Hello! If i created my EOI on Feb 2019, then i updated it on Feb 2020(with points change/increase), kelan ang expiration ng EOI ko? Susundin ba yung creation date or yung last update date?
    Thanks!

Maeexpire ang EOI after 2 years. Auto deleted yan sa system ng skillselect and my message kang ma receive na they removed it:

Since nagbago ang points mo, ang date of effect ng EOI mo ngayon is yung date ng pag update sa points mo.

May i know bakit ang concern mo is kelan ang expiration ng EOI mo?

    Thanks for the response @lecia.

Naisip ko, if date of creation ang basis ng expiration, then is it better na magcreate na lang ako ng bago now? to spare me another 2 years in the queue (given na feb 2020 lang naman ako nagupdate ng points).

Hehehe

Ang aim is mainvite kgad and to have max points as possible pra din mabilis mainvite. Check mo mabuti saan applicable yung occupation mo, 189 visa ba or 190 ( check each state) and 491.. your choice kung saan ka mag submit ng EOI or pwde din multiple EOI then withdraw mo na lang yung iba pag may ITA na.. All the best!!!

Yup agree. Naisip ko lang yung about sa eoi expiration dahil recently mejo uncertain and inconsisent yung invites. And some articles suggest na baka isuspend(like NZ and US).

Im now thinking of creating a new one in parallel with my current. May issue ba don?

    Good morning po...
Need daw po makapagfile within 14 days

Kaso meron po akong hindi sure...
Yung ANZSCO code ko po kc from ANMAC (LOD) eh critical care (it requires additional requirement po like 1 yr work experience in australia in critical care nsg) eh currently po nsa Medical ako (sponsored/TSS visa - 4 months plng po ako dto sa NSW going 5 months)
    Thank you...

Hello po. I hope everyone’s well and safe.

    2. Pano po if mainvite Wherein active pa EOI which i claimed na 30 points (25-32 yo bracket) but 33 na po ako that time. May issue po ba yun? Pag ganun po ba kailangan iupdate yung age points?

    3. Magkakaroon po ba ng complication if I will apply using maiden name since maiden name pa po ang meron ako na passport and will expire pa by 2022. Or better magupdate na po prior EOI lodge?

Salamat po sa inputs ninyo in advance. Godbless!

not a problem, as long as you can prove the reason for change of name by submitting marriage contract. Pero kung tutuusin, since 10 years na ang validity ng passport ngayon, 2 years or so would not really matter.

Salamat po sa inputs ninyo in advance. Godbless!

Hello po. I hope everyone’s well and safe.

    1. Pano po if mainvite Wherein active pa EOI which i claimed na 30 points (25-32 yo bracket) but 33 na po ako that time.

    1. Magkakaroon po ba ng complication if I will apply using maiden name since maiden name pa po ang meron ako na passport and will expire pa by 2022. Or better magupdate na po prior EOI lodge?

not a problem, as long as you can prove the reason for change of name by submitting marriage contract. Pero kung tutuusin, since 10 years na ang validity ng passport ngayon, 2 years or so would not really matter.

Salamat po sa inputs ninyo in advance. Godbless!

maraming salamat po sa feedback @cucci. For item 2, bale, if EOI is active and nag33 na ako, automatic po magaadjust points tamA po?

Ako po yung main applicant as a preschool teacher. Thank you in advance

It all depends which one he’d be qualified for. Check both skills assessing authority’s requirements.

Hi! Actually, he qualifies for both. Which is why I'm not sure which he should have assessed. He has a bachelors degree in Civil Eng (no work experience) and he has 5 years working as a professional football player. So I'm just a bit confused, which assessment we should go for... Maybe we should lean towards the football player as he has work experience there vs. his bachelors degree. Luckily both are under MLTSSL, similar to early childhood educator.

    Thank you though!

He will be required to show formal qualification related to footballer of at least AQF certificate level apart from work experience. His engineering degree won’t suffice. Unless he’s got something related to his profession, he won’t meet the skills assessment requirement. Need to be careful. Good luck.

Yes, he has employments certificates from his football club, the Philippine Team as well as GAB (Gaming and Amusement Board) registration here in the Philippines.

I got this from the ANZSCO
    **452411 FOOTBALLER

Plays football professionally in competitions. This occupation requires high levels of physical fitness, sporting ability and personal commitment as well as, or in place of, formal qualifications or experience. Registration or licensing is required.
    Skill Level: 3**

So I'm guessing this would be the better and safer route to take. Thank you!

Those employment certificates do not suffice to meet a formal qualification. It has to be issued by an education institute. He may meet the occupation tasks but not the formal qualification. Your resource doesn’t give you that information. You need to check the skills assessing authority’s requirements to meet positive assessment. The assessing authority requires both formal qualification and work experience fir this occupation. It’s all or nothing. You need to do further research.

As an agent, from the info you’ve given I wouldn’t advice to go for it without meeting both requirements. It will be a negative outcome. All the best.

If not we will just continue the EOI under me without his skill being assessed. I was just hoping to get extra points for our application. Thank you.

Gusto ko lang po makahingi ng advice, currently 75pts ANZSCO Code: 233914 Engineering Technologist we are working on my husband’s points to have +10pts for the partner to get total 85pts.

Aiming po kami sa visa 189 pero if pahirapan po sa visa 189, ano pong visa ang applicable sa amin if we reached the 85pts?

    Thanks in advance...

Hello, pwede kayo mag EOI for both Visa 189 and Visa 190. Separate EOI under the same email address pwede. Para kung Ano mauna go na. For Visa 190 (state nomination), please read the link I posted earlier on this thread. Take note that each state has there own requirements and skill occupation list (SOL). I highly suggest to check muna which state ung available pa ang nominated occupation nyo sa SOL nila. Then check kung may additional requirements. There are states na ung specific occupation requires applicants to be onshore. Some states requires show money. So consider these items when deciding which state to apply. Hope this helps. All the best!

189 is gold these days. You can select this visa in eoi, no harm to do that but in reality, concentrate on 190 and 491. Hard to get an invite for 189 with under 90 points. This is what I always tell my clients to make them aware. Baka kakahintay Sa 189 (possibly waiting for nothing) baka mas mabilis (most likely) via 190 or 491. Good luck
