SG? or un lang current nya na 1 year plus? Un syo inilagay mo ba lahat though un iaassess lang nila un pinakalast?

Im not sure about business administration na field of study @Howard ha if highly relevant ba sya sa HR adviser kasi sa field kasi namin yan eh.. either sociology or psychology naghahandle ng hr issues nagdiffer lang kami sa approach..

About sa work experiences if isali nyo mga previous companies nya may extra bayad yan per company..correct me guys if im wrong..sa akin kasi yong pina assess ko na 18mos isang company lang yon project ng AusAid dito sa amin. ^^ pero mas maganda kung isali nyo.

@Howard - tama si @Strader, hindi nmn required na continuous ang work exp, kailangan lang masatisfy nyo ang minimum work exp according sa Grouping ng vetassess.. paki double check po ang mga subjects ni misis sa Business Admin, meron ba sya mga HR courses (org behaviour, psychology etc).. kung ma prove nyo yan, pwede naman po sguro yan..

Thanks @lock_code2004... @Howard tama si @lock_code2004 ..dapat double check nyo mga major subjects ni misis kung meron ba mga behavioral subjects like social psychology..group dynamics..sociology of organization.. pati Thesis nya kung related pa rin ba sa handling individual or group of people..esp..practicum at ilang oras sya required and anong scope ng practicum nya.. isali din nila yong mga major projects nila noon sa college.. dapat related yan sa HR para ma highly relevant field of study nya..so pacheck muna TOR nya.. ^^

@lock_code2004 & @strader Thank you so much for the info. Meron po xa Gen Phychology pero 3 units lng taz meron din xa Ethics with Moral Regeneration 3 units, Public Relation in Business 3 units and Personnel Administration 3 units also.

Sir/Mam ano po sa tinign nu pd q na xa pa assess pero need po namin sana mg claim ng pts kya lng pag inadd un working experience nya mga 30 mos lng:(

Pagkakaalam ko mero yan percentage sa majot subjects ng misis mo na related to HR lalo na yong thesis nya...double check nyo mabuti @Howard sayang din kung susugal kayo for assessment malaki din ang payment for that. Read carefully the website of vetassess you can find a lot of information there..^^

@Strader major kz nya Management, ask ko lang un sa working experience kasi sten sa Pinas nag work xa ng HR from 1997 - 2007 pd q ba ipasama xa sa assessment ble mgpay nlng kmi ng extra let say un 3 or 4 employment pay kmi addtl AU$150?

Employment (only one fee applies)
One or two employment positions over the last 10 years AUD $88.00 AUD $80.00
Three or four employment positions over the last 10 years AUD $165.00 AUD $150.00
Five or more employment positions over the last 10 years AUD $330.00 AUD $300.00

Employment requirements

When assessing employment for the Points Test Advice, VETASSESS requires the following for a positive outcome:

Employment must be highly relevant to the nominated occupation, or in a closely related occupation and at an appropriate skill level for your nominated occupation
Employment must be full time (at least 40 hours per fortnight)
Employment must be genuine and verifiable
Employment must be undertaken within the last ten years

So it means pd namin po isama un sa Pinas? Correct me if I am wrong po. Taz dto sa SG mdami xa certificate na pinaattend xa ng employeer nya for HR seminar so isasama din namin un para makatulong.

Ganun naman pala.. kala ko 30mos lang talaga.. go sali nyo yan kasi mahabang exp na yan as hr. ^^

@Howard - kung ilang jobs nya na gusto nyo ipa-assess from the last 10 years..

so kung 3 ang naging work nya from 2003-2013, then you have to pay yung corresponding fee for that..

check nyo din kung gusto nyo isama lahat, example yung mga 6months na work nya, kung di naman makakatulong para mag-increase ang work exp nya from 5 yrs (10pts) to 8 yrs (15pts)
pwedeng wag nyo na isama...

also, pareho naman ang bayad from 3-4 work, so kung 4, edi isama nyo na..

Hello po mga taga pinoy au! Ahm question lang po kc medyo nalito po ko sa pag claim ng points dito pano po b pag ganito ung assessment..
Qualifications: the qualifications is at the required level
Field of Study:not highly relevant field of study
Duration of Employment: based on the evidence, more than 3 years of employment is assessed as highly relevant to the nominated occupation and completed at an appropriate skill level in the five years bfore the date of applying for this skill ass. The employment meets the minimum req. for this occupation.
Skills assessment outcome: Positive
Suitable for migration.
Then po sa Point Test Advice:
The ff claim of skilled employment made by the applicant are assessed as employment of atleast 40 hours per fortnight w/c is an appropriate skill level and closely related to the nominated occupation.
1. From 2005 to 2006
2. From 2006 to 2013
Pasencya na po mahaba sna me mag take time to read and advice.
Question ko po pede b mag claim ng 10 pts sa education po?
Then pano po dun sa overseas employment po parang nalito po kc ko sa pta at duration of employment. More than 5 years kC experienced nung asawa ko sa work na pina pta po nya. Please advice po. Thank you po.

@Kyze -ano po ang required "qualification level" ng nominated skill ng husband nyo? Hindi po nyo isinama "Highest qualification" sa PTA?

Yung sa skill po, you can claim 8 years of experience po kasi sabi sa PTA nya that his employment from 2005-2013 is :at an appropriate skill level and closely related to the nominated occupation"....so whopping 15 points po yun! :-bd

@GoToWaOz thanks po sa pagreply. nakupo d yata namin pinaassess ung highest qualification sa pta. Ung employment lang. Pero dun sa skilled assesment ang nakalagay lang sa qualification is bachelor of Science awarded in 2000, then school. The qualification is at the required level.

(Architecture grad. Then ang work is interior design. ang pinaassess nmin is interior decorator.)

Otherwise, if we base it only sa Vetassess assessment, 10 points po pwede niya ma-claim kasi ang requirement po ng skill 399912-Interior Decorator is AQF cert III + experence or AQF Certificate IV (http://www.immi.gov.au/asri/occupations/i/interior-decorator.htm)...meaning, ito po yung minimumm requirement nila sa skill level na ito.

Kung ang total points nya po is 60 and up naman kahit na 10 points lang i-claim sa education, pasok pa din po yun sa criteria :-bd Visa 190 po ba ang target nyo?

this is true kung hindi sya nag request ng PTA, right?
pero kung merong PTA for educ assessment, the result should say the equivalency of the PH degree regardless of the educ minimum requirement of the occupation..

Question re school sectioning, my school is in section 2 and my degree does not require board exams hence i dont have PRC license. Do i still have a good chance of getting a positive remark? My qualification is very much related to my nominated occupation, and been working for 10years in this occupation,.
