Help @lock_code2004, @TasBurrfoot and anyone who can give valuable advise. I'm doing my skill select application tapos na-realize ko na un assessment from Vetassess eh nakalagay ang employment ko is from 06/2008 to 03/2014 when in fact I am still currently employed by the same company. Hindi ko po alam bakit eto ang naisagot ko sa form. Siguro antok na ako at na-overlook and detalyeng ito, sadly. So ang tanong ko po: okay lang ba na sundin ko ang nasa outcome letter ng vetasses? Tutal naman po eh 2008-2014 ay around 5 years of work total and walang difference sa points (10 pts) unless mag 8 years na ako nagtatrabaho (15 pts). Yun nga lang, magkakaroon ba ng discrepancy kung sasabihin ko after submitting the EOI na current pa rin ang employment ko with the same company? Manghihingi pa po ba ng employment docs along the way after ma-invite? Magkaka problema ba kung biglang current pa pala ang employment ko and it never ended nun 03/2014? Ang laking carelessness nito on my part kaya i need your advise. Naka medium availability na po ang work ko so gusto ko na rin ito masubmit ASAP. All your advise will be much appreciated. may specific estimated time ba na binibigay bago makuha ang resulta?same ba ang timetable sa lahat nang state?

and kung makaka kuha nang sponsorship guarantee ba ito na makakakuha ka nang visa invite provided nameet mo yung 60 points?

may nirelease po na new occupation list ang NSW. tumatanggap sila ng application pra sa visa 190 from feb to june. pakishare naman po ng experience nio dito. thanks

Sa experince ko with NT and SA, tugma naman yung timetable nila sa actual. Nung July sa SA, dahil sa pagbago nila ng kanilang listahan ng mga kialangang propesyon bumaha ng applications kaya naglabas sila ng notice sa website nila na magkakaroon ng delay at hindi mameet ang regular processing timeline pero nakarecover naman sila kaagad after a few weeks.

kung makakuha ka ng state sponsorship, from what I know, auto visa invite na yun from the state. hindi sya auto grant kasi may kakilala akong visa denied pero kung invite lang, wala pa naman akong kilalang hindi nabigyan ng invite after SS approval.

what i mean is kung nakakakuha na ako nang SS meaning sure ball na ako makakakuha nang visa invite tama ba papi?

kasi kung madedeny ka as per state sponsorship obviously imposible na makapasok

@thegreatiam15 .. visa invite does not mean visa grant... yung deny na namention ko is - once you received visa invite, you formally apply a visa, tapos may mga cases na disapprove pa din yung application mo.

yes, sureball ang visa invite kung meron ka na SS approval pero hindi sureball ang visa grant.

Guys question what if wife ko hindi mag IELTS or ACS certification. Can I still include her and our 2 year old as dependent?

Or kailangan pa din? Regardless kung asa CSOL siya ng VIC or not?

if you are qualified, apply na agad. based on my experience dati, ang bilis naubos slots after the opening day...

Hi guys, ask ko lang kung may alam kayo about my scenario. If ever ma-invite ako sa SS balak ko sana isama ang brother ko. Kunin ko sya sana as dependent. How can I prove na dependent nga sya? We live on the same address, no work sya but we still have our parents na both naman ay retired. Thanks in advance!

iba na kasi ngayon. ang siblings, kailangan na din nila mag apply as skilled migrant (correct me if I am wrong). In some states, or some visas, puwede mag sponsor ang kapatid kung regional or depende sa state. Kailangan mo alamin kung ano ang rules per state.

pwede mo ipasok sa family sponsored visa 489 pero after mo maging PR pa tsaka dapat nakatira sa regional. eto lang alam ko kasi tinry ko to dati, di ko lang tinuloy. baka meron pa iba way.

unfortunately, there is no way you can include your brother as your dependent. yes you can sponsor him once PR ka na and resident in Au (regional) through 489 but he still needs to do his skills assessment and lodge his own visa application.
Another way you can help him is by living in SA or ACT for state nomination, for example his occupation is under Special conditions in SA or closed in ACT. other than this, u can sponsor him only for visitor or student visa.

Hello po,magtatanong lang po sana kasi maglolodge ako ng visa application. Sa EOI ko po kasi, nilagay ko po na not related sa nominated position yong ibang work experiences na binawas sa akin ng ACS para di macount sa points. Now I'm thinking kung tama ba yon. Ganun din po ba gagawin ko sa actual visa application?

@artiste Ganon din ang ginawa ko.. sa actual visa I think pwede mo istate yung buong exp but yung points will be given lang sa sinabi ng ACS.

Hello po. Maliit ba ang chance of getting an invite for SS NSW visa 190?

Currently I have 55 pts + 5 pts for SS = 60 pts (If i get 0 pts sa IELTS)

Meron na ba dito nainvite na for NSW SS with 60 pts lang?

Hello po, I did my ACS assessment early last year pa, do I need to upload all reference letters na sinubmit ko sa ACS kahit yong mga overseas work experience ko na binawas ng ACS so di na ako nagclaim ng points for it?

@artiste sa EOI, tama dapat i-declare mo as non related sa experience mo yung duration na binawas sa'yo ng ACS. Declare mo lang as relevant/related experience is after the deduction. Ganun 'din gawin mo sa visa application. Ingat ka sa part na yan.. kasi 'pag dineclare mo as relevant/related work experience yung binawas sau ng ACS, baka mag over-claim ka sa work experience.
