Every employment statement provided to TRA or a TRA approved RTO must be unique and include:
a. the name of the business
b. the nature of the business (for example, construction company, hotel)
c. a detailed half-page description/overview of business and the services/products provided by the business
d. the address of business where you worked when you worked there, that is start date and end date of your employment
e.the nature of your employment (full-time, part-time) your normal hours of work
f. your job title (occupation)
g. a detailed description of the nature and content of the work you undertook
h. a detailed description of the machines, tools and/or equipment you used
i. the name, position, telephone and email contact details of the person authorised to make
j. the statement the length of time that the person signing the statement has been supervising you must also be clearly indicated.
All employment statements must be signed and dated, and on letterhead used by the employer’s business where possible. If you are unable to provide employment statements on letterhead you must provide us with an explanation of why this is not possible.
Item a,d,f po nasa generic na COE.
Item b and c, nag extract na lang ako sa website, then print, (na question na ako ng hr jan dapat daw in my own words..hahaha!) pero nag paalam naman ako sa kanila na gagamitin ko at inform ko din na tawagan sila for verification. (Sa company A po yun, pero sa ibang company payag na kopyahin na lang)
Item e. yan na po (dapat may full time / part time), normal hours of work (per week n nilagay ko.. sa akin 42 hrs/week, overtime hours applied depends upon the activity, even Saturdays and Sunday on call, naka sulat din dun)
Item g.. copy paste mo n lang from your cv, edit mo ( yung ginawa ko pina check ko sa hr, mga colleague ko at sa dati kong boss, baka sakaling may i add sila or may babawasan wala din kasi silang time kung sila mismo gagawa)
Item h.. tools and equipment used (like s akin mga communication antennas, mga cable, radio equipment kung anong brand.. Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia etc at kung ano at saan gamit ng mga 'to)
Item i, j, k - hr, colleague, dating boss. ( current and past employers)
Sa case ko: 4 na company ko
Company A - Local - nag sign hr ( with company letterhead), (kung ayaw ng hr, pwede colleague na mas mataas ang position.
Company B - Local pa din - nag certify colleague ko higher position, (with letterhead), kung ilang years kayo nagkasama sa work tapos certify nya yung abilities mo (pang softdrinks lng ok na sa kanya.. gusto nga nya pang kendi lang hahaha!!) signed by him, contact no. nya, email at calling card nya, attached ko na lang
Company C - Abroad - certified ng colleague pa din (dito na din sya sa pinas nag work) higher position (without letter head), dito na ako gumawa ng stat dec.. stating na wala n kami sa company C kaya walang letterhead, same din (full time / part time, no. hours work, etc) attached ko din yung COE nya at dating ID nya sa Company C, pati current ID nya, email at contact no.), tapos notary ng lawyer.
Company D- eto po nag sara, buti na lang nakakuha ng generic COE, then may contact pa s dating boss, stat dec ginawa ko, stating naman na nag sara na ang company kaya walang letterhead dinag dagan ko na lang since wala akong payslips dito, mention ko na lang yung monthly salary ko, tapos dinikit ko yung calling card nya kung san sya kasalukuyang nag work, scan ko ID, email and contact nya included.

helo sir, sensya n po now lang me nakareply..thanx for the useful info na shared nyo...i'm on the process of doing my employment statements for my current and previous companies. Hopefully can finished by this week..Kaso baka october p me makapagpasa s TRA..need pa pala ng Course syllabus..which is sa october ko pa makuha s pinas...tama po b two months ang processing ng TRA skills assessment?

Sbi kc sa website ng TRA : "If you pay by cheque or money order from outside Australia, use an international bank cheque or money order drawn on an Australian bank"
Money order po ba kayo or cheque? From which bank po?

Im starting to gather all the requirements, pero natatagalan ako sa employment statement, ang boss ko nasa Canada haysssssss...hindi ko na isinama ang dating Job ko sa Monterey sa Butcher pra wala na akong eprovide pa na mga docs or info besides hindi naman sya related sa ninominate ko na Job.
