@LokiJr Kapag under RSMS program lang sir. Ito yung si employer ang mag sponsor sayo unlike a 457 and an ENS visa ito naman po may parang regional sponsored visa siya kaya lamg yung yung status nya is for PR. Unlike dun sa aaplyan ko na 475 Skilled Regional sponsored e di included yung Perth sa lugar na pwede akong magwork. I really don't know if possible tong visa na to from a 475 to RSMS visa when you are already in Oz. I haven't read much on that option but it looks like a good alternative to the usual visas we already know

Oo nga e mahigpit na lahat hehe...mukhang may positive changes naman sila iimplement sa ENS...at least for those who found employers or job offers already

Kung meron ka lang agad na mahahanap na employer na pwede mag sponsor sayo e mas ok diba. Kailan nga lang din siguro na magtayga sa pag apply sa seek or sa mga jobsites sa Oz.

guys need ur opinion.. im an it consultant, pr in sg.. tanong ko lang ang chances ko to get visa sponsorship.. i have contacted a few and was told that based on my credentials, qualified ako for 457 business visa. but need to secure a job offer before they can proceed..

ano po ba mas mabilis na paraan to secure a job offer? im an sap abap consultant but because i worked on the end user environment, maraming bagong tools ang di ako familiar..

helpful din po kung meron kayong linkedin account. usually mga recruiter ang unang cocontact sa inyo. especially kung in demand ang work nyo sa Australia.

@sgmumsy, in demand po trabaho niyo sa Australia kaya posible kayo makahanap ng mag ggrant sayo sa visa 457. Kailangan lang po makahanap muna kayo ng employer para sa ganung visa.

Check po kayo sa mga tulad ng seek.com.au tapos magpasa kayo ng resume baka may kumontak sa inyo

@LokiJr, yep nasuyod ko na nga ata lahat ng job portals for oz hehe.. but i guess the competition is tough for IT.. thanks and lets all hope for the best! in case me kilala kau, hope u guys can give us a list of companies who are willing to sponsor.. thanks much!

@rdimapilis, yep i got an acct in linkedin. in fact, dun ko nakausap ang Aurec, heandhunter dyan au who is willing to sponsor. but to date, nag iintay pa ako ng job offer..

btw guys, since dinidistribute na nga ng agency ung papers ko sa clients nila, do they conduct interviews before the job offer or right away padadalhan ka ng job offer just basing on ur credentials?

- initial interview (phone interview)
- reference check
- final interview (pwede kayong papuntahin ng Oz)
- pre-employment medical
- job offer

@rdimapilis wow, sana nga maka abot ako sa job offer.. currently, mukhang nasa initial stage pa lang ako.. wala pang interview invitation etc..

Ang employer sponsored visa kasi pahirapan...at suwertehan din. Baka mas sulit sa oras mo na mag apply ng skilled visa habang naghihintay ng potential employer.

yep, thats the initial plan.. pero ang worry ko, i just started securing my documents at mejo pahirapan habulin ung mga former employers.. baka di ako umabot sa july 2012..but in case makuha ko agad, for sure ill go for 175.. wish us luck!

Hello there.. Ask ko lang kung may madali ba way to get a job here in aus... Im in south australia and it seems na mahirap din pala maghanao ng work ive tried submitting online or walk in pero wala pa ako feedback sa mga inapplyan ko.. @sgmumsy - i am also an ABAP programmer under 457 visa. pero naglodge na kami ng family ko ng 175 kasi di na namin mawait ung promise ng employer ko na after 2 years pa kami isponsor. gusto ko na din kasi maging pr para ma afford na namin ang childcare for my 3 yrs old daughter. mahal kasi pag hindi pr. anyway, try mo ung 3W consulting, eto ung company ko na nagsponsor ng 457 ko. sa totoo lang pangit syang company pero ok na din para makapasok lang ng au diba. pag may alam ako na hiring balitaan kita.

@diwata wow salamat po! actually nakapagpasa na din ako dyan. they ask me to send the skill matrix pero wala pa pong balita ulet. meron din isang company na nagreply sa akin na mejo limited daw ang options ko at the moment since marami daw ngayon nag offshore dyan sa au at maraming sap consultants na either locals or me working visa na.. how true po ba ito? and pashare din nung timeline nyo from applying to getting ur visa..
