Yes, sa inyong dalawa ni wife mo and kung may iba pa kayong kasamang dependent/s sa application nyo.

Medyo may kahabaan nga yung forms. Hehe!

Tip ko lang, i-print nyo yung forms saka nyo i-fillout and pirmahan. Kami kasi nun una, inencode namin details tas saka sana namin ipprint para pirmahan pero for unknown reason, when we saved it tas inopen namin yung pdf, nagulo yung format. Kaya ayun, inulit na lang namin and handwritten na lang ang pag-fillout.

Tas pag ok na and na-sign nyo na, scan nyo and attach nyo na.

@JClem, actually yung idea ko sa personal loan, kunin mo yung 18 month term -sila usually yung pinakamababa ang interest rates at may free ammortization months sa dulo. Get an amount that will be enough for your visa and for your basic expenses there.

Ideally, pag nagkatrabaho ka na sa Australia, boom, bayaran mo nang todo todo yung loan...the earlier and quicker you pay off the loan, the more the banks will be obliged to give you rebates...so effective use of borrowed money

Hi Katlin! If you don't mind, ano po ba credit card mo? Kasi as far as I know walang holidays or 24x7 ang customer support ng credit cards. Ok din suggestion ni Loki na loan especially if medyo kulang funds to pay for the visa fee. Kaya lang sayang din yung interest na babayaran mo.

BPI yung credit card ko.. mejo mahirap daw ngayon ang customer support nila kse bulk calls daw ang hina-handle nila ngayon.. will go to the mall and ask them directly na lang para sure.

Form 1221 is Additional Personal Particulars Information

Actually, halos pareho lang mga tanong ng dalawang forms na yan. Medyo madami-dami kang sasagutan. Pag magsusubmit ka na ng requirements, submit mo na din yan 2 forms.

Hello po I’m quite new here, lage lang ako nag babasa ng mga updates nyo. We applied through agent in australia.. and were now in the midst of waiting for Vetasses assessment. May question po ako. Ung visa ba need ng bayaran bago pa I lodge ng agent of after ng ma approve? Ung $2960 ba yun for the whole family na? kse ang hubby ko ang main applicant and we have a 2 years old baby. Ang sabe kase samen ng agent they will apply for subclass 176.

Welcome to pinoyau.

Kung complete na requirements mo and meron ka na VETASSES assessment, sa online logdgement, kapag tapos mo na fillout application form dun hihingin ang bayad mo. Kapag nabigay mo na payment details, iaacknowledge yun ni DIAC and yun na ang official application mo.

Yung 2,960 is for the whole family na. Meron 2nd payment pero that is for your dependent family members above 18 years old na hindi na-meet ang english language.

Hello Jclem, maraming salamat ha..sabe kase ng agent nmen napasa na daw nila ung assessment ng hubby ko last week pa, so waiting nalang kame for positive results. mag take palang kase kame ng IELTS sa dec 3 eh. nako so pag ok na pala sa Vetassess mag fill up na ng application for DIAC eh mag babayad na kame huhuhu ang laking gastos pala talga iba pa ung agents fee..huhuhu..

@katlin924 actually while waiting for your credit limit increase, you may want to start filling up the forms kasi medyo mahaba. also, you can start scanning your docs para ready na sila.

ang form 80 at 1221 ay wala sa checklist na i-display after completion ng online app, nasa list sya ng docs to be attached na nakalista sa email confirmation ng DIAC. since the items listed on the page after completing the online app and docs listed on the email confimation seems not to match, it caused confusion to some applicants as to whether to attach these extra docs or not. some opted to attach form 80 and 1221 while others waited for the CO allocation (anyway, DIAC will initially check if we pass the main criteria such as age, qualification, language, work experience, so kahit proof muna niyan). pero para ready na ang lahat at wala ka na gagawn next time kundi medical, mas ok na iaatach na din. gaya ni @JClem, I will attach mine this weekend.

Actually, ready na lahat ng documents, naka-scan na din.. Yung Forms 80 at 1221 lang ang nde pa.. So pano yon, I-print ko yon tapos i-Scan ko din? Kailangan ko palang mag-scan pa ulit. Hahaha!

Pwede ka mag deposit agad natry ko din yan sa Citibank Credit Card pero sa BDO Creditcard hindi daw pwede, tinawag ko sa call center hindi daw sila nag aaccept ng ganun process. Buti na lang pinahiram ako ng dollar credit card ng office ^__^

Also, ano gnamit nyong format sa pag-scan? PDF or JPG? Isip ko kse i-PDF ko ung multiple pages eh.. tapos yung iba JPG. Pero para consistent, ano sa tingin nyo? i-PDF ko n lng?

Tpos may tanong ako sa Form 1221, eh kse di pa ko employed pero naka-pirma na ko ng job contract pero start ko sa December pa.. nilagay ko n lng dun na Dec.. oks lng ba yon o wag ko na ilagay?

Katlin, sa email acknowledgment ni DIAC kapag nagsubmit ka na. Other than sa online application, meron din sa email na list ng requirements. Dun nakalista Form 1221.

Pag nag-scan ka, initially JPG ang format. Pero kasi kung multiple pages, isa-isa mo iaattach yun saka baka maging hassle kay case officer na iassess. What we did is we pasted the in MS Word then we converted it to PDF para isang attachment lang sya lalabas. Kaya PDF na lang.

Parang ok din na ilagay mo na yung magiging new job, note mo lang siguro na magsisimula ka pa lang.

So ibig mong sabihin, yung lahat ng attachment eh ginawa mong isang PDF lang? As in pag binuksan ni case officer, andun na lahat ng files? tama ba ko?

Then yung sa Form 1221, yung number 19-20, humihingi ng details of your intended arrival and stay.. May nilagay ba kayo don? I left it blank kse depende yon kung kelan makuha ung visa natin dba?

Ay hindi po lahat ng attachment is isang PDF lang.

What I mean is bawat type ng document, naka-PDF para lahat ng pages sama-sama and naka-one file lang. Example, yung Form 80, madami syang pages, ginawa namin PDF para i-oopen sya na parang normal document. Unlike kasi pag naka-JPG, isang page is isang file. Isa-isa mong oopen yung pages.

Nilagyan na din namin ng details yung page 19-20.

Nilagay ko na lang san talaga namin gusto mag-stay. Pero yung iba may note na lang na "No details yet" like dun sa flight details. Pero yung date of intended arrival nilagay namin yung date na hopefully andun na kami. Just estimate it. Ang sabi lang naman is intended. Di pa naman definite.

Guys yung sinubmit nyong scanned docs sa DIAC yan din yung scanned certified true copy na sinubmit nyo before sa ACS for assessment?

Iniisip ko kasi kung need ko ng another round of CTC for the same docs that I need to submit sa DIAC... yung hard copy ng CTC docs sinubmit ko na kasi sa ACS before.

@mimaahk, same with you, I submitted the CTC Docs to ACS and yun lang ang copy ko ng CTC.

For DIAC, ang ini-scan ko nalang ay yung originals, no need na pa CTC I believe.
