    @ykcul_kcul I think depende sa Uni at sa course duration. Madalas ang kinukuha is tourist visa - Business visitor stream.

    hi po. Sana me makasagot sa tanong ko...

    I am currently applying for PR under stream 2 sa NSW and I am the primary applicant. My wife was a nurse in Philippines and Singapore having 8 years of experience. If ever na ma grant ang visa namin and magsettle dun at in future na need nya mag work as a nurse...will it be the same procedure kahit nasa AUS na? Meaning need na nya ma compile yung requirements habang nasa pinas pa lang kami tama po ba? Maraming salamat po!

    @mxv588t Yes, it will be the same process. If she has been working in Sg, there is a chance that she may not need to study BP. It would totally depend on her circumstances though (education in Sg, etc) She definitely won’t need to go through the ANMAC skills assessment. She will have to submit a photocopy of her Sg license and COGS as well.

    @Cassey null

    Thanks! Actually she is currently not working since Nov 2017 to take care of our son in PH. She has 3 yrs exp in PH and 4 yrs in SG. She has PH and SG license as well. So what is the best option for her in case we get our PR visa 190? Just want to make sure we prepare everything and hindi kami mahirapan if ever she wants to work there na...

    @mxv588t If she did not study in Sg, most likely she’ll need to study a Bridging Course here in Au (around 3mos) so that she can register here as a Nurse. What she needs to do is sit for an English exam then have her papers assessed by AHPRA. She’ll get an eligibility letter from AHPRA which will enable her to enrol for a BP. If you are sure that she will study once you arrive here in Au, you can arrange for the COGS to be sent to AHPRA before you leave Phils. With the requirements, it’s listed on the first page of this thread.

    @cheng1003 Mageemail ahpra sayo regarding the result o kung may kailangan ka pang docs na isubmit. Kapag nakuha mo na Eligibility Letter mo from AHPRA, pwede ka ng magenrol. As early as now, you can already scout schools offering BP.

    @cheng1003 You and your wife may want to consider the NZ pathway, marami akong kilalang NZ nurses na dating SG nurses na hindi na pinag-CAP (bridging dito sa NZ). NZRNs can also be OZRNs through the TTMRA (Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act)

    Question lang so far sa nabasa ko needed ng 450hours paid nursing experience in the last 5 years para makapag apply for bridging program. My concern is Jan 2013 to Oct 2013 pa yun last nursing exp ko which is mag 5years na sa Oct this year. If ever ba makakuha ako ng LoE from aphra for bridging program before Oct pwede ba kahit early 2019 na ako mag enroll or dapat before Oct 2018 rin? And gaano katagal rin ba un validity ng LoE? Thanks!

    @mxv588t No not PR, Nursing registration pathway... Some SG nurses are given NZ RN registration right away... depends on experience and kind of experience din daw and it might be worth a try. :) Once an NZRN one can also be an Australian RN...
