Be mindful that being engaged doesn’t mean you can include your fiancée to your visa application unless you have been living with him for at least 12 months and can prove co-dependence in 4 areas - domestic, financial, emotional and social.

With regards to claiming 10 points, you both must be in a de facto relationship (or married), he needs to have a positive skills assessment (occupation must be in the same list as yours) and with competent English level.

Chain migration is possible as long as your sponsor meets the requirements and you and your fiancé are married/in a de facto relationship.

isang tanong pa po pala sorry mejo makulit, if married na-- still applicable pa yung chain migration even though magkaiba na po ng last name kami ng sister ko?

Normally, kung kelan mag-lodge na kasi pag too early at di naman madalaw ang account lagi, pwedeng ma-deactivate ang immi account. At least give some time to familiarize with the interface at mga clickable commands and questions para di stressful pag actual lodging na.

I am currently waiting for my 189 visa grant offshore application. I also have a tourist visa that will expire on June202. Question po, I have to travel to Aus around November2020. So is it okay if I apply for another tourist visa?

Are there chances na magpatong si visitor ko sa 189 decision ko or any impact like macacancel si 189 if naggrant ako muna ng 189 then nagrant ako ng tourist? Ano po ba ang implications?

@cutiepie25 apply ka lang ng tourist visa, it wont affect you 189. Kami din waiting for grant nun ng 189, pero nag apply kami ng tourist.

Pag na grant si 189, yan na ang magiging visa nyo. Ma override na si tourist visa. Pag na grant si tourist, hindi maapektuhan ang 189 application nyo kasi PR visa naman yan.

Pag na grant si 189, yan na ang magiging visa nyo. Ma override na si tourist visa. Pag na grant si tourist, hindi maapektuhan ang 189 application nyo kasi PR visa naman yan.

Yung ibang nag apply ng March hindi pa naapprove til now. Meron sa FB page mag join ka doon, skilled visa Australia ang name. Madami nagpopost doon.

Hello po, I just lodged my application last night and just this morning na CO contact po ako agad asking for my medicals. I have already booked for a medical at BMVS however the earliest date po is beyond the 28 days that they are giving me to comply for the information they need. Ano po ma aadvise niyo regarding this? Thank you po sa makakasagot.

Visa 190 po. Registered Nurse and onshore. Nakakuha na po ako ng earlier schedule so I think naresolve na po ito. Another thing po hiningi sa akin is NBI. Do you think open na po sa Manila? Hindi po kasi ako makabook ng online appointment sa NBI Clearance Center Manila. Ano po best way na gawin in case maabutan ako ng 28 days tapos wala pa po yung clearance ko?

@louiselaaane oks na yang medical mo, email mo sa knila ang schedule mo.

Kung nakakuha ka na ng NBI before 2013, pwde ka na mag online na lang. Meron steps jan sa website how to do it and a relative will claim sa Pinas then send sayo ang scanned copy.

Try your best na makakuha, save all the conversations/ call logs na gumawa ka ng paraan na makuha yun. Madami ka pang time halos one month pa..

Hello po, sa EOI po ba ok lng na ilagay ung number of family members na gusto kong isama sa application? like parent and siblings..bka lng po ksi hngian ako ng proof of financial capacity not as individual lng since meron akong isasamang family members sa application ko. Thank you

Required ilagay ang family members mo. Kung ikaw ay may pamilya na. Asawa at mga anak. Diko lang sure pag single, kung pwwde ilagay ang siblings at parents.

Hi, pag nakapag submit ba ng EOI. pwede pa ba ma update yung details? for example nabago/tumaas yung score sa english proficiency, pwede pa maupdate yung EOI para tumaas yung previously submitted points?
