1) Sa EOI, mejo naconfuse lng ako sa "usual country of residence" - is it Pinas ba or country where you are currently staying?
2) Then ung sa Education, "Does the client meet the Australian study requirements for the skilled migration point test?" - eto ba ung result ng assessing authority na comparable ung qualifications mo sa Au level?
3) Education history, "Has the client completed or is currently enrolled in any studies at secondary level and above?" - same lng ba ito ng high school level saten? Yes din ba dpat ang sagot?

2. If you studied in Au for atleast 2 yrs then yes.. Otherwise answer NO. Magkaiba po ang points ng nagaral sa AU.. Yung assessment is only checking if your educ is equivalent to AU standard.
Marami po ang nalito dyan at na invalid ang mga visa application dahil sa maling claim ng points.. Please read the EoI pts system carefully.

unless gusto mong ignore yun invitation na yun, but you will have to wait for 60days yata para ma-unlocked sya (kung hindi ka mag-aaply)..
my take on this.. continue na with visa 189.. you have the option to go anywhere in AU..
konti lang ang difference ng waiting time ng 190 and 189.. so tuloy mo na yan..
if i read it correctly, hindi pa nmn pala approved ang SS mo..
