    Hi Guys,

    Eto po estimate for Brisbane.

Rent - 1-BR around CBD 400-430 fully Furnished. (Maayos na apartment)
    - 2-BR around CBD 450 and up fully furnised (Maayos na apartment)

    I use the Domain.com.au app.

    Utilities - 100 a month. Billed every 3 months.

BUPA Insurance - Basic is 230.

Mobile - $30 with 10GB na sya good for 28 days plus 10GB for Netflix (Optus)

Home Internet - $65-85. Depende kasi kung may NBN location mo. Pag wala.... wireless broadband ka. Optus ang the best offer.

**Grocery **- 30 - 100. Depende if single ka or with family. (Mababa budget sa single kasi most of the time sa labas ka bibili ng foods)

    Others:

    Coffee - 7-11 is $1 a cup meron.
    - Average sa mga cafe is $4-5. Get a loyalty card so free ang 10th cup.

Penny Pincher Tuesday - sa KFC 9pc Chicken $10 (mga ganun. I forgot na)
    - sa McDo 24 nuggets $10 (mga ganun. I forgot na)

    Haircut - $20-35

    baiken

    ====================
