@sparkfire in our case, nagsend lang kami ng nagsend dati ng docs namin sa Migration Agent, di kami nagpa-notarized or nagpacertify ng kahit ano. Pero looking back, Justice of Peace din kasi pala sa Australia yung Migration Agent namin, so siya na din nagcertify ng docs namin. So tama yung advise nila, ipacertify mo yung docs niyo. Lahat.

@ignorms thank you po, nagpanotary na po kmi lahat ng docs for ctc. So sunday night ko po nalaman un, so monday morning pa po nmin gagawin un kaso nagemail si ACS na since wala daw response kmi kung ano na ung napasa un na daw gagawin nilang basis. Nagreply na lng kami na if maari iuupload nmin lahat within the day sana mabigyan nila kmi ulit ng extension. Sa mga nkpagpassess na po ba, may pagasa pa po ung pinanotarize nmin? Wala po kasi silang reply dun sa email nmin.

Hi all,

I have a question with the WA GRAD STREAM STATE NOMINATION.

I am confused re the 'work experience' waived for graduates who studied a masters degree for 2 years. But to get a positive skills assessment from VETASSESS on the nominated occupation, 1 year work experience post qualification is needed.

Confusing even with 1 year contract and does not matter if the WA masters degree is not relevant to the occupation.

Can you still lodge an EOI without a skills assessment from the assessing authority? All requirements are supposedly met except for the no work experience.

@pc3 Kailangan ng positive skills assessment para makasubmit ng EOI. Nung nagrresearch ako ng requirements for state sponsorship ng bawat state usually nakalagay na the applicant must also meet all of the requirements of the DHA. Tapos additional requirements lang yung nagvvary per state.

@maguero thank you for the response. Kaya nga misleading and confusing yung requirements nla especially for students intending to use the stream. Swerte lang if the assessing authority will not look into 1 year work exp post qualification. But all vetassess occupations requires the 1 year work exp.

Hi po question po. I’m a nurse po and na pre invite po ako ngayon sa Vic under 190. My TV will be expiring po on May 3. Pwede po bang sa Au nalang ako mghntay ng invite talaga? Hoping na less than 3 mos lng from pre invite to invite. Kasi para sana po in case ma invite at malodge after invite magkabridging visa para may work rights.

Need your advice po. Thanks

@drnc_13 Mahirap po ata yung mag antay kayo ng grant while on TV kasi medyo matagal ang 190 ngayon. After po ng invite, mag lolodge kayo then ang current ng global processing for 190 is 9-11 months.

Gud pm po.i just received invitation to apply today from nsw.ask ko lng po requirements ng nsw like documents to upload.nbasa ko po ksi na limited times allowed to open ung link.sa main applicant lng po ba ung hihingin na req. or ksama na rin dependents?thanks po and ung docs po is pwedeng coloured orignal scanned copy lng? Or need pa na cert true copy? Thanks po

@maguero ask ko lang pala may eoi na me nung feb 60pts ako non may eoi ako vic and nsw tapos nag pte ako naka superior na me so by may nag update ako eoi ko.. ask ko lang may idea ka if those state eh nag pre invite ba sila kahit papalapit na fiscal year? Then if pag bukas fiscal year need ko ba update eoi ko kung di pa ako ma preinvite... thanks

Ng aral sya ng masters in accounting d2 s wa and its true n waived ung 1 year experience. lahat kc ng occupation s list ng wa requires minimum 1 year local experience or 3 years overseas pero pg graduate k ng masters degree d2 waive n nla experience so paassess mo lng is skills which is education mo ng degree (if related) and masters

Hi, Kapag ba nag lodge ng EOI sa SkillSelect for 190 and 489, need din ba pumunta directly sa website ng state na inapplayan mo and mag fill out ng Nomination Form? Or wait muna na icontact nung State for pre-invite bago mag fill out ng form sa website nila?

May EOI po kasi ako 189 with 70 pts and waiting for invite. Iniisip ko mag lodge din po ng 190 with state nomination from South Aus.

@pong baka pwedeng matanong anong university? I'm also an Accountant and with the very high points needed to get an invite for Accountants, I'm starting to assess the costs if I'll go with student visa pathway.

Hello... Baka sakali lang po kung may idea po kayo about sa case ko... Nag lodge po ko ng application thru Skilled Migration Visa 190 mid August 2019 offshore. Sa ngayon di pa ako nakakapagpamedical kasi I'm currently 7 mos pregnant. Sabi sa medical hindi daw sila nagpapasa ng incomplete na medical kaya kahit unahin ko ipagawa yung blood tests, pending pa din and di maipapasa hanggang di ko pa nacocomply yung Chest Xray... Any idea po kung ano dapat kong gawin na next step? May instances po ba na nareject yung application because of non compliance sa medical? May timeline po ba ang pagpapamedical? Like within a month after mo maglodge mapagawa mo na? Pwede ko sana mainform kung may email na CO pero wala pa CO contact so far... TIA

@Ban 2 months na lng naman, after nyan pede ka na medical. Ok lang yan na after panganak k na magmedical. Sa ngyon matagal ang processing, hoping hindi pa nabuksan ni CO ang file mo, pag nabuksan man, mag request si CO ng medical mo, pwde mo din inform sya na kakapanganak ko lng.. kya pa yan! Maka deliver ka pa nyan bago maopen ni CO.. advance congratulations!!

@Ban sis ako kakatanggap ko palang ng ITA then 5weeks pregnant ako ngayon. Hindi na muna kami magpapamedical, lodge muna ang application then wait nalang ma CO contact tapos inform si CO na preggy ako. Once manganak ako, ayusin ko na Birth Certificate and Passport ni Baby. Then mag medical na rin.
