kelan nyo plan? soon na ba? if i were u, magpapakasal na ako. considering the remaining allocation this FY, baka you have to wait next FY pa.

Yes pwede. Just explain the reason of early application in your cover letter. I did that with mine - the new visa grant number overridden the previous in vevo.

Adding:
This was the warning message when I submitted a new application.

Kung hanggang august 27 ka pa magsstay, and sasabihin mo yun as return date sa immigration officer, di ka papayagan kasi hanggang June 20 lang validity ng current visa mo eh. Malamang mared flag ka pag ganon.

Pag nasa au ka na, mga 7days before June 20 pwede ka na mag file ng new tourist visa. Galingan mo lang magexplain sa cover letter.

Pero deliks din if di maapprove yung bago, kasi kelangan mo na agad agad as in umalis sa australia else, illegal ka nun yari. May option kasi di ba sa application kung onshore ka na ba or wala pa?

Kung maapprove naman good ka na nun. Pero dapat may stronger ties to PH ka since magreresign ka kamo.

Di ko maadvise yung resigned na eh tapos aalis sa pinas. Mahigpit kasi yata dyan, i mean madami pang tanong mabusisi. Pero pwede mo naman sabihin na mag time off ka sa employment at tour tour ganyan haha mental health break ganon.

If within 1month before June 20 makakapag file and maapprove subsequent entry application mo okay yun. Instead of tourist visa ulit. Pero hindi yata 1month lang timeline ng SE visa eh, longer.

Aralin mo given the timeline of your current visa's expiry date and subsequent entrant process. Risky yan for me personally. Wag ka mapressure sa malapit na maexpire na visa at wag mo madaliin.

Just adding some professional perspective - first of all, are you able to prove you and your partner are in a de facto relationship? Meaning, can satisfy the 4 pillars of co-dependence? Second, make sure your visa doesn’t have a no further stay condition otherwise you can’t apply any visa whilst in Australia. Best of luck.

Sa akin I submitted the same day ng pre-invite, then kinabukasan approved na.

Upload ALL documents required by NSW for faster approval siguro, and in case you are not able to provide some documents, gumawa ka ng explanation letter para aware din sila. Alala ko hiningi 6months bank statement ko nun + all employment and educ qualification related documents.

Full bank statement ng payroll account ko yung sinubmit ko. Hinighlight ko yung salary crediting din.

Add:
Ang state na merong settlement fund requirement is QLD at least 15k aud. NSW wala naman.

NSW is verifying whether the salary has been credited. I have submitted the full bank statements for the last six months, which also verify my residential location in accordance with NSW's residence requirements for Offshore or Onshore applicants.

Should I update now my EOIs (189, 190), changing from current defacto to married status while my name has not changed yet?

You can update your EOIs as and when a change in particulars arise ,EOIs are not applications itself , once you get invited you can attach documents at a later stage of the visa application.Once you get invited your points and info are locked in.
On a positive note -you can update your status while in the midst of lodgement or even after lodgement.

If you’re applying for 190 and that needs a nomination ,best to update it asap.

Hi po, ung mga previous employers ko po do not give COE with roles and responsibilities but my immediate supervisors (still in the company) can give me a referral letter stating my roles and responsibilities. Okay na ba un?

Personally, i will not do this. They will know. Say magrant nga visa nyo without them knowing you wed before the grant. So nag big move and while building your life in AU, biglang boom visa cancelled because of this false info. It's wrong una pa lang eh.

Not legal advice - I think it might be ok, but in my opinion, wag muna. Isipin mo nalang siguro how long mo hinintay yung grant. Why do anything to risk it?

Sabi nga sa hinaba-haba ng prusisyon, sa simbahan din ang tuloy. Malapit na rin bro baka before Christmas malay natin ma grant na haha

Absolutely, 100% agree with this! Wag gawing komplikado ang mga bagay bagay.
Sabi nga ni @mathilde9, makalusot man kayo ngayon, pero yung pagkakaron ng hanging cloud na baka mabuko nila later on, e gugustuhin mo ba kesa sa tahimik at smooth lang na migration journey. Ngayon pa lang, nagwowonder ka na e, kung gagawin mo ba o hindi.

At the end of the day, wala naman kasing pumipigil sa kasal nyo. Pero paghandaan nyo lang yung consequences nun. The least you can do is to inform DHA about it. Malinaw naman ang rules nila, pag may change sa circumstance, inform them.

Yes it's all up to you sa huli. I'm just leaning towards the risks of intending not to tell DHA this potential change in circumstance of yours. Sobrang risky baka until citizenship isipin ko pa yan araw-araw. Lamoyun? Bawasan natin ang problema.
