@archdreamchaser Hindi po kaya hinihingi ang clarification kasi dalawang positions yung dineclare mo na job titles? According to their request, gusto nila na ihiwalay mo yung list for the tasks done under each position, para maayos at makikita nila agad kung ano yung ginawa mong work as a draftsperson and kung may pinagkaiba ba yung tasks mo as an architect. Parang kailangan mo i-differentiate yung tasks ng dalawa, pero ang potential risk is baka hindi ma-recognize yung years mo as "architect" position as part of the "draftsperson" occupation. So medyo pag-isipan mo siguro kung paano mo irerelay sa stat dec na halos same drafting responsibilities ang ginawa mo kahit nag-iba yung job title mo.

I think just the stat dec nalang ang i-reupload since may kopya na sila nung iba. 8 years lang po ba yung work exp nyo? Baka kasi mabawasan ng isang taon yan dahil sa "rookie" year na aking nababalitaan, so possible na 7 years lang ang i-acknowledge kung wala kang additional work exp na i-declare (sayang din yung 5 points).

Nakaindicate kasi sa Generic COE ko yun 2 Job Designations ko kaya hindi ko sya maihide. Kaya pinakita ko. may another 1 yr ako Designer nman.

Yan din worry ko baka hindi maconsider, Kaya nagask ako advice dito before ako gumawa ng Revise StatDec. Sayang nga 5 points ang hirap pa nman ng PTE.

@archdreamchaser Ah okies. Well, it's better to declare all of them and let them decide how many years to consider as your work experience. I would say just itemize yung tasks for each job designation para malinaw sa VETASSESS kung paano nagkaiba sa tasks yung draftsperson and architect positions mo. Subukan mo pa rin i-highlight yung drafting tasks mo as architect, baka sakali ma-count pa rin nila as draftsperson experience.

Pag freelance kailangan ba talaga may DTI pa? Mas hassle pa ba kung i-declare mo yan as compared to not declaring?

@archdreamchaser pang ilang weeks na ng assessment mo bago ka nila knontact about that? nagemail ba sila or dun lng sila sa website tracking nagmessage?

Nagworry din ako, kasi ung sinubmit ko initially sa statement of service pinalagay ko dun sa third company ko Associate Engineer, QA ang role tas after a year nagingQA engineer, although wala nmn changes sa job task sahod lng at role ang nagiba, nagattach nlng ako ng promotion letter and nkaindicate naman sa letter na all things remained unchanged and still reporting dun sa supervisor ko.. so sana hindi na sila magtanong.

@athelene Thanks, big help na nakakuha ko ng response to get others opinion, sobra kasi nakakaworry din if ako lang magassume ng need ko isubmit. I will consider your opinion.
Based sa nabasa ko if freelance, hahanapan ka ng proof of income and DTI, kasi hindi nman fixed ang income ng self employed to declare sa BIR kasi need mo magbayad ng tax. Pwede pa kaya ihabol ang docs if ever include ko? In progress na yun application ko kasi. sayang nga din yun 2yrs, nakapagconstruct nman ako 2 housing projects.

Gudluck din sayo, hoping na positive ang application mo.

@Hendro 8 weeks ko na yesterday, nakarecieve ako ng email from Vetassess.

Nagsubmit din ako ng promotion letter, indicating na same parin as my existing contract.

Nilagay mo ba sa isang file ang supporting docs ng stat dec mo? I mean in one PDF lang?

ngprovide lng ako ng 1st payslip, mid year payslip and last/recent payslip for all the years of employment. yung promotion letter din inupload ko, statement of service and tax assessment.. so total 4 set ng pdf files..

question lang, If current state ng Vetassess ko in progress na, pwede pa ba ako magadd ng additional job experience from another company. kahit may comment na ang Vetassess? thanks

@archdreamchaser ang alam ko once submitted na ang docs there is no way para mkpagupdate kapa..

Sa case mo cguro, you just need to submit nlng via email yung kailangan nilang documents..

For additional job experience, im afraid kailngan yan ng bagong assessment..

@archdreamchaser Ah oki. Salamat sa tip about DTI. Na-curious ako kasi I'm about to start freelance work, pero d ko sure kung idedeclare ko ba or not hehe. Baka hindi nalang muna para less complicated.

Isa pa sa naconfuse ako. Pag ba ang company Construction dapat building associate ang ipaassess. And pag consultancy architectural draftsperson? Kasi pag construction more on shop drawings site works. And pag consultancy mas marami ang drafting works? Pero sa anzsco same lang sya ng tasks.
Anyone na my idea sa job code 312111 and 312112? Thanks

@archdreamchaser I don't think the type of company greatly influences which occupation you will assess for, what matters more is the type of work you've done for the company and that it matches the tasks listed for the occupation. There are companies that do design-build and they really focus on design and drawing production (not just shop drawings). Btw, building associate occupation is closed to 189 and 190, so you might be wasting your time to assess as building associate when there's no opportunity for you to migrate under that occupation.

separate ba ang Stat Dec per job trade kahit same company? or only the task but the same Stat Dec sheet? I lost all payslip of my previous trade as draftsman and old contract but I have all the proof for architect position. Same company din.

Hello, today marks my 9th week after I submitted my online application. Just checked it and still in progress pa. The only change i noticed is wala na yung dating nakalagay na "vetassess will contact you through email if additional document is needed". The message was there last friday. Does it mean anything?

I just received my outcome letter and it came out negative. According to them I did not meet the qualification because the focus of my responsibility is more on operational and that there is no alternative job to it. I am planning to appeal or do a reassessment as i am not yet ready to give up. Can anyone help me please. My nominated occupation is management consultant. Tia

@daydreamer Did you compare the list of tasks that you submitted with the list of tasks for your Anzsco code? Your roles and responsibilities have to match most of the tasks for the nominated occupation. Baka masyadong kaunti yung nagmatch?

Yes I did. Madaming beses ko naman cya nireview. And nag tailor fit ako base dun sa nakalagay n responsibilities. I guess it's because ung management consultant is dapat may external clients ka. Business analyst ako pero internal. Yung business ng mismong employer ko yung hawak ko. Yan din ung nabasa kons ibang forum. I am drafting a letter to vetassess. Sabi nila wala daw alternative na occupation but i will check pa.

Medyo mahirap nga if wala silang recommended alternative occupation. Baka may mahanap ka na somehow related so you can re-apply. Kapag internal business analyst and you deal with company performance and figures ang naiisip ko na baka somehow related yung statistician pero I'm not sure if may states who sponsor this occupation.

Hello! Had my negative outcome last Feb. May question po ako para sa mga nakapagpa Reassess na thru the vetassess online portal. Saan ninyo inattach yung letter para iexplain ung mga claims nyo for review? Nakalagay kasi sa instructions "upload a letter outlining the reasons for the reassessment application" pero hindi ko sure kung saan part ng documents upload section yun dapat.

Also, meron bang specific format, template or form para dito or basta letter lang?

draftsman-meron ka na ba COE para dito? if meron na nakaindicate ba yun period na draftsman ang designation mo? kung makakahingi ka from your company mas ok na sa kanila manggaling ang document confirming yun period of employment mo as draftsman.

as architect - do you have the promotion letter indicating kung kelan ang effectivity? yun task mo ba may drafting pa din or pure designing na lang?

Vetassess are just following guidelines, and they assess you based on the task/duties. so kung ang sinubmit mo is COE or stat dec saying na draftsman/architect ka, it just creates confusion for them because it's completely 2 different skill set as per ANZCO code. what i would suggest is give 2 separate COE kahit pa 1 company lang yan with the timeline kung kelan draftsman or architect ang designation mo, put you task and duties. if you want yun time na promote ka as architect to be considered, ilagay mo pa din ang ibang duties mo as draftsperson and add some duties as supervisory role.

Last Friday ako nakareceived ng comment from Vetassess, until now hindi pa ako nakapagcomply, wala naman deadline nakaindicate sa comment. sana makapagwait pa sila.

1. Meron ako generic COE, ang nakalagay:
Designation From To
Draftsman
Architect

2. Meron ako promotion letter from Division and HR, nakaindicate ang date of effectivity pero walang tasks, may note na "All terms and conditions remain the same as per her existing contract.

3. Ang problem kasi nagtry ako request sa HR but since marami ng changes sa management, iba narin ang mga Managers wala na ako nakuha response. nakakuha lang ako contract yun oldest and pinakalatest. may salary and date. pero walang tasks. Actually marami ako proof of employment, even airline ticket hehe tasks lng tlaga wala.

4. Nagtry ako humingi ng salary evidences sa accounts to show na since 2007 pa ako sa company. wait ko lang dumating,

5. Pwede ba self declaration lang ang tasks ko na ilagay sa stat dec? in 1 PDF lang ng Stat Dec. or I will make 2 stat dec for draftsman and architect? or indicate even the department kasi tingin ko baka lalo maconfuse and CV format sya if ever, I don't know kung ok yun.

6. Wala ako chance makakuha ng new COE kasi resigned nako and wala ng response ang HR sa email ko.

Any idea ilang days ko kelngan makarespond sa request ng Vetassess CO. wait ko pa kasi ang company for the docs, 1 week na ako di upload ng requested docs. Need ko ba inform ang Vetassess? thank you po sa sasagot.
