You do not have to notify the department of any changes in your circumstances that occurred: • after you were granted your visa (if you applied for your visa in Australia); or • after you have been immigration cleared (if you applied for your visa outside Australia..

Pero sa change of address it says: Form 929

Please use this form to advise of any change to your: • address; and/or • passport details. Return the completed form to the office where you lodged your application or if your visa has been granted, to the nearest office of the department.

So this means are we going to inform the department of our address here in Australia? can anyone clarify this? thanks a lot!

welcome to this forum @gointoau. so sad na wala ka pang CO, but don't lose hope, in God's time you will have your visa. so far sa mga nanditong 496ers, nandito na kami sa australia except si @antbell (may CO na sya pero wala pa syang update kung granted na visa nya). hi @antbell anong update sa application mo?

@axln Thanks! May i know when in 2007 did you lodged your application? Mine was August 30, 2007. I think i am one of the last applicant who lodged a 496 application before the September changes during that time.

@rolly04 Hi ! Sana nga this year meron na rin ako kahit CO. Atleast antbell already have a CO. When did you lodged your application also? I saw from another forum a 496 applicant who just got CO today after 7 yrs. waiting. Sana nga mag continue na.

@gointoau welcome! Mid Aug 2007 din kami naglodge tapos May 2013 ang CO allocaton. Make sure lang na active pa email na ginamit mo nung naglodge ka dahil doon makipag-communicate ang CO.

@athenalady,kumusta na? Hindi ba para sa wala pang Visa grant ang kailangan mag advice kung may change of circumstance & address? Alam ko sa mga 496 na nasa Aus na, wala naman restrictions as long as nasa designated area nakatira.
Paki clarify or correct nalang kung mali. Thanks!

@hard2handle: I just got back. I went home kasi I got married..almost 2 months ako sa pinas..so eto balik sa job hunt na naman..di pa rin ako sinusuwerte..huhu..got a job pero com base xa at sales..i tried for 5 days pero di talaga kaya ng powers ko..

kaya was asking for the change of circumstances kasi nga magpapachange ako ng status but no need na pla..ung change of address lng im not so sure of kasi I came accross of it and sinabi dun kahit after visa grant need to inform immi if in case pra macontact..I dont know if did that.

Also anyone had tried the subsequent entrant visa for spouse?

oo..mornington pero lilipat na kmi by end of the month..more likely sa frankston kasi mura dun..khit cbd or anywhere south eastern game ako..thanks again..

@gointoau ricky211232000 applied on Aug 28, 2007 based sa mga postings nya. I was also active reading that forum in pomsinoz when i was still waiting for my visa. nakakainis lang ang immigration kasi ang tagal nila magprocess sa 496.

@athenalady14 congrats to you and to your hubby. about sa subsequent entrant visa for spouse, heto link basahin mo ito. http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/checklists/489-subsequent.aspx Take note na wala na kasi ngayong 496, ang pumalit na kasi 489.

Hi @rolly04 wala pa ulit paramdam CO ko. Already submitted outstanding requirements such as pcc, meds and form47A last december pa. My lodgement date is August 27, 2007 and my CO allocation last Nov.27,2014:)

@gointoau malapit na yung sayu, just keep praying malalapit lapit ka narin..

I remember during that time cramming talaga ako noon sa application para hindi abutan ng September changes atleast kahit August 30 ako nakahabol pa rin he he...

ako nga sa sobra tagal i forgot that i have an application pala in Aus. Nagkaroon lang ako ng hope when i saw this forum and seeing you guys being allocated and some residing in Aust. already
