    TIA. :)

May option po ba to upload new docs after maglodge?

Tatlong countries kasi nirequire.

PMSOL works for 482 visa subclass. Look into MTSOL and STSOL. It’s too early to decide between 189 and 190 visa. Your aim right now should be passing the skills assessment and accumulating as much points as possible.

TIA!

Hi, bakit niyo po nasabi na it's too early to decide between the 189 and 190?

Started my Australian visa journey: Jul 2021

    2021

    • Jul 01: Since I'm DIYing it, I started learning the whole process
    • Aug 05: Identified my occupation in the skills list; ended up choosing Statistician (224113) because it's the most relevant
    • Aug 18: VETASSESS -- Started collecting all of the necessary documents needed for skills assessment
    • Sep 12: VETASSESS -- Submitted my application to VETASSESS
    • Sep 14: VETASSESS -- Status changed to "Lodged"
    • Sep 16: VETASSESS -- They asked for a clearer copy of my diploma
    • Sep 20: VETASSESS -- Status changed to "In Progress"
    • Oct 04: PTE -- Booked my exam schedule
    • Nov 18: PTE -- Exam date; also on the same day (after an hour), I received my results -- SUPERIOR! (L90,R82,S90,W90)
    • Dec 04: VETASSESS -- Status changed to "Completed"; I received my outcome letter -- POSITIVE!
    • Dec 05: EOI -- Finally lodged the following: 189 (70) | 190 (75)
    • ---

    2022

    • Mar 19: Earned +5 because of moving to the next work experience bracket: 189 (75) | 190 (80)
    • May 06: Earned +5 because of moving to the next age bracket: 189 (80) | 190 (85)
    • Aug 11: SUBMITTED ROI -- Victoria's state sponsorship just opened!
    • Oct 26: RECEIVED PRE-INVITE -- Waaaaaah!
    • Nov 08: NOMINATION APPROVED & RECEIVED MY 190 ITA FROM DHA!!!
    • Nov 11: APPLICATION LODGED AND PAID!!! -- Submitted together with NBI Clearance and Form 80
    • Nov 17: Medicals day
    • Nov 23: MEDICALS CLEARED
    • ---

    2023

    • Mar 06: VISA GRANT!!! -- I have no words. Hay grabe talaga

Because things can change from now and by the time you lodge your EOI. Unfortunately, there’s really no luxury to choose which of the 3 visas to apply for…you’ll just have to grab what would work later on. I would always tell my clients to be open for all 3 options. We usually would lodge an Eoi for all visa options and grab whatever will work amongst those options. As long as you’re document ready, you can be strategic when you reach the Eoi stage.

I am a Mechatronics Engineering graduate. So sa plano po is sya ung main applicant for visa 189, pero not very confident kami sa ielts and sa age nya kasi 33 na sya. so bumaba na agad ung points.

Meron po ba kayong idea or other options na pwedeng maisuggest para mapush through namin ung application?

Been checking the invite trends since 2017 at never na sya bumaba ng 85-90 in the last 2 years. Kung ang score mo is aabot ng 90 kasama qualifications ng partner, then it's a consideration.

Depends po. My point is 65 and nakalodge ako. It depends on the competition ng occupation mine was illustrator so less than 10 kami kaya nainvite ako. Kung maraming competition then u can either trymake your score higher or not appytat all.

Hey there, minimum lang ang 65 pero that doesn't mean na maiinvite ka.

By the way. If di pinag English test and skills assessment asawa ko hndi kami aabot sa minimum

Generally yes but all depends on the occupation. Also, no one knows how things will turn out next year when they lift the restrictions. It’s tricky to use information from pre-pandemic days to base your strategy for next year when they start inviting offshore applicants once again. Best approach is to queue up on EOI ASAP and maximise points then strategise the best approach next year when procedures are more defined

Really? that's great! I've been out of the forum for more than a year so I apologize if most of what I know was 2019 info haha. And yeah sa occupation din it seems, with the more common ones like engineering, IT etc, they don't even invite em for 189/491 at the moment :(

We dont know pag nagbukas ung Australia baka maraming pagbabago. Pwede ding wala ring magbago. So that time (precovid) halos 6months bago ko nakuha ung totoong occupation ko. Imagine ngayum baka mas matagal ang pagpapa assess so better start gathering na. Who know, 3-4months from now mag open Australia. We will never know.

Hi mam. So is it safe to say mataas din yung chance of getting invited depende sa occupation mo? Like kung di masyado marami yung competition?

Been checking the invite trends since 2017 at never na sya bumaba ng 85-90 in the last 2 years. Kung ang score mo is aabot ng 90 kasama qualifications ng partner, then it's a consideration.

Hi mam. So is it safe to say mataas din yung chance of getting invited depende sa occupation mo? Like kung di masyado marami yung competition?

It will always be beneficial to any applicant to be able to maximise their points claim
