Hello all. tanong ko lang po until when valid ang PTE scores? based on my PTE score report it's valid until June 30, 2020 or only 2 years after my exam date.. kaso nabanggit ng agent 3 years daw as far as Australia immigration is concerned.. tama po bang kahit expired na ang score report, i-hohonor pa rin ni Australia as long as the report is aged less than 3 years?

@JohndAU nabasa ko din yan na 3 years e acceptable pa din maski na 2 years lang ang validity as per test taker score report. Since may agent ikaw, ask mo nalang sila to send you the exact reference kung saan nakasaad na accepted ang 3 years, I’m sure meron yan sila record para lang din panatag ka hehe

Yung testing location, meron sa Manila and Cebu. Not sure kung saan exact address sa Cebu. Pero ito yung address sa Manila:

Trident Tower, 312 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave, Makati, Metro Manila

Testing fee is around 10k php. You can use promo codes pero ang alam ko for first time takers lang.

Tsaka naalala ko nung una kong PTE exam, early 2018. Tinry ko na magsabi sa test administrator kung pwede ako dun sa seat number 1 which is naka hiwalay syang cubicle talaga (Makati branch) and sinabi nyang hindi. Pero may nabasa at napanuod ako, kay MoniMagic yata na pwede naman daw since binayaran mo naman exam mo. Kaso ayun nga, ayaw pumayag ni Kuyang administrator. Ano ba naman kasi yung mga 7 lang kayong mag exam pero pinagtatabi tabi pa talaga, kasya naman kahit mag 1 seat apart para bawas konti sa distraction Yung mga ganitong "simpleng" detalye kasi ay importante lalo na kung naghahabol ka sa speaking kagaya ko hehe.

May nakapag try na rin bang mag request sa nyo?

Sa mga naka chat ko, hi guys! Di pa ako nakaka pag take but soon, basta before this month ends.

@Leica Next Wednesday na po exam ko ulit. 24th July. Nag focus ako ngayon sa Write from Dictation. Okay lang po ba yun habang nakikinig ako mag type na rin tapos burahin nalang maling spelling? Or makaka-apekto sa score yun bura ng bura?

Pwede pa baguhin yung mga sagot hanggang di mo pa pinipindot yung next button kaso medyo take note mo din yung time baka maubusan ka naman ng time. Yung period din important sa end ng sentence hehe.

@goku_son oo pede kahit mali spelling mo itama mo na lang bago ka mag next.. ako sa erasable pad ako nagsulat tas transfer ko kasi mas mabilis ako magsulat kesa magtype. Kung saan ka po kampante. Careful sa singular/plural, past/present tenses ng word. Goodluck!! Pagdadasal ka namin dito.

Nabusy sobra sa work, one week lng nakareview everyday kauwi from work pero pumasa. Mas okay if marame praktis pero if hnd kaya, back to basic concepts lng talaga 😊 Goodluck po sa ating lahat! Goodluck sa mga nagta-take. Sa mga nalulungkot sa scores na onti na lang, remember onting tyaga na lang yan.
Sa case ko 1 or 2 points na lang superior na, kahit yung 3 scores ko 90 each. Ginawa ko nag book ulit ako ng test for next week, ayun nakuwa ko ang elusive na superior. Tyaga lang and ask for help!

@goku_son ako ganyan technique ko, then adjust nalang for spelling, punctuation and any words na need icapitalize etc. I agree with @lecia - extra careful sa singular/ plural at past/ present tense (may trick yan to learn go back to basic rules lang sa grammar to ensure na yung sentence mo is grammatically correct). No effect sa score ang magbubura but only be mindful sa oras baka maubusan. Goodluck sa exam next week!

I took the exam two days ago. Before the exam I found this forum, got the chance to review for two days only. Target scores ko sana 65+ pero acceptable naman sya for school.

and wala rin ako review kasi IELTS ang na review ko pero PTE kinuha ko.

Speaking; Mental block ako kasi first timer

hindi ko masyado na-explain yung sa Decribe Image and Re-tell Lecture, sa ASQ mostly hindi ko sure kung tama yung sagot ko the rest ng categories okay naman ako.

Writing; SWT, okay ako maayos naman. Sa Essay, medyo palya since hindi ako magaling vocab medyo basic words lang gamit ko pero nakabuo naman ako over 260 words. No wonder ang baba ng score vocabulary ko.

Reading; Halos lahat dito, hindi ko rin sigurado. Fill in the Blanks for sure majority tama naman ako, yung mga multiple choice nakakalito sya, mostly isa lang sagot ko kapag MA, for Re-order okay ako.

Listening; Dito medyo confuse ako, feeling ko mostly ng tanong nasagot ko ng maayos, HCS, HIW, FIB, SST, then lahat ng WFD nakuha ko naman lahat. Pero dito ko pinakamababa.

Overall, happy naman ako sa result. Not bad for a first timer, thankful ako sa mga tips and tricks. May mga template na na nagamit galing here. Thank you everyone, if magPR nalang ako mag-aral ako ulit and review ng mas matagal for better scores.

Repeat sentence:
Dapat banayad at walang unnecessary pause ang pagsalita , kaya gumawa ako ng spiel ko dito("the students studying in the university") para in case makalimutan ko ang huling parts, idadagdag ko na lng sa hulian at para hindi titigil and pagsasalita ko, 9 lng ang talagang alam kong nakuha ko dito, yung 3 dun idinagdag ko sa hulian ang spiel ko.

Write Essay:
Nakita ko ang site na 'to, may AI ito, dito ako nag checheck ng essay na ginawa ko habang nagrereview, target ko lagi dito ay not less than 77 ang score. nandito lahat ng questions as ApeUni at PTETutorials. Filter nyo lng na PTE at yung keyword ng questions tapos pwede nyo na sagutan. Mababasa nyo din dito ang sagot ng ibang nagexam, kaya malaking tulong din. Gumamit kayo ng template!

Hi! what is the best review center for PTE dito sa PH? karamihan kasi sa kanila weekends na lang. I’m a newbie and needs a lot of motivation, mas maganda sana classroom type set-up. Thanks!
