Chem Engg tinapos ko pero 1yr supply chain management ang exp. Sa tingin niyo, sang ANZCO occupation/code and pinaka-okay for me?

Originally, sa ACS po sya nagpa assess under Computer Network and Systems Engineer - ANZSCO 263111 -> positive naman po yung result kaso -2yrs po yung exp nya 10pts lng po yung makukuha instead of 15 sana.

Tapos po we found out meron din po palang under EA na: Telecommunications Network Engineer - ANZSCO 263312

Ang work po ni hubby e work on IT as Network security engineer (8yrs) and hoping kame na pwd din kame magpa assess sa TNE na ANZSCO kasi yung sa 263111 e medyo tight po ata labanan at mataas ang points ng mga naiinvite na.

@famefate1 kung nasa IT field siya mas malapit talaga sa CNSE ang job description nya. You can try to get assessment sa EA pero di yun 100% na papasa.

Hello! I currently have a positive assessment as Electrical Engineer. Now, I want to apply for an assessment as an Electrical Engineering Draftsperson. Will my previous assessment be obsolete if I get the positive assessment for Electrical Engineering Draftsperson? My migration agent suggested this kasi mas madali daw mainvite sa NSW.

Sa case na yan, no idea. Completed lang din kasi nakalagay sa outcome ko.

It’s difficult to make any comment without seeing the entire document. Have you tried clarifying this with EA? They are the best people to ask.

Hi po! New member po.. ask ko lang po kung may makakapagbigay ng reference ng CDR for Site Engineer (Civil Engr). Actually nakacompose na po yung 3 Career episodes ko based on my understanding sa MSA Booklet, pero parang may kulang parin. Salamat po sa makakatulong

ano po mapapayo nyo, Standard CDR o yung CDR+RSEA? bale po 5 years sakto na ko nag wowork as civil engr dito sa pinas. halos puro pasok naman po yung job description sa bawat work experience ko sa ANZSCO 233211 CE. sayang po kase yung extra fee for RSEA hehe. maraming salamat po!

Hi to all Engineers dito sa forums. Baka pwede po makahingi ng CDR sample for Electrical engineering? and tanong ko lang kung pwede po kaya ilagay sa career episode ko yung construction ng ELV systems(cctv, fdas, structured cabling)?hindi kaya ma denied siya since pang Electronics Engineer yung scope of works?thanks po sa sasagot at magsend din po ng CDR reference.

a) I think ikaw mismo maginitate na gumawa ng reference letter, saka ipacheck mo nalang mas okay kaysa sila ang gagawa. Mahirap ito. Hindi ko sure kung meron ng HRD na gumawa sa ganung template
Very awkward sa Philippine setting, unless magreresign ka na which I highly doubt because of pandemic

Very awkward sa Philippine setting, unless magreresign ka na which I highly doubt because of pandemic

Engineers, long ago I asked an HR manager about these documents and why it's not easy for them to give it. We are worrying about nothing and it's really just the requester that is making it awkward, not the company. But I will ask more HR peeps so that we have a more valid perspective on this. I'll share it here in 2 weeks or a month. Hope that helps others feel more at ease and confident about asking for this doc. There should be no stigma in going for your dreams and looking for career or personal growth. HR doesn't think that way, your bosses or colleagues will be more interested on how to get a visa than your personal intentions to migrate. Nahihiya lang tayo kasi paano kung hindi matuloy? Awwwkwwaarddd! But that's just a matter of pride. The problem is inside our minds.

But long story short, we'll take the perspective of the HR on this matter. I'll try to survey a few managers too so that we know what they think.

What if your application is not approved? EA stage palang, buti kung nainvite na. Sa stage palang ngayon, pahirapan na ang invitation. (At least PMSOL list and 90 pts and above) Eh kung hindi ka nainvite, good bye career.
Unless sa government ka nagwowork, okay lang yan. Pag sa private sector, iba.

Unlike noon, madali lang makakuha ng invite, 60-65 points, pagnareach muna yun confidently, and less than 6 months lang lahat ng process na from PTE (1 week), EA (2 weeks), Invitation (1 month), Lodgement (3 months), Medical (2 days),

Compared noon sa ngayon, malaki ang pagbabago. Knowing na pandemic ngayon, mahirap mawalan ng work. Kaya siguro yung iba, nahirapan kumuha ng ganyang document

I always tell my clients who are in similar position. There is no need to disclose the real reason for requesting such letter. At the end of the day, they have to provide at least the certificate of employment. If you can’t manage an employment reference letter, then choose option 2 of required documents for RSEA.

Tama may mga kaibigan ako n naexpired na ang EOI at need mag pa assess ule sa EA inabot ng 2years ksi di pa naiinvite. Pahirapan ngaun ang invitations pataasan.
