Hi guys, here are my scores after the revision -

ano ba yan si Reading. huhuhu L/S/W/R - 90/90/83/75. Any tips on reading? Also worth it pa kaya pa re-score eh twice na nila na evaluate?

Hi guys. How many days after the exam niyo natanggap or nakita yung result? Nagtake ako nung Saturday. I have been checking almost every hour. haha. It says sa status na "Delivery Successful - On hold". Does it mean anything? This is my first time to take PTE kasi.

@angelmatiga first take ko Saturday medyo matagal maybe because of the weekend? Yung last was a Wednesday, the day after meron na. So baka mas mabilis on weekdays.

Hi guys! Naka receive na ba kyo ng email from Pearson? Ako kasi naka receive na nakalagay sa subject "Update: Your PTE Academic score is now available"
Pero di ako natuwa sa results ng rescore, di q sya matanggap.
Initial scores
R-71
L-71
S-41
W-89

Updated scores
L-73
R-77
S-57(sad, really sad and unacceptable)
W-89

Though hindi ako satisfied sa updated scores, need q tanggapin at magbalik review, I need at least 65 in each subtest. Di na din ako magpaparescore, mag review aq ulit and mag take ako ulit sa June medyo kapos na ko sa budget kaya maghintay ako ng payday. Sana naman sa next take ko eh maka 20points ako para worth ang retake.

@kuya.king sa RELC, ni recommend sakin ng friend ko kasi mas may space sa RELC ung gap ng test takers eh acceptable kasi daw sa pearson sa tanjong pagar mejo masikip

Hello po! May plan pa lang po akong kumuha ng pte exam by mid-June. San po ba ang testing centers dito sa Pinas? Hindi kopo kasi macheck sa site ng pte. Laging nag-eerror. Thanks po!

Hi everyone, I need your advice again. After I received my corrected scores, I requested for a rescore nung Monday. Today, I received an email from Pearson that they have already resolved the scoring issues and "If you have already booked a subsequent test, or paid for a rescore based on the results of a test taken between Monday 8th and Thursday 11th May, you may be eligible for a refund. We will contact impacted test takers in relation to this next week."

Do you think I have a high chance of getting a positive rescoring? Or refund ko na lang and take the test again?

Hi @CathyCathy11 , I suppose nagpare-score ka based from your latest results and not based from your original/initial results right?

As they say "you may be eligible for a refund", you must tell them na nagdecide ka magpare-score because or after your initial results, otherwise, kung ma-prove nila na natanggap mo na yung updated result bago ka nagrequest ng re-score, they might not give u a refund. Or if ipush mo yung re-score now, they would definitely assume na natanggap mo na yung updated scores mo.

As mentioned before, if parang unreasonable ung scores, mas worth it ipare-score as technical glitch may have occured.

As nakakapanghinyang ung 1-point as it can be, it would be a matter of money nlng. So if may budget ka, and dont want to live in those "WHAT IFs", then you can try. But, again, half na yun ng fee ng new test. BUT, a new test, means ulit uli.

@kuya.king Yes, rescore based on my updated results. However, since the technical issue has been resolved, I think there's a huge chance that the system will give me the same scores. What do you think?

I've read from other forum, I don't know how true pero sabi nila there has been an upgrade sa system ng PTE kaya down from 8th - 11th of May and it may now be harder to achieve 65+?

Kaka take ko lang yesterday.. nahirapan ako since di ako nakapag prepare and review.. sumabak lang.. so for me mahirap..

@kuya.king not sure if kasabay ko.. 2 PM ako sa RELC.. wala pa result for now
