@netzkeenet Ah kasi pag-nakita nag-aral siya abroad for more than 2 years, ibig sabihin nun, hahanapan din siya ng police clearance kasi nag-stay siya for more than 12 months. Tingin ko lang kasi magiging questionable at hassle makakuha ng police clearance sa US dahil may fingerprinting pang kailangan. Kaya nag resort na ako kumuha asawa ko ng IELTS or makakuha ng certificate. Eh sa mga nababasa ko dito eh yung requirement na iyon sabay sabay i uupload kasama ng iba pang requirements upong applying for visa. Tama ba?

so indi nio dneclare yung address nia s US and sa travel history part? pwedeng to follow na ung ielts ng spouse, usually pag di naupload, hinihingi ng CO un kasabay ng police and medical clearances.

during the visa application, you will declare all your addressess, and countries visited as part of the background/character reference check.. so kung nag stay sya sa US, you have to declare that...

if you dont, at nalaman nila... then visa denied agad yun..
but then again, it is always your decision, to declare or not....

@emily_strange hi there. I wasn't able to log in for awhile so I just saw your message. As of now only 2 states are sponsoring 223111. (WA-sched 2 & NT). At the moment naghihintay lang ako what to do next. I just got my result from vetassess (it took only 11 weeks!). 223111 ka rin ba?

Does anybody know if there's a way to get around the sched 2 reqt? Like to say that there's strong family ties and loads of job openings? I really want to go for the wa ss kaya lang the job offer reqt is pulling us down. I'm afraid to ask the wa govt kasi...

Sorry but never heard such case na nawaive ung sch 2 requirements for WA State nomination. But u can try to email them and see how it goes.

gawa ka muna eoi tas saka ka mag inquire. anong docs kulang nio? la pa nmn required docs sa eoi.

@Xiaomau82 hehe oo nga. Kala ko required na magsubmit ng docs sa eoi. Passport copy lang naman kelangan for dependents di ba? Or need pa birth certificate? Tsaka kahit hindi na ctc right? Scanned colored lang accepted na nila? Kasi isa un sa kulang namin docu, tsaka ung supp docs for proof of funds Thanks for the help.

hi guys, magtatanung lang po kung merun na nang nagtry dito na Victoria state nomination streamline pathway? Two weeks lang daw ang nomination instead of 12 weeks applicable to current 457 visa status. Thanks po.

Hi @j0wnaGurl! Bilis ng vetassess mo ah. Nagpa-pre-assessment ka ba? Ako, oo, dahil hindi ako HR by degree, kaya bago masayang ang SA ko, I availed of that service.

Yes, you are correct. We are on the same anzsco code and currently, 223111 is being accepted sa NT and WA-Sched 2. However, mukhang hindi positive ang situation sa ngayon. I have been checking another forum ng mga expat under 223111 and they have been waiting for several months already. Ang NT so far, kahit na tumatanggap satin, ayaw daw magbigay ng 190 for whatever reason. 489 ang ibinibigay, so iyong iba raw, they grabbed the opportunity na lang.

For WA, so far wala pa kong nababalitaan na nakakuha ng work, to satisfy Sched 2 requirement. Mahirap daw eh. So they are looking at Feb/Mar 2015 na positive changes sana. Kaya naghahanap pa ko ng bang kasabayan sa 223111 journey ko

Baka next month, magpa-SA na ako. Update-update ka lang dito ha, and wishing you all the best sa application mo.

@emily_strange mabilis nga. I was surprised myself hehe. I didnt go for the pre assessment basta na lang ako sumige hehe!
Pero I had 5 years of experience kaya medyo confident na din ako though napraning din ako when I saw people getting negative outcome because of unrelated qualifications. I did avail of the PTA though just to have proof that my qualification is equivalent to Australian bachelor's degree.

Pray pray lang to have good news for us in the near future.

Pag magsusubmit ba ng EOI kahit waiting palang ng invitation dapat ba iclaim na agad na 60 pts ako dahil visa 190 naman ang aapplyan ko?

Sa case ko, sa summary pagsubmit mo ng EOI nakalagay dun automatic madadagdag yong 5 points pag pinili mo yong 190 kaso u will not be invited to apply for the visa hanggat di pa naapprove application mo for nomination.

Nagpplano po kasi ako mag apply ng Visa 190 and magapply ng State Sponsorship sa Queensland, upon checking their website meron silang Queensland Skilled Occupation List (QSOL).Ang tanong ko po, is there a possibility to get a State Sponsorship sakanila kung wala po sa QSOL and skilled occupation na inaapplyan ko? Pero nasa CSOL naman po yung Civil Draftsperson (312211). Does this mean that CSOL also depends on what state are you getting your sponsorship?

Any help would be very much appreciated

@cavalier18 sir gud eve po ask ko man po sa visa 190 kelanagn ko pa po ba mag apply o mglodge ng state sponsorship sa desired o preferred state?pano po b yun?ang alm ko lang po kac is maghintay lang n manominate ng state for example south australia in my case kac usually dun lang daw po ngoopen sa profession namin.ano po dapt ko gawin? san apo matulungan nu ko...

@omeng22 pag wala sa state SOL di ka pwede magapply sa kanila ng sponsorship kasi nga di nila kailangan skill mo don..if you need state sponsorship, apply directly to the state and they will ask you your EOI number at pag naapproved automatic kang invite ng DIAC
