Hello po baguhan lang po. Tanong lang po what's the difference between skilled employment within Aus and Skilled employment outside? Pagsinabi bang within Australia dapat ba na nakapagtrabahu ka mismu sa Oz for a period of time? Pls enlighten me. Thanks po.

yes, skilled employment within australia, meaning on-shore in Australia ung work experience mo. Pag overseas namn, work experience from all other countries outside of australia.

@skeed101 thank you! i initially applied for Human Resource Adviser early 2015 kaya lng wala na sia sa skill list even sa CSOL. I was initially invited by WA State pro nag dlawang isip ako kc Visa 489 lng sia and may baby ako and 489 visa does not have medicare and all other conditions na i feel dko pwede i compromise. So nagpa assess ako sa EA dko kc sure bfore if pwede ako kc i thot literally pinapractice mo sia but God is good ung job role ko ngaun na credit nmn as IE.

Hingi po ng advice po uli... I already submitted my EOI sa NSW. then nag-open na sa ACT ung skill ko. Can I just update my EOI and change the prefered state to ACT or should I make a new EOI?

and nag withdraw ako ng EOI ko for NSW para walang conflict if ever tignan nila kung nagapply ako sa ibang state.

when you say submitted eoi sa NSW, do u mean you just selected NSW for your EOI or naselect ka na and nakalodge ng application with NSW. if yes, jsut create a new EOI for ACT. Pero if No, you can update the EOI to ACT and lodge an application with ACT asap while theyre open.

@Xiaomau82 - Nagsubmit lng po ako ng EOI pero no invitation yet. Nag-withdraw na po ako ng EOI ko sa NSW and gumawa ng bagong EOI for ACT. Pwede na po pala mag-lodge na ng application for ACT agad kala ko I have to wait for their invitation to apply thru skillselect.

hi guys, tanung ko naman po, me relation ba ung EA assessment at ung visa application sa EOI? kasi ang tanga nung agent ko 4 months na ung EA di man lang nila nifollowup ung applocation ko. kung di pako tumwag nila malalaman na nareceive na ung application pero di daw makita ung attachment. so nasayang na ung 4months ko. plano ko i cut na sila at ako n lng mag ayus ng sarili ko pra sa EOI? ano pong ma suggest nyo? thanks!

Once you have the EA skills assessment, You can submit an expression of interest by yourself. Make sure you sign Form 956, ending of appointment to act as an agent. Para lahat ikaw na maging contact person ng Case officer.

Hi All, gano na po ba katagal ngayong 2016 ang waiting time bago mareceived yung Invitation ( After Submitting EOI) . ..... Bale IT po yung main applicant. Iniisip kasi namin kung ipupush pa ang pagpasa para lang mahabol namin ung age, because in 2mths di na kami pasok sa 30points sa Age. Thanks sa sasagot!

@tjaus in general kasi you got to reach 60 pts. So meron din mga 55 pointers na nag state sponsorship visa pathway na naiinvite kaya umaabot ng 60. Kadalasan IT related courses, specific at NSW. Pero hanggat mapapataas mo score mo, do it immediately. Marami na rin kasi ibang lahi ang nag-aaply at ang mga fees tumataas every year. Alam ko this July 2016 tataas na in effect.

@taylorsweet push nyo yan kasi in demand naman kayo as IT professionals. In the case of state sponsorship (Visa 190), EOI cycle time upon submission receives an invite at least 1-2 weeks (in the case of NSW) kagaya po what happened to me but my EOI score then was 70. A week after, we received naman 189 invite (at 65 points) Pero sa case nyo po since IT naman ang main applicant, wait nyo lang po kasi in demand po ang profession ninyo.

Di po natin masasabi ang invite date from DIBP. Basta isipin nyo po, everything happens for a reason. Try your best effort and strike the opportunity. Good luck!
