how about Service Certificate? any letter from your former employer or Certification from the company na nagwork ka dun during those dates na kineclaim mo will do.But if youre not claiming points for that specific work experience then no need.

pwede rin po ba yung certificates n binigay sa trainings/seminars attended under sa name ng company?ma considered rin po ba un na proof om employment?

you can try but usually, eto ung hinihingi nila:

• Certified copy of Payslip - preferable first & last payslip
• Certified copy of Human resource statement or Service Certificate (COE can be provided in replacement of these)
• Certified copy of Termination Letter with corresponding dates

Hello po sa lahat. I finished backreading all the pages. Took me 3 hours. Hehe napaka helpful talaga.

I got my Vetassess result last march 19, comparable to australian degree. Got 6 years of experience for my PTA. I am now 28 years old.

Yung nominated occupation ko is currently closed sa ACT and Special Conditions Apply sa SA.

I'm planning to take IELTS this June. Pag nakuha ko na yung result, hopefully maka all 7 ako, magkaka 70points ako with SS visa 190 kung maiinvite. Tama po ba?

After ko mag IELTS, i can do EOI na?'choose visa 190, then pupunta ba ako sa website ng ACT or SA after? Akala ko kasi wait lang ako once mag EOI.

Paano kung close pa din ang ACT at SA, hayaan ko lang po yung EOI ko? Or wag muna ko submit EOI wait for lets say July 2016 in case wala this 2015?

Once you have ur IELTS u can submit EOI regardless if there's any state available. so u have to monitor kung open na sa ACT or SA or other state. if there's any state na open, change the state selected sa EOI mo, then submit state nomination application.

There's nothing u can do but submit EOI kung wala pang state na open.

Thanks XiaoMau82. Paano kung di ako maka all 7. Lets say 55 points ako now plus 5 points for state nomination. Ok na ba yun to submit eoi? Been reviewing sa ielts e ang lagi ko nakukuha 6.5 lang sa mga mock exams

then youll be able to claim 60 provided u have 55 points now plus state nomination. pwede ka na submit eoi. actually kahit 55 ka lang pwede ka na submit eoi, then update mo n lng scores mo ng ielts.

you also have to check. some states require higher ielts scores.

Thank you @bookworm. Sa act:!pag oversease: 6 LRW, 7 speaking. oBS dapat 7. Pero i need to get all 7 para mag ka added points. So lets say makapag eoi na ako, may gagawin pa ba ako? Or wait na lang for july 1? Para kung mag open na state? Should i wait for my invitation or apply ako sa website bago dumating invitation?

@kisses1417 depende sa state. Yung ibang state, kailangan mo mag submit sa kanila even if you haven't gotten an invite.

@kisses1417 i suggest you go ask for state nomination first.. once they approved your application, you will get automatic EOI invite.

therefore you atleast have control of your timelines. imbes na maghintay ka ng EOI invite (which is auto generated by a system), eh pwede ka mangulit sa state govt, usually takes them between 2 - 6 weeks to approve.

Sa ACT, kelangan mo lang mag submit ng requirements then send it to the council's email address. kahit walang opening sa listed occupations, pwede ka mangatwiran ng konti (konti lang) lalo na at may makita kang job openings sa ACT na sa tingin mo ay qualified ka naman. atleast show them 5 job ads. If wala kang makita, then you cant do anything but to wait for them to send a new list by July 1.

hi maitanong ko po sa mga nkapag fill up na ng elodgement page..
Paano po ba ma eedit yung sa part na employment history.May nkalagay dun na Position,Employer, Country, date from, date to,Action.

Ang problem ko po is hindi ko ma edit yung sa Action, required kasi e fill up doon ang Description of Duties and Responsibilities. May edit/delete button doon pag delete e click ko na dedelete lahat ng infos sa table but hindi ko ma edit.

sa bottom part pala, my add botton dun, but e click ko namn same sa edit,wala...
Need your advise po...gusto ko na maglodge kaso hindi ako mka proceed sa next step...

technically, u are claiming 60 points. so pwede maglodge ng eoi with 55+5 for SN.

sorry mejo nalito ako. u r 55 points without the state diba? so technically when u claim 5 points for state e nameet nio pa din ung passmark of 60 points. tama ba?

Hindi ko din alam panu kame magsisimula sa paghahanap ng state na mag sponsor, can you recommend some na medyo maluwag ang criteria and madalas mag invite based on our nominated occupation? and dami kasi nila. So far I heard Victoria and Tasmania are the only ones who are free.

try nsw. submit na kayo agad kasi sa nsw imp ung tagal ng eoi. so kahit 60 points lang may chance pa din mainvite. Vic ang pagkakaalam ko mejo strict sila pero di pa din mawalan ng pag asa kasi i have been seeing filipino applicants, dito sa forum na naaapprove nmn.u wouldnt know unless u try. dont try Tasmania ang alam ko they require job offer, so waste of time lng if u dont have the job offer.
