General Skilled Immigration Visa - Step By Step Process

Hi. Question lang po we're currently on bridging visa, nag apply ng student visa still on process here in Sydney. RN na ako dito and 1.6 yrs experience pa lang. Am I allowed to send applications sa ibang state kahit na naka student visa kami ng partner ko? Ako po yun dependent. Siya main applicant and nag start na rin online class niya. Sabi kasi ng agent namin hindi daw ako pwede mag apply sa ibang state and we'll be stuck here in Sydney dahil sa partner ko. Nag ttry po ako mag hanap ng RN job with sponsorship dahil nga sa hirap pa makakuha ng invitation. Thanks po sa sasagot.

Yes posible pag madaming mas mataas na points sa kanya. Like for example last April 2020 na ITA, 50 lang nabigyan, lahat yun 100 and up na points. Pls check DHA sa official results nun ITA.

pag cancelled na ang bridging visa mo, ano na ang valid visa mo while waiting sa approval ng 491 while in au?
if wala, mas ok ata na wait for a result, whichever comes first.

I don’t think I understood what you meant - icancel student visa ko na currently bridging visa pa lang.

When a visa application is lodged, the applicant is still on his/her current visa until it expires. After which, bridging visa will take effect until there is a decision on the visa application.

Bridging visa cannot be cancelled by the visaholder. One has to have a valid visa to remain lawful non citizen of Australia.

Check mo rin websites ng mga states para sa chances mo sa state sponsorship/nomination (190/491).

Pero sa opinyon ko, medyo mababa ang 80 points for a 189 invitation. Baka may mas chance ka sa 491. Anyway, good luck!

Tama si @Captain_A , @Polski . You got the highest possible points sa halos lahat ng category (except experience in AU). If you're exploring regional sponsorship 491/190, you can get additional points if single ka apart from the additional 15pts (for 491) from state nomination. If married ka or in de facto and yung partner mo is competent (tama ba?) in English/ has positive skill assessment may additional points rin yun. Another source of points is taking NAATI CCL (5pts).

For regional sponsorship like 491, hindi kelangan ng mataas na points to get nominated, you just have to comply with the eligibility requirement ng target state mo. Of course, if specified sa state na may minimum requirement ang occupation mo, you have to reach that target point rin.

If 5-8 years (or more) na ang experience mo, you may be eligible for 190 sa certain states. Check mo nalang muna which state ang open for your nominated occupation.

Skillselect calcukates this by default. If your single it should show on your points breakdown. If not, you need to review the entries you’ve made

1. Pano po ang process at ano po ang mga requirements?
2. Sa employer po ba or sa BIR?

Hello, malabo na po kayo makakuha ng copy for that duration. I had the same problem before. I called BIR, they told me na starting 2014 onwards lang ung nagbibigay na sila ng 2 copies. (1 for employee and 1 for employer). So what i did was, I sent email to my previous employer asking for copies of my BIR and payslips for my employment duration (2008-2011). Our finance department replied that they have already changed their IT system hence my payslips cannot be retrieved and only year 2014 onwards are eligible to request for BIR copies. I scanned that email conversation and upload in EA as part of my employment evidence. Wala namang naging problem. I got positive results. Email history is a good evidence that we reached out to our previous employers to get the required documents and to prove din na why we cant produce the document and that it is already out of our control. Regarding 491. Pano po if nagkamali sa pag claim ng points sa EOI. then nakapag lodge na ng visa. Bali yung “Study in Australia “ po naclaim ko. Akala ko po pwede iclaim ang bridging program.
Ngayon po nag email na ang CO. pinag susubmit po ako ng TOR for that study. Please help po

Ilan points ka nun nainvite? Anung evidence ang ma provide mo for that claiming of Australian study points?

Department of Immigration policy advises that ” … because invitations are ranked and issued on the basis of the declared skills and attributes and nominated occupations included in the intending migrant’s EoI, and to preserve the integrity of the invitation process, applicants must demonstrate that the indicative score on which they were invited to apply is at least equal to their assessed score against points test factors. If the indicative score is less than the assessed score, (the) visa criteria cannot be satisfied.”

In other words, if an applicant for a skilled visa claims points to which s/he is not entitled the application criteria are not met, and the visa application must be refused.

Your visa will be refused if you carry on with your application due to over claiming of points. Best to withdraw the application to avoid visa refusal on your record then just start all over again.

Dapat po ideclare truthfully kung may defacto. Delikado ideclare na single ka kung may defacto ka pala. Kasi malalaman at malalaman rin ng DHA if may defacto ka or not. Single po is walang d or spouse.
